NEVER EVER EVER, bring any item of clothing here that you care about. They just lost my most precious item of clothing and all I got was a phone number to call. It's Saturday and I haven't called yet. I'll call on Monday. My beautiful fuchsia,chiffon blouse was EVERYTHING!!!!! I wore it on special occasions, I wore it under a suit jacket to interview in. That shirt got me my current job. How f-ing dare you give me a phone number like losing my shit was nothing to you. This place is ridiculous. I had a stained sweater up for cleaning, and they never mark the stain when I drop the sweater in. When I picked up, the stain is still there, and so the staff offered to clean again for me, still without marking it. And of course, the second time I picked up, it's still dirty!!! That's not the worst, they apparently issued another invoice for the re-cleaning they originally offered, and forced me to pay again!!! Everything was done in cash so I couldn't find a credit card history to proof that I paid, and they insisted that I pay again. Tried to explain the issue but they just kept repeating that I need to pay, this please is so dishonest and also does poor jobs in cleaning!! read more

Dropped off 3 winter coats and 1 cashmere scarf on a late Thursday night (about 30 min before their closing time) and the gentleman helping a me was super friendly and helpful. Needed them for Saturday and was told it'll be done Friday afternoon - before leaving he showed me their hours of operation and ensured that I would get a text when my clothes were ready for pick up; got my text promptly the next day! Same gentleman helped me when I came back for pick up and even wished me Happy Thanksgiving - super satisfied with their customer service and pricing is very affordable ($36 for all 4 items). CYPRESS EAST CLEANERS saved a wedding day disaster! I was traveling to a wedding venue nearby. When I got to the hotel the night before the wedding I unpacked my dress only to find oil all down the front of my bridesmaid dress from alternations. I panicked as I had to be at the wedding venue by 10 AM the following morning. I found this business on yelp and saw they opened at 7 AM. I brought my dress to Cypress East Cleaners and a kind man reassured me he would try his best to get the stains out and he would get it done by 10am. The man was so genuinely happy to help and started working on the dress right away. I got a call at 9:30am and he said the dress was ready and the stains came out. HE SAVED THE DAY! The was beautiful and pressed perfectly. I tried to tip him but he refused. I was overjoyed the dress was fixed and the man was happy he was helpful in the situation. Every time I move to a new town I always have a tough time finding a decent place for dry cleaning. I spent several weeks reading reviews of cleaners in my area but none of them seemed to have what I was looking for. I wasn't sure what to expect from this place either but thought I'd take a chance and drop off just two dress shirts and slacks just to test it out. They did a pretty good job and the price seemed fair, so I brought rest of my clothes for regular cleaning and dry cleaning one day after picking up my first batch. What I like about this place is that it does all cleaning in-house. Most other places I looked up seemed to send clothes to a third party for cleaning. Turnaround time was decent at three business days. Price was fair at $2 per dress shirt (regular cleaning) and $4 for dry cleaning slacks. My clothes smelled clean, and what I mean is they had a neutral smell. They weren't masked with fragrance or chemical smell. Another big plus is there weren't any markings or staples on my clothes. Pretty much every place I've been to in the past stapled labels directly on my clothes or wrote on them with a marker. I know it sounds kind of crazy but I've had more than two cleaners who did that in the past, and I never went back to them again. Service has been good so far. There was at least one owner on site during my visits. I actually wanted to give this place five stars but I want to hold off until I try this place out a few more times. If everything stays the same I will most likely bump it up to five stars. It's located in a big shopping center next to Stater Bros. Starbucks, Chase Bank, and Citi Bank are also in this center. read more

Owner is friendly, my garments were ready on the day she promised. I brought in 2 men's blazers and 1 costume dress and including the 15% discount on Yelp I paid $23.67. Can't really compare costs because again, I rarely go to the cleaners but overall it was a good experience and if I need dry cleaning services again, I'll return. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE HERE!!! BEWARE!!!!!! I took my expensive jeans in to get tailored and as you can see in the picture I uploaded the left pocket is higher than the right. The owner said they would fix the issue but were unable to after FOUR TIMES!!!! The Seamstress only spoke Korean and she had a very bad attitude. As I tried on the pants to show her the mistake, she reached down my back to pull up jeans and scratched me in the process!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed and was able to finally get a refund. As I was leaving the lady told me it wasn't there fault!!! What?!!!! Are you kidding?! I believe apologizing and being honest to customers in the community is ALWAYS the way to go....... She takes the time to learn everyone's name and face which makes me very comfortable leaving her my clothes. My mother has been going to this place ever since I can remember, and I can see why. I showed up Wednesday morning, the day before Thanksgiving, and asked how early they could dry clean a few dress shirts and slacks. At first the man said Tuesday, but since I was only in town for the weekend I asked if there was any way to expedite the cleaning. He then offered Saturday morning, which was perfect for me, and he didn't add any extra fees either. To do such a good job on short notice over the holiday weekend is definitely laudable. I am so heartbroken. This dry cleaners lost my one of a kind blouse! I went in to pick up my blouse. The woman behind the counter took 5 minutes to run around the back of the shop only to come back to tell me that she cannot find it. She told me to come back the next day. I came back the next day, and the same woman told me that they "lost it." She cannot tell me how, but it is gone. This blouse cost me over $50.00! It was something that I cannot get another one of. I am so shocked. I have been told by the cleaners to come back in one week (???) and if they cannot track it down, they will reimburse me. Now I have to go back into my receipts and print out the cost of this blouse. In addition to this incident, I took my daughter's skirt in the week before and when I go it back, it had a snag/hole in it. It looks like something caught it (the tear is not in a seam).
