The main issue I have is everytime I go into The Tank, staff is in there using the massage chairs and/or using the compression boots. I go in there to relax in peace and quiet. Instead, I have a couple of employees talking loud enough that I can hear their conversation with my headphones on, some conversations are a bit inappropriate. The staff NEVER wipes the chairs or boots down after they use them which is absolutely disgusting. Mind you, I usually go between 11-9 which is somewhat is busy. I workout at the other two locations on 54 and the one in Carrollwood and have never seen employees using any machine in The Tank. Maybe this location need to follow it's footsteps.

However, it still has the tank room with massage chairs. I am fine with the smaller size because it is also less busy (for now) than the other locations. There is still ample cardio equipment and several squat racks. The bathrooms and facility in general are clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is never a problem as they share a lot with the rest of the shopping plaza. I'm surprised they built this location in such close proximity to 3 other Eos gyms but I do like the small, boutique feel of this location.

The workouts are fun and the trainers are personable, funny and truly challenge you! They have a meal plan that you can follow if you so choose! If you are a woman and on the fence about this.. don't be! You will feel at home on day one and even though it hurts in the beginning it's so worth it to get the results you want!

But I am still having breathing issues, I said I will start up next week. I will not be losing another 2 sessions, so I just lost out a ton of money. They only care about taking your money. I would not recommend this company to anyone if they wanted personal training. I also, saw that they don't set an exact date of when they pull the monthly payments. I have seen from the several months that I have been going, they have changed the dates. And if you live paycheck to paycheck that is a huge deal. They have caused my bank account to bounce because they pulled the money several days ahead of when they originally agreed to withdraw the money on when I first signed up. They also seem to be having internal problems with keeping their staff at the company. Since I have started, we have lost several trainers and that is alarming. I have only been a member since April 2022. And make sure to always follow up with them if you need them to do something, like for instance set up a body scan. I have been asking for last couple of months to get my monthly body scan done and each time they said they would get back to me which they didn't. It is well kept up with and doesn't have that gross gym smell. There is always staff cleaning throughout it the day. Even though it's been open several years now, they still add to it and make improvements so it is well taken care of. There are all types, levels, and ages of people who come so no one should feel out of place The staff in the mornings and afternoon are extremely friendly. Always welcome you with a smile on their face and are very helpful. My only recommendations for improvement are that the equipment could use a deep cleaning more often, and there is no airflow in the squat rack corner. It gets very warm and stagnant so a fan would be useful. I used to go to the Eos on Ehrlich but that location was not kept up with and very dirty. It is worth driving a few minutes longer to go to this location.

The water was a bit too cold but once I started swimming, it was okay. The lockers were clean and the showers were nice. The pressure of the showers could be better but at least it was clean. I love how they play spa music.. it felt like I was in a spa and not a gym lol. The rest of the gym area looked very crowded though. Parking lot was also packed but still plenty of spots left. Overall, no major complaints, but that's because I use the pool and not the rest of the gym area.
