Oof idk how to even begin, I'm so torn on what kind of review to leave or how many stars to put at this point. My bestie and I would go here together for our pedicures. Recently, they got all new people, and Tammy was who started my pedicure. I came in for a fill on the toes I had from before, there was one chipped but they were intact and looked nice still. She wanted to remove the toe that was perfectly fine and began trying to rip it off with a nail tip. I tried to do it myself because she was hurting me and it started bleeding. I asked her if we could just file it down as much as possible and add acrylic on top. She didn't file it down, added the acrylic, over flooded my cuticles and the acrylic was all lumpy. I kept asking for crisp square corners and instead she kept making them more rounded. She was about to put the French tip on when I stopped her and started crying telling her I was sorry but I did not like them at all. cause she kept trying to tell me it was "good" and "nice and straight" I really tried to trust the process. Luckily Kenzie walked in shortly before I started crying saying I didn't like them. She got up immediately and came to the rescue, she took over, she had soo much to fix, basically had to redo them entirely. She redid them the shape and acrylic looks sooo much better, she started to do the French tip. At this point I'd been here for 3.5 hours, and my husband calls saying he has to be at work. I had to have Kenzie stop and only had the left side with French tip. Lol but they looked so much better. I came back to the salon the next morning (the day I'm writing this) cause she said she would fix it. Kenzie gets 5 stars, above and beyond. Tammy who has been doing nails for 30 years, I'm sorry girlfriend, but maybe it's time to retire. Anybody who's done nails any amount of time, knows what she was doing was not right. And also I paid $80.

My new favorite spot in Arizona! Employees were super friendly when I walked in and went above and beyond with my nails! They have a huge variety of cute charms to choose from and Leo did AMAZING with the french tip and design I wanted. I will definitely be asking for him next time I go!

went in for dip nails and there's only one person that does them. He did an awful job. He tried to do French tip, but they were too thick so I asked him to take it off and leave them pink. He left white residue everywhere and didn't bother to clean up my nails. He tried to blame it on brushes that he was using. I've been here several times and everyone else does a good job when doing acrylic don't come here if you're wanting dip.

Had an great experience no complaints did exactly what I wanted with no problems vibe was good supper friendly if something isn't likes the Lu will fix the issue

For being walk-ins, I was glad at how quickly my mom and i were attended. I think we were helped by Sandy and Vivian (but I may be misremembering their names, as it's been 2 weeks since our visit). The person who attended me took her time, was very patient, and super thorough -- but the person who attended my mom seemed to be rushing through the work and seemed upset when my mom requested that she do another layer of polish on her nails (because the application was visibly uneven). Unlike at other salons, my gel manicures began to chip less than a week after we got it done - to be fair though, their policy explicitly states they are not liable for any chips or damage once you've left the establishment. While this place is efficient, affordable, and the technicians were not constantly trying to upsell us, I am not sure we'll return given the lack of durability.

My nail tech was Annie and she did the GREATEST job! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The other tech that did my pedicure was so gentle and kind! Definitely will be going back!

I wanted for dip nails but they told that the person that does it wasn't there so I asked for another set of nails and I was not satisfied at all the nails were not straight, one was bigger then the other and the girl was rushing trying to finish fast, she didn't took the time to line up my nails straight.

Crooked UNEVEN nails ! What a joke & waste of money ..

This place is horrible. I went in for the first time got a full set and I wanted basic pink clear coat not that hard. The women was very loud and fake. She just wants her tips of course. She was so rough and didn't even file my nails down once they were on. She just put the acrylic and put the nail polish!! My nails are crooked and butched!! It's very unsanitary & so small in there. I won't be returning. 2 old women & 2 young females. Blah never again

I went in as a walk-in right after they opened for a full set. I had an inspo photo and my tech (the older man) said he could do it! I have never experienced getting my nails done before quite like this: he kept double checking to make sure my nails were perfect and was very detailed oriented. It truly felt like a family there, the staff has a great relationship with clients and it was nothing but laughs and positive energy! I will definitely be returning when I come back in August for school.

Visiting from California and got great service from Anne & Kay. Anne did my full set, pedicure, and she was thorough, took her time, and gave me exactly what I wanted (green flower set). It took two hours but we'll worth it. Kay did my sisters full set and he was precise & quick (pink set). I would've given them a 5 stars but we came back the next day to get eyelashes and we're told to come at 12 and would take an hour each. We came at 12 and the eyelash tech didn't show until 12:45. Then she had attitude with no apology, and said it would take 2 hours instead of 1. We may have continued with the lash service, but with her rudeness, we declined. If you're looking for nails/ pedicure yes recommend... EYELASHES NO!

Worst experience I've ever had! The man did such a terrible job. I expressed how unhappy I was and instead of trying to fix it he started yelling at me saying "this is what you asked for"! I would show a pictures of my nails but they are so ugly I would probably end up as a Facebook meme read more

I will never revisit this establishment nor suggest that anyone else visit. On Friday, February 4th, I went to D&C Nails to have a Gel medi/Pedi ($83.00). On Saturday morning, I woke up, and 3 of the nails were smudged. I went back to D&C nails, showed them, and repaired them. On Sunday, I woke up. I had two smudged nails on my other hand. I explained that something was wrong with the Polish they put on my hands. I wanted the color changed (when I went on Friday, I put the same color on my hands and toes, so the color change has to be on both). Not sure exactly what happened. They spoke in their language for a few minutes; then, a woman waved me to come over. She changed the color on both when I got up to leave; I was stopped by gentlemen telling me I had to pay for the color change. I calmly explained to him I paid on Friday. Have a nice day. They watered down their products and rushed through the medicare and pedicures. Don't waste your time or money. read more

This is a perfect example of why you never judge a book by its cover. The strip mall looks a little sketchy but I gave it a shot based on other Yelp reviews and I can say this is one of the best pedi experiences I have had in a long time. Not rushed. Extensive massage (I opted for the top package). Really thorough. And I asked for a little flower on the big toes and what a "little flower" turned into was lovely. Will definitely return read more

It was my first time here and I'm very basic when it comes to pedicures, I don't do anything fancy. At first she used the water that was used to scrub my calluses to clean off the stuff she put my leg. Then I asked for a baby blue color and even gave an example of the blue I was looking for and she just threw her hands up in frustration so I told her I would just go for white to make it easier. Kinda disappointed I didn't get what I originally came for. The white came out nice that's a plus. read more

The first time I came here it was amazing and the 3 other people I was with all got the best pedis ever. They were flawless. We got them done by males there. I think one of them was the owner. All very nice. The last time I went with my friend we had 2 ladys and they did decent on mine, but my friends looked horrible. She got white nails and they were crooked and messy and just looked bad. Mine were okay. I'd go back but i'd want to request the people I got before. read more

Honestly I if I could give this place 0 stars, it was the worse service I had ever had. Both my friend and I went in there and we arrived at 3:30 and out by 4:30, which is weird because we waited for 20 minutes and then the guy rushed through my friends fill with gel, took her about 20 minutes and they look alright. I was getting a gel manicure and mine took about 20 minutes as well, he rushed through mine as well and shaped them in square which I didn't ask for and the square doesn't look good either, there is also air bubbles in mine. Both my friend and I's nails cost $27 which is weird I've never seen fill with gel be the same as gel manicure. Way over priced for the service and wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I used to always go here to get my nails done but today i got a different nail tech forgot her but her work was soo sloppy and careless. And thats not all and i walked in they made me pay first and made evryone else pay after. Judging my appearance because i have tatts and piercings. SHE CUT THE CRAP into my pinky. I found this place one day while I was searching for a new nail salon on my side of town. I have found my new spot! They have done an amazing job, this past weekend I brought my daughter with me for a mani pedi and normally when I take her other places just do the bare minimum, not here they did everything down to the sugar scrub, massage and hot towel. Where to begin. I have been getting my nails done for years but I was never in love. It never turned out like the picture or it didn't last. I have tried numerous nail places over the years & never found the "one". I was in a pinch one day & went to Yelp to check reviews of places. I came across D & C nails & gave it a shot. After I got my nails done the first time, I was extremely impressed. I have been going back to Ben for 6 months now & couldn't be happier. He is extremely talented & never backs down from a challenge with some of the crazy pictures I have shown him. He takes his time & genuinely cares. I LOVE this nail salon!! Everyone here is incredibly talented and friendly. I had my nails done Sunday afternoon and the look amazing. Ben always does a FANTASTIC job on my nails. He always makes sure that he understands exactly how I want them done. He is also, incredibly gentle with my hands and has excellent customer service skills. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Ben is the only person I will let do my nails. They always come out looking AMAZING and I feel like a new person as soon as he is finished! Amazing people, amazing atmosphere. I was with Cindy before she moved to Texas to get married, then she came back a year later and called me. I was shocked to have her back but WAS VERY HAPPY.She has been doing my nails for almost 3 years. With Cindy my nails never broke the way they did when other nail techs have done them. I could go for about 4 or 5 weeks before getting a fill. I sure miss her since she is no longer here,Wish she would come back soon. Cindy I hope you and your hubby are doing well. This nail salon was AMAZING! I got the best gel manicure that I've ever had. It is so smooth, bubble-free, and to the very top of my nail by my cuticles. I had a hard time with deciding on a color and the manicurist let me try 3 different colors. I also got a top notch pedicure. I usually get my nails done at a salon in old town Scottsdale, and they don't even compare to this place. read more
