I contacted them by phone to see if they had an OEM chain / sprockets kit (# T2017200) for my 2008 Triumph Tiger 1050. I had my doubts any one would still have one on the shelf- figuring I'd have to go to the aftermarket. Kristall in parts said yes we have it. I had my doubts but she insisted it was OEM. Amazed they had it, I ordered it. After a brief misstep / delay in their shipping department, I called to question Kristall on the status of my order. She immediately reassured me that she had my order and to make up for the delay, would ship it out next day. She did exactly what she said she would do. I purchased a used 2014 Ducati Hypermotard and come to find out TWW sold and did all the maintenance and warranty work for the previous owner on the motorcycle. I've worked at/in motorcycle shops from the age of 16 till about 30 and from what I've gathered on this Ducati was all the work they preformed was done correctly and precisely as the factory would've done themselves . Order number: 127707 (pure-triumph) Extremely bad experience. I bought some Triumph stuff online from them and first of all, it took almost 10 days extra to deliver than promised with no response from them. I kept emailing them (David) and calling them but zero response. I even opened requests on their website but no response to it till this date (screenshot attached). I didn't even know if my order will be fulfilled or not. I disputed the charge and went ahead and bought stuff from my local dealer. And guess what, next day I had the shipment at my door. I called them again to return the item and finally someone picked (I forgot name of the lady) who asked me to send them the item I want to return (on my expense). I still decided to bite the bullet and mailed them the stuff myself along with all the details of my order. It has been 27 days since (Fedex tracking 122380971787 shows delivered and signed by a guy named BOMAR) but still no refund. Now I'm stuck here dealing with paypal and my credit card company trying to dispute the charge. I keep trying to call them but either no one picks, or it goes to voicemail straight. 2 Wheel World Review After spending several weeks scouring the country I stumbled on a 2017 Ducati 1299 Panigale with only 442 miles. I had never heard of 2 Wheel World, let alone attempted to purchase anything sight unseen or have it shipped halfway across the country. I will definitely say that you guys have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving.  I emailed you guys asking about this helmet prior to purchasing; NO RESPONSE. So I went ahead and ordered it anyways in fear of missing out.   I waited for a shipping confirmation email about the helmet; NO RESPONSE. I get some blanket email from a DIFFERENT company name stating my order was canceled. NO REASON, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMENTS, NOTHING.  I will most certainly NOT be ordering from Pure Ducati or Pure Triumph ever again. Maybe you should update your website more frequently so that people don't get excited to find an item they have been searching for and then become greatly disappointed. This review is for Pure Ducati. This is first time in my life that I did not receive order confirmation by email. Although I called David about 10 times to confirm if the order was processed, I was able to get hold of him only one time. He promised me to email tracking # as soon as it was shipped out but never sent to me. Even after two weeks from the date he promised me to ship out, I sill didn't get any update regardless of multiple voice message and contact through their website. So, finally, I disputed the payment in PayPal. Only after I escalated to claim, they responded and sent tracking #, but the item was delivered on the same day, meaning it was already shipped out one week before. Very stressful to deal with such a online vendor who lacks communication. read more

I highly recommend Jim the salesman who is absolutely incredible and one of the best humans I've ever met. Everyone else there is also great to name a few the owner Omar and Lucas in financing. The service team works very well together. This is my third purchase in the past decade plus with this dealership and it has been nothing but pleasurable. In my opinion this dealership treats you as if, it's more important that you're happy with your purchase and they get you on the right bike that you want not what they want to sell you. Their goal is repeat customers for service and coming back to buy another bike. If you're going to buy a bike, especially Ducati or triumph call Jim he will treat you like family. They have a massive amount of used bikes that are maybe trade-ins in the back that you may want to take a look at because it may be a bike that you haven't seen in a while or catches your eye, I was shocked when I went back there. Called at 4:01 to ask verification and was told I had no appointment for a tow and I could be helped next Tuesday. Literally waited all day to try and buy a new motorcycle. I ordered a seat and an oil cap through these guys (marketed as PureTriumph.com), and it was definitely a disappointing experience. Although their website was very professional, the people I interacted with weren't. Other than an order confirmation, I didn't hear anything from them for a week. When I called in, the the guy in the parts department answered as "Uh, yeah" and acted like he was on his lunch break. I was told on 3 different occasions that my order would ship out "that afternoon." After the third time, I call in, and was told that the shipping lady forgot to send out tracking information. A bit later, I finally got tracking information, and to my horror, the package said it was on its way to Washington state. I live in Colorado. It turns out someone in the shipping department put the wrong FedEx label on the box. FedEx re-routed it and I finally received. I will not be back. read more

After taking my bike to another mechanic, I found that my front brake pad was never replaced, at this point I cannot even tell if they actually replaced my rear disk either, as the mechanic found it unlikely that the repair was actually done judging on the condition of the part. I took my triumph to two wheels world thinking that as they are a licensed dealer that my triumph would be treated properly but it looks as though my bike just sat in a garage for months while I shelled out money for repairs that never happened. The safety implications of this are even more astounding. At this point I doubt anything can be done regarding a recourse but at least I can warn others. Stay away from this place if you're looking top take care of yourself, your wallet and your bike. read more

Let me start off by saying this. I'm 46yrs old and I've probably written 3 reviews in my life. I don't like complainers so therefore I don't complain often myself. I went to this company to buy aa scooter that they had listed on the internet. It was a decent price and looked to be in good condition so I called them up. I spoke with a Jim Zambrato and he advised me it was in perfect condition. I drove the 1+hours to the dealership and found that the bike had been in a collision. He never mentioned this on the phone and only would discount it $200. That's the end of the "good" news. I was going out of town when I stopped by so I asked if I could put down a non-refundable deposit and I'd be back in town in a month to pick it up. He agreed. A week into my business trip Jim Zambrato started calling me up and leaving threatening voicemails that he would keep my deposit and sell the scooter to another party. He also copied me in an email response to a separate party threatening the same thing. Things got so bad by the 10th day that I had to speak to the owner, Omar. Now Omar seemed to be a nice guy and agreed to keep the bike there until I returned. The next day Jim called me back asking why did I call his boss, and stating that Omar wasn't that nice of a guy and actually instructed Jim to call customers and tell them someone was going to buy the bikes they put deposits on to scare them. Fast forward I came in to pick up the scooter and Jim wouldn't even look at me. I had to deal with a nice lady, Catalina. The problem was now that the finance manager was out sick and my tag and title had never been applied for but they charged me to do it. After 30 days of having my scooter the temporary tag ran out. I called Catalina and she mailed me another one. 20 days later I called for my tag and title and was told the finance manager was still out and she would make sure this time I received a permanent tag and title. Three weeks later I finally received those items. At the time I picked up I noticed I didn't have the red master key Piaggio's need for the alarm system. That finance manager who later got sick told me that one of the keys I did receive was the master key. Upon leaving I went to Vespa of Ft. Lauderdale and the sales manager informed me that I needed that master key and if I lost that ignition key that the bike came with I'd have to pay $1500 to get a new ignition for the scooter. That Vespa manager called Two Wheel and got authorization for them to buy me a master key, but my bike had to sit up for ten days while they sent that ignition key to California to get a meter key made. Fast forward again, a few weeks later my bike stopped running. This time I took it to Vespa Miami and after it stayed there 30+ days they finally fixed it. The wiring harness had damage to it. They said it seemed to be related to the accident the bike had and they also said my bike appears to have more than the 83 miles that was on the odometer. I bought it with 83 mile and put 500 miles on it before this electrical problem. The mechanic said it appeared to have a few thousand miles on it at least and the odometer might of been tampered with! I called Two Wheel World and they politely told me to go to hell. So I had to pay over $400 to get it fixed. I had my bike less than 90 days, 10 days it sat waiting for a key and 30 days at Vespa getting repaired. At least Vespa Miami felt bad for me and discounted my bill over $700!! Do not buy from this company!! I have had the worst experience with a vehicle in my life. Omar and Catalina seem nice but that Jim has got to go. I feel he is dishonest and arrogant. He might make a nice neighbor but not a sales manager of a Ducati Dealership. read more

Let me start by saying Two Wheels World is the best place in Florida for all your Triumph needs. Whether it's purchasing a brand-new bike or a used one, they are by far the best at it. They were able to locate an all-white Triumph Thruxton 1200 for me, when no one else had one. Catalina (Sales associate) was super responsive and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Not to mention, they even shipped the bike to my house, free of cost. Although, if you have the time to, you should definitely go into their location. They have tons of Triumph and Ducati parts & gear. There's a really nice waiting area if you need to get your Triumph or Ducati serviced; so no need to worry about sitting in some mechanic shop. All in all, Two Wheels World was a great buying experience and they do business right. 5 stars and nothing less. read more

Jimmy the salesman at 2 wheels sold me a 2021 Triumph Rocket3GT and brought it to lakeland Fl, my feet could not touch the ground and at 71 wass dangerous for me on a fast motorcycle. Navy Federal cancelled the $21,000. loan but 2 wheels debited my checking for $500. to go with the loan of $212,000. making the sale of $21,500. Jimmy told me to pay to ship it back to 2 wheels about 3 hours away in which i paid $475.00 but Jimmy with 2 wheels stole my $500. by not refunding it back to me as it was vpart of the deal. I would never recommend this crooked dealership to anyone unless my $500. is refunded to my account. read more

My brother almost bought a Ducati "Monster." To me, the bike looked like a European guy in a speedo; with his junk all hanging out. I get that you're well hung and all, but you'd still look better in board shorts. Translation: I don't like naked bikes. Put some fearings on for Christ's sake! However, Ducati does make some magnificent machines, and this would be the place to buy one. Not only do they have a large selection of bikes, but they have lots of accessories and merchandise too. He answered all my questions, arranged transportation and personally picked me up from the T-Rail and went waaaaaaaaaay above and beyond in terms of service in making my financing of my 2011 Monster and service impeccable. I ordered a pair of Triumph Bar End Mirrors and finishers from their Website 'Pure-Triumph.com'. The website said the items were in stock and delivered in 2 - 5 days. It's been a over a week and the items haven't even shipped yet. I've tried several times to contact them from their website and calling by phone. No Response... When I mentioned an internet order to the guy who answered the phone he rudely said 'Hold On!!' and transferred me to voicemail. I don't know anything about their bike sales department, but the online parts ordering needs to be skipped. I doubt the items were actually in stock and they don't seem to care about internet orders. They can charge your card right away and get your parts to you whenever they want. I haven't experienced anything this shoddy in a long time. read more
