Scheduled an appt to have the move-in cleaning special, since I would be moving into my house in a few wks. I was told the whole process would take 4hrs., and I needed to do a walk through before and after. THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE ON MY END. Before scheduling I gave the manager Theresa a list of things that I needed to have cleaned, and she said they would be able to accommodate the list. The team lead Heather and another person came out last wk. to clean my house, and I asked her if she had the list of things that I needed to have cleaned. Heather said yes. After 4hrs. I came back to the house; however, I didn't do a walk through. I needed to get back to work and was rushing for time. The next day I had to do some repairs on the house, and I noticed that the house wasn't clean completely. There were cobwebs on the walls of the room, dog hair on the basement steps from the previous owner, dirt within the window seal, and the carpets in the closet wasn't vacuumed. The services wasn't event worth $400. I didn't call and complain immediately after this and felt I will do the cleaning myself. Within a few days I got 2 surveys from the company. I figured I called them and provide feedback. I called and spoke to Loren on 02-26-2026, and she reported that they would have someone come back to the house to address my concerns. Loren said she would share my complaint with Theresa. I got a voicemail yesterday from a male whose name I couldn't understand. I called back today, and spoke to Loren and told her that I received a voicemail message to call back the office. Loren told me that they wouldn't send anyone out to address my concerns, and if I wanted someone to come to the house I would need to pay another $85. After reading another complaint prior from another customer on Yelp about this company, I should have ran. You would have better success with a 5yr cleaning your house than this company. It takes a lifetime to get a customer and only 1 second to lose one.

Our sump pump failed within 3 months of buying our home in 2018, flooding our entire basement…read more Because of our location our home warranty company didn't have a plumbing company in network. We were able to hire a plumber of our choice but had to get an invoice and wait for approval before work could begin. If we went ahead with the work without approval, we would be on the hook for everything. Alex was extremely patient and understanding of our situation and while waiting for approval went above and beyond to stop the flooding and ensure no further flooding would occur until we got approval from the warranty company. He stayed until he was sure we were out of the woods. Needless to say, he fixed our sump pump issue, and we haven't had any since. Since then, we unfortunately have had other issues with our plumbing and without hesitation he is the first and only person we call. Alex has pulled our fat out of the fire now on MULTIPLE occasions. He has come on short notice, at the end of his day when I know he would normally be going home because he knew we were in a bad situation and once stayed until 10pm because he was determined to find the issue and resolve it. He was also our go to when we wanted a water softener and house filter installed. He explained in detail and demonstrated how the system works and told us to call if we had any further questions.
