They had to pressure wash the engine to diagnose the problem since there was oil everywhere. They had to replace the front cam seal, head and oil pump gaskets and other things requiring dropping the pan and, basically, taking the engine pretty much apart. Runs great now and is "leak free". They also replaced the rear struts that had bottomed out. Car runs like new. I realize things come up but when you take someone's phone number when they make an appt, the least you could do would be to call them to inform them you will be closed and apologize for the inconvenience. My husband took off work to have the work done on his truck, so it was a completely wasted day. No work and no front end alignment. I can't recommend this business if you want reliability or common courtesy, but if you like to waste your time, feel free to make an appt.

Assures me they will finish and call me. She also gave me a "Mike's" number I could call. 630 I call the number and get no answer or call back. Go by the shop to see my car hasn't moved. Now I need a ride to work at 8 and a ride home at 3am and my car is stuck at shop until Monday when they open. Showed up first thing Monday to be offered no explanation or even a sorry. They hadn't touched a single item on my car in the 3 days they held it hostage
