This is a professional, well run program that is great for early childhood development.

They have strict safety rules against double flips, require online waivers, and offer specific weekday/weekend birthday party packages. They also strictly enforce their own jump sock policy with no exceptions. However, the facility cleanliness needs major improvement--the couches were sticky and the tables were dirty during our visit. The music played overhead was a little too loud and 90% Spanish and not good at all which really made the experience a lot worse. Playing more friendly kids Disney music in English would be ideal. Additionally, it simply does not have as large of a variety of activities for kids as Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Lutz. It is an okay spot to get some energy out, but the upkeep and activity options leave a lot to be desired. My daughter's socks were black by the end of the session because of how dirty the place was. One of the ball pits was closed and another area was closed on a peak weekend day which should not happen. Hope management can clean the sticky tables & couches & dirty floors and offer better kid friendly kids music and offer more variety of activities.

Whether you're 8 or 38, there's something here for every level of adrenaline junkie. From the moment we walked in, the energy was sky-high (literally)! The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the park was impressively clean and well organized, even with all the excitement in the air. While we explored pretty much everything -- dodgeball, foam pits, and wall-to-wall trampolines -- my personal highlight was the basketball trampoline. Nothing beats soaring through the air and dunking like you're in the NBA finals. The trampoline gave me just enough bounce to live out my slam-dunk dreams, even if just for a few seconds. Great for groups, birthdays, or just spontaneous fun. I highly recommend bringing water (you'll need it), wearing grip socks (available if you forget), and arriving early if you want a little extra space to flip around. Altitude Tampa, we'll definitely be back! Next time, I'm challenging someone to a trampoline dunk contest.

They promote parents to not allow their kids to run and just scream, so it wasn't uncomfortably loud for a indoor play place. They also provide arts and crafts for kids who just want to sit and draw/color for a while. The best part about this place is the all day pass! I was talking to the owner, very nice by the way, and she said sometimes kids get cranky and need a break so she admission covers you to go in and out ALL DAY! The negatives: one of the employees is extremely rude and "yelled" at us bc we were supposed to read minds and figure out that each adult had to go up to the desk to check in. Maybe have a sign up when you walk in telling you that instead of screaming at people. They don't serve ANY food. Just a vending machine of chips and candy. I was shocked by this. Every trampoline park that I have visited has served food, some type of food. We were all starving (since we thought we would have some finger food before heading to dinner) so we only stayed for 1 hour. There is no order to this place. I got ran over multiple times. Not many places to sit or even walk. I won't return. I'll stick to our trampoline park in Tampa. I will not return
