New to the game and loving it!
    Dennis R.

Just got into golf 2 months ago and I love it! Even though I live in the North Bay, I consider this my "home" driving range for now because my buddies that are teaching me the game live in this area. Honestly I don't mind driving an hour because I'd rather hit with temp in the 60s than 80s or 90s, lol! The range is clean, well maintained, and the beautiful and sometimes foggy hills in the background really add a lovely ambiance to the place. Usually you can find a free slot right away, but as expected, it gets busy on the weekends. But, I've noticed it also gets busy at random times during the week. The staff is excellent and very friendly as well. I'll probably be back this weekend, lol.

Great practice place near the city. The staff are friendly. I appreciate a nice place to practice for a reasonable price.

Pretty cheap prices with plenty of stalls. Nice and quiet. Right next to cemeteries, but hey go in the morning and you'll be fine ;)

Stagecoach Greens is a super cute date spot or family night out spot. I dropped by recently (on a…read moredate!) and was utterly charmed by the set design of each mini golf course. I loved the walk through SF's history, and felt engaged at every hole. I like billiards so I loved one of the later holes that challenged you to use your putter as a pool cue. The actual square footage of the course is not very big, but they pack a lot in the space they got. I didn't try the food or drinks but there was ample seating. Drinks but not food were allowed on the course itself. All in all not a bad way to spend $20 for a fun evening!

We didn't have a reservation but they talk walk-ups. We spent over an hour playing as there were some backups on some of the holes but overall it was pretty smooth and challenging. I'm not the biggest mini golf fan but found it to be quite fun. I ended up losing by 1 to my nieces boyfriend so that just means we'll have to run it back for another 18 in the future. To play it was $19 a person (adult price is 12 years of age or older) If you are going, definitely ask for a shorter putter if they have it. It's easier to control as the one I used was pretty long and felt awkward to putt with.

I originally bought my PING driver here, and the customer service has been excellent. As someone…read morewho golfs a lot, I've had my fair share of topped shots and less-than-perfect swings, and the weight on my driver has unfortunately broken off several times. Each time I've brought it in, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They've sent my driver head directly to PING under warranty at no additional cost, and the turnaround time has always been surprisingly fast. I really appreciate how quickly they handle warranty claims and get clubs shipped to the manufacturer. If you're looking to buy new clubs, I'd definitely recommend purchasing them here. Not only do they help you find the right equipment, but if something covered under warranty goes wrong, they'll take care of the warranty process for you at no extra charge. That kind of customer service is hard to beat.

I've gotten a driver, new wedges, and even a trade-in set for my girlfriend. There are good deals to be had, just depends on what's traded-in and what's available. I've noticed the best time to shop is around the major holidays because they'll have solid discounts on demo and trade-in clubs. I recently got all my clubs re-gripped and they had a golf pride grip special where labor was waived. On my last visit, I was in the market for new shoes and shout out to Kathleen in the shoe department, she's really the nicest person and helped me find the right pair of footjoys. I told her my shoe size and she brought out a bunch of different styles and sizes for me to try bc I learned that Footjoy runs big. This is why I prefer to shop in-store over online, because there's nothing like trying stuff on in the store so you don't have to deal with returns and exchanges.

I started working with Anthony after my handicap ballooned from a 9 to a 14. I'd picked up some bad…read morehabits and was feeling lost--like I was grinding without getting better, feeling stuck. Anthony helped me reset my fundamentals and put together a smart, structured plan to rebuild my swing. What sets Anthony apart is his adaptability--he tailors his coaching style to what clicks best for me. Sometimes I need visuals, sometimes feels, sometimes just numbers. He reads that and adjusts on the fly. He's not just technically sound (he absolutely is), but he's a great communicator and coach. He knows when to push and when to simplify. Since we started, I've not only gotten back to my old form but have hit a new low index. More importantly, I feel confident in my swing and know what to work on between sessions. If you're serious about getting better or are feeling stuck, Anthony's the guy!

He explained the tech and metrics they use to analyze my swing as well as what to expect when we finish the evaluation. Sean has a lot of experience in sports like baseball that he was able to translate into golf and has been doing this for many years. The simulator was very cool and it was awesome to see my strengths and weakness in my swing. I found this very helpful as Im the technical type and very visual. Sean was able to answer all my questions and give demonstrations too. At the end of the lesson I was able to fix my hip and head sway in that was detrimental to my swing and you can actually see the difference between my initial practice swings versus the end of the lesson swings. Definitely a smart way to get better. I find the range is awesome for practice, but the numbers and video records are a game changer for me. Looking to rest up in the coming weeks to get some more lessons with Sean and work on my swing mechanics.
