I cannot recommend Dr. Wallace and his team highly enough…read more I've now had two oral surgeries with Dr. Wallace, and after both experiences I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the most compassionate, skilled, and genuinely caring physicians I've ever had the privilege of seeing. My first experience with him was when I was in excruciating dental pain and desperately needed an appointment. I was honestly starting to have those "tie a string around the tooth and slam the door" thoughts because the pain was so unbearable. Despite his busy schedule, he saw me immediately and had me scheduled for surgery that same week. I have significant dental anxiety, an extensive dental history, and a true dental phobia after previous negative experiences. Somehow, Dr. Wallace recognized how anxious I was without me having to say much. He took the time to answer every question, addressed every concern I had, and never once made me feel rushed. His calm, reassuring demeanor completely changed what I expected to be a terrifying experience. The day of surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. His surgical staff was exceptional--kind, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring from start to finish. Later that evening, Dr. Wallace personally texted me to check on how I was doing. He was also quick to respond when I had questions after surgery, even later in the evening, and I was genuinely touched when I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. Those gestures may seem small, but they spoke volumes about the kind of physician he is. Unfortunately, a few days ago I found myself back in his office after breaking another tooth completely at the gum line while eating pizza. I was once again in excruciating pain and assumed I'd have to wait days to be seen. Instead, he squeezed me into his already packed schedule the very next day. Just like the first time, everything was outstanding. The surgery went smoothly, the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Wallace once again personally checked on me after the procedure. That level of care is incredibly rare these days. Beyond being an outstanding oral surgeon, Dr. Wallace is simply an exceptional human being. He has a calming presence, a wonderful sense of humor, and a way of making an experience that most people dread feel so much less intimidating. For someone with dental anxiety, that means more than I can put into words. I've had an extensive dental journey over the years--at one point alone I had 54 dental appointments in a single year with various providers. Because of that, I have a pretty good basis for comparison when I say that Dr. Wallace truly stands out. His technical skill is excellent, but what makes him exceptional is the compassion, empathy, and genuine concern he shows every patient. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also treats you with kindness, respect, and humanity, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wallace. I'm incredibly grateful I found him.

I had surgery for two implants this morning, and so far (5 hours later) I am still coming out of anesthesia and feel great so far. I was very impressed that he took time out and offered to fix this issue. I did accept his offer to mail me a refund. He responded to my message and immediately mailed out the refund. I truly appreciate him reaching out to me. It shows me that he really does care for his patients. Also the money couldn't have come at a better time because the med spa I have worked at for the last couple years abruptly closed down on February 10th. The $145 refund was very much appreciated and needed. Thank you Dr Goodman for resolving this issue.

I will give this guy negative star if I am allowed. I took my son in for wisdom teeth removal…read moretoday. This guy was rude and condescending. We met him for the first time on the day of the procedure. I guess we have the right to ask questions? No, not according to him. Simple questions like when he can start eating and how protruded his wisdom teeth are, he couldn't answer it. He said he had done 30 thousand of this kind of procedure before and we should treat him like a pilot, we should not talk to him or ask him questions. Sir, I have never seen you or talk to you till today. I don't know you. I don't care how many procedures you have done. I care about you as a provider. My son is not just a number. He is a human being. Learn how to talk to people with respect. You just took $2,000 something from me. Don't do your job because of the money, do it because you truly care about and love your patients. Go retire now if you hate your job and hate people. Why torture yourself if you hate people??? My son was nice enough to tell me to give him 2 stars since the procedure was quick. I refused because you don't belittle people like that! Come down off your high horse "dentist"!
