The ambiance is neon and beer signs. And it was incredible. We had one chicken sandwich, which my kiddo was disappointed in because he didn't realize it was grilled, not fried, but it tasted good. The double basted wings, honey BBQ, and maple vanilla BBQ were all winners and portions fair. Boneless wings are available. The servers were busy, but friendly. Three of us had the $38 seafood fettuccine many of the muscle shells were broken causing the dish to have sharp pieces throughout that needed picked out before we could eat it. The fettuccine was also very stiff and sticky. Our server seemed extremely busy, which we completely understand, but I asked for a water refill when the food arrived that never came and went nearly an hour without anything to drink. He also wasn't able to return to check on our meals. With a restaurant as established as this one, we were surprised there wasn't additional support for the server with things like water refills and table checks. The final frustration was learning only at checkout that our group could not have separate checks. We had seven couples and specifically indicated who was together while ordering, so we naturally assumed the orders were being separated. Our bill was around $1,200, with couples spending anywhere from approximately $90 to $250, so simply dividing the total among several cards wasn't a practical solution. Had we been told about the policy before ordering, we absolutely could have planned accordingly. We understand that separating a large check after the fact can be difficult, but since the policy wasn't communicated to us beforehand, we felt the right thing to do would have been to make an exception rather than leaving our group to sort out the bill at the end of the evening.

After being at CP and eating to much junk, I like a good salad to balance everything out. I believe you can get it grilled or plain, not fried. The kids love wings and sauces, so this is a great place for our family. I also like this as an option when we stay at Castaway Bay. It used to be Friday's back in the day, but this is a decent replacement. There is a huge menu, so something for everybody. Staff is friendly and I love the theming. I love a good theme with a lot of kitschy décor. Not the worst option in the area. And a decent place if you do not want to leave the hotel at night.

Our server was still in training, so I will cut her some slack. But at the same time, all of our food came out lukewarm. Cheese had congealed back into a solid. She came back for all of one refill on one of the five people at our table. Training is one thing, but come on. The sauce on my wings tasted straight from the grocery store. But perhaps worse for the food was the portion size. "Full sized" entrees that wouldn't be full for the kids meal. One of my party had a mac and cheese bowl that was, tops, six spoonfuls. For the price paid, the amount of food was not worth it. So to get minimal food AND it be lukewarm? I'm not feeling a reason to go back.

So I ordered a 9" pepperoni and mushroom pizza and some breaded deep fried mushrooms to go. My order came out within 15 minutes. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce was pretty decent. There were a fair amount of toppings although they weren't spread out very evenly. The price was about right ($12) but the breaded mushrooms were a little steep ($8) for the few smallish pieces I got. The staff was friendly and they do have a reasonably priced pizza buffet that would definitely entice hungry families on a budget. Chet and Matt's is a 4 star kind of place.

We ordered two orders of breadsticks with cheese for the table, cheese pizza, meat lovers pizza, redskin potato pizza along with fried cauliflower. I wished the waitress would have offered some advice when we ordered that much food. The breadsticks with cheese were essentially a ticker cheese pizza and we were completely full when the actual cheese pizza arrived. The red skin pizza was good as it was something new I don't typically see around. The best part of the whole meal was the fried cauliflower which I wish we had a bigger portion as we were trying to split with the table. I'm not sure if I would come back here. The food was fine but nothing to rave over other than the fried cauliflower that I feel we didn't get enough of.

I didn't check the order which is my bad. Went home and opened the box to find 2 pathetic looking drumsticks. They were sized like a drumette you would eat at someone's wing night. They also tasted like old oil. I'm thinking they didn't have any breasts ready and didn't want to deal with it 20 minutes before closing? I don't know, just guessing. However, I didn't get my order and what I did get was substandard. I paid over 12 dollars for a biscuit, 2 sides (small sides) large diet and 2 "drumettes", essentially.
