I'm really glad I found this shop because my whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish. I'd been having radiator issues with my car for a couple of years (mostly my own fault for putting it off), and recently the problem got worse. My engine temperature wouldn't go down even after adding coolant, so I stopped by the Advance Auto Parts on Griffin & Pine Island. The guy there, Joe, was super helpful -- he showed me which coolant to use and even recommended this shop across the street. When I got there, I met Jonathan, and right away I could tell he was genuine. I explained what had been going on and mentioned a previous mechanic who'd charged me $160 for a hose that didn't really fix the issue. Jonathan didn't talk bad about anyone -- he just explained things clearly, gave me a fair quote of $450 to replace the radiator, and told me to take my time deciding. No pressure at all. I decided to go for it, and the whole process was smooth. He said it would take around 3 hours, but it ended up being closer to 4, which I didn't mind because he kept me updated. When I picked up my car, it ran like new -- no more overheating, and to my surprise, my tires were fixed and my headlights worked again (which I hadn't even mentioned to them!). They gave me a proper receipt and warranty, and everything was done professionally and honestly. $450 for the radiator, coolant, and labor felt more than fair, and the quality of work spoke for itself. If you're in the Cooper City, Davie, or Pembroke Pines area and you're looking for people who do solid work, care about what they do, and treat you right -- this is the place. So I called, the owner Carlos, he was as nice as can be and very knowledgeable. I told him I didn't want to buy the same brand and so he recommended a much more reliable yet affordable brand. His crew came to my house on time even on a rainy day, and in less than half an hour my car was sporting new set of durable tires and much cheaper than what I paid last time with my other car at the Firestone store and had to wait close to two hours. I was told, in a rather abrupt tone, that no one was available and the call was ended. I called back to understand what had happened, and when I asked why the call had been disconnected, I was again told, somewhat rudely, that there was nobody who speaks Spanish. I then said I would try to explain what I needed in English, but the response I received -- "Ok, so what do you want?" -- was delivered in a tone that clearly conveyed annoyance and impatience. At that point, noticing the discomfort and lack of willingness to help, I chose to end the conversation politely and wished her a good day. I believe customer service is extremely important. Even when language barriers exist, professionalism, patience, and courtesy should always remain priorities. If someone is not comfortable interacting respectfully with customers, it may be worth reconsidering whether they are suited for a customer-facing role. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback so future interactions can reflect the level of service customers expect and deserve.

We tried a few tire shops hoping to get a patch, but everywhere was slammed with 2-3 hour waits just to have our tires get looked at. We ended up going out for coffee right down the road from Millenium Tire, and I found them on Yelp and called to see how long it would be. They said they could get us taken care of immediately! The guys were very nice and patched the tire no problem, for a really decent price. We were in and out in probably 15-20 minutes. The next day, Sunday, we started up the car to a SECOND low tire. Hoping it was a slow leak, we aired it up but it was alarming two hours later. So back to Millenium we went! Again, they were able to fit us in right away. Not sure why these guys had less business than the other busier places, because they are top notch! We are so thankful for the professional and friendly people, quick service, and good prices we found at this shop. They helped downgrade a vacation emergency to a tiny hassle.
