Don't ever come here! They did a job on my car but reopened a sealed crack on my front bumper. The manager just explained what happened, but it bothered me that he was smiling about it. And they didn't even apologize or anything! Wish I could give zero stars! And I didn't say the shop did a job on my bumper. BEST. MECHANIC. EVER. I've been coming here for years. While it's pricey, the place works miracles: they do what they promise for the price they quote, and almost always complete the job early! As a female, places do their best to scam me into needing extra services. I have NEVER had that experience from this shop. The owner, Imran, is delightful and so easy to work with. He explains everything that needs to be done and even walks me under the car to point out problems and explain the reasoning behind my car's issues. He even patiently dealt with my father, who is aggravating and rude at the best of times! There have been several instances where I thought there was a problem (weird noise, dripping under the car) and the mechanics here inspected my car and confirmed that everything was fine and that the car didn't need any work. They didn't even charge me for the inspection time!! How many car places can you say that about? I unfortunately cheated on this mechanic with another guy and it resulted in literally the worst experience of my life as well as $1000+ down the drain. NEVER AGAIN. Cypress Firestone will be my first choice, every time, for all my car needs. Seriously, come here. It is worth every penny to have the kind of peace of mind these guys deliver. read more

Found this place after our daughter had a flat and was stranded. Talked to them over the phone after locating on Yelp. They told me they would have to order the tire but I would need to pay in advance and would have the tire in 2 hours. Several hours later, they were able to bang out the bent rim and put in the tire. The gentleman states the rim may not hold and would need to be replaced since it was bent when she hit the pothole. The next day, the tire was low, she aired it, we got a new rim (from the dealer) and replaced the rim. The NEXT day the tire was flat....thanksgiving. They were closed until Saturday, although I called all day saturday and no one answered they state they were open. Needless to say we had to purchase ANOTHER tire elsewhere on Friday. I spoke with Imran on 3 occasions regarding the tire who which he stated each time, just bring it back and we will take care of it. Well, I have several issues...the hours were difficult with my work hours and it took me 2 wks to get the tire to him. When my husband finally dropped it off, he again stated no problem, I will have a new tire here for you tomorrow (a Friday) just call to make sure it's here before you come get it. Friday...no tire. Saturday at 3:45 pm...no tire THEN he states that he has to see who's fault it is that a 2 day old tire is flat!!!! Excuse me? I said, it has a warranty, it's a new tire. The air is leaking around the logo! Regardless if we were at fault there should be a new tire at a reduced cost of that. But a 2 day old tire shouldn't cost anything!! He says, "that tire will come out of my pocket to replace it". Well?!?! That's not my problem. There wasn't any damage to the tire...there were no curbs or whatever hit! He then tells me...but a new tire and once I hear back from the manufacturer as to who is responsible...you or them then I will see about reimbursing you! I said ok! Hung up...called the manufacturer myself. Needless to say...the problem was solved the next day!! "Oh, I'll make it right by you, come by and get the new tire". That's funny!! Because shortly after that the manufacturer called to MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED BECAUSE THEY SPOKE WITH CYPRESS FIRESTONE and instructed them to take care of THEIR problem. "If it's not corrected, please let us know"! Imran...you chose the wrong person to try to get over on!!!! 4/11/16- That's interesting that Imran chose to respond with that because that is NOT what they told us. How the situation was handled by you is what led to us having to contact the manufacturer. But rest assured your services...or lack of...aren't necessary. read more

Went in for an oil change and they said the wait would be 1.5 to 2 hours, so I left and made an appointment online for he next day. I showed up for my appointment and they told me I would have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. I said I made an appointment so I would not have to wait that long and they told me all the appointment does is grantee that they would get it done that day. Last week I bought my daughter's SUV here as there was a roofing nail in the tire. I had inspected the tire before I drove the car to work and dropped it off at my lunchtime. 2 hours later Imran calls me to tell me the tire is irreparable and Im floored, because it was just a nail. Imran insists that there is a large piece of metal in the tire. I insist that it was a nail. He tells me to come get my car. My coworker and I went to Firestone and the mechanic is pulling the truck out and hands me the keys. Imran storms out toward me asking if Im crazy. He points to the large piece of metal in my tire. To which I reply, yeah I would have noticed that. He is cussing and yelling at me in the parking lot in front of his employee, my coworker and anyone else passing by. I drive my vehicle back to my office and call discount tire. I left work and drove from 1960 to 2920 Discount Tire. The truck was shaking violently and I could not accelerate past 30mph. It certainly was not doing this on my way to Firestone! I was praying it was because of the metal in my tire. By the time I got to Discount Tire I was crying. They were wonderful btw but Ill sing their praises elsewhere. They replaced my tire and one of the guys drove the truck to see if he could tell what was wrong. He didnt know. The new tire did not fix it. I called my mechanic and let him know I would drop it to him over the weekend. So here is the horrific update from my mechanic. The bolts that hold the driveshaft on were missing, except one, which was barely there. These bolts would not have come off by accident because they use some lock tight on them to prevent them from coming off. This could have resulted in the drive shaft puncturing the gas can, severing the brake line. It could have led to a FATAL ACCIDENT! Thank you Lord that this did not happen. STAY AWAY. Verbally abusive and too many "Coincidences" for my liking. read more

Went there panicked as it was a Saturday for my car and about the time most shops are closing. My window stopped working and would not roll up. Come to find out the regulator broke and with me parking on the street with no car garage I was worried. They quickly took me in and located the parts my car would require to get repaired however the part would not be available until Tuesday so they worked with me to make sure until then my car would be protected and secured. They also got the job done a day earlier than promised. Highly recommend them and I would happily go again read more

Wanted to share an honest bit of feedback about this place. I was sitting in the waiting area while they changed out the rear tires on my car and couldn't help but pull up the reviews and I found, like most places, a mixed bag. I'm not a social media head like some but I do like to research reviews, although I don't write many. In this case I felt compelled. 1st of all, this place is awesome for the car enthusiast. I like to wrench on my own vehicles, plus it saves me money for parts/upgrades on projects. I know this is not typical of most but It is for worth mentioning for those who do. This is where I come if I need something done on a lift. The mechanics are "car guys" and not just punching the clock... As for Imran, the owner/manager, I think he is great. I see him deal with customers who really have no clue what car mechanics involves and they try to tell him how to do things or get out of paying for stuff that they are responsible for since most of the arguers don't take care of their cars and things are way beyond the point of repair. And he has to put up with it and try to give everyone a warm and cozy feeling so he could keep the doors open... the man is a saint for that in my book. Personally, I couldn't do it. So as far as this reviews goes for others who may be looking for somewhere to bring your car troubles or routine maintenance, your experience here could be great and span a period of years like it has for me, if your honest with yourself and Imran about the condition/upkeep of your vehicle. I would always recommend to everyone to stop in before the is an issue and have your car checked out, like you would if you recently purchased a used car and would like to know the general condition the car is in. This will help you keep up with any service that your car may need and trouble ware signs. Especially tires, alignment, wheel hubs, belts, and brakes. anyone of these could cause a major problem for you on the road... leaky ac, not so much... till summer anyway. Hope this sheds some light and helps someone, rather than just being a place to voice out unfair criticism. Imran, James, and Sam are great IMO. read more
