My experience with George Mayer and his father Erik were one of a kind. From the time that I walked into the dealership until the time that they personally delivered the motorcycle to my front door, they were courteous, respectful, fair and highly professional. Their level of patience was exceptional while answering my many questions. Additionally, they never tried to play games with the financing or the price. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and take your motorcycle to these guys. From the first moment i called them about and issue with my hypermotard, these guys show what great customer service is all about. Months later i had to call them again and yamil and lucho gave me the answers to my problem again, i had try other mechanics and they are just trying to make you pay for their ignorance. I whished I lived near by! I dealt with this dealer on the phone, ordering Triumph parts. I'm in San Diego Ca. and it's a damn shame the few Triumph people out here are... not as good as these guys! I dealt with Scott; gave me every minute of time I needed... too extra time to double and triple check and cross reference part numbers for seats I was ordering. Did everything he could to help which was about a 20-30 minute phone call... which was more time than local shops ever gave me!! Unfortunately the seats weren't much of an upgrade, and returning for a full refund was easier than getting these ordered and shipped cross country! Thanks Two Wheels World and especially Scott.... any other Triumph mail-order part needed will be done through these guys! read more

I can only rate 5 stars? I would give this place 10 if I could. As a resident of Miami Beach, Ducati of Miami is for sure 100 times closer to me and I tried them first all I can say is they SUCK!!!!!!!!!! From the time my wife placed an order with Two Wheels World it arrived so quick she didn't even get a chance to tell me what she ordered. She bought two helmet bags and I liked the one and the other not so much. We drove up on Saturday and we were so impressed and blown away with all the guys treating us like family even though they had no idea if I even had a bike or not. These guys made us feel at home and answered all of my questions in a nice manner and they didn't make us feel like we were bothering them. They exchanged the bag no problem and everything was smooth. I think the only way to even get the guys at Ducati of Miami to even look up is to walk in and say I want to spend $30,000 cash on a bike today, you might get a hello. This is the first review I have ever written. This place is amazing, the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My experience is worth sharing as it displays how the staff goes above and beyond in the most incredible way. Although everyone is great I definitely want to shine the spotlight on one specific individual. For the past 2 years I have been visiting this store and talking to Ian (The nicest guy in the business) I have asked him hundreds of questions, asked for brochures, and sat on every bike in that showroom while he gives me a full explanation about each specific bike and component. You would think that after the 3rd or 4th visit without purchasing anything his attitude would change. Not at all, after my 10th visit (still not buying anything) this guy had a work trip to Europe and even gave me a number to call him overseas with questions. Unbelievable!, Fast forward 2 years later and yesterday I saw a good deal on the website and called him right away. Not only did he give me an even better deal, but he also took care of everything within an hour. Today i'm the proud owner of my first Ducati and honestly would not buy another motorcycle from anyone else. I bought my 2015 Ducati Diavel Cromo from 2 Wheels World online. Catalina, Sales Rep and Bill, Finance Rep were awesome! These guys are in Florida and I am in Texas, however never felt so comfortable buying anything online as I did with them. I have never made such a big purchase online. This was my first, and probably except these guys, I will not be making any other big purchases online. Catalina, from the start was very professional and honest. She sent me videos, pictures via text, quick in responses and we closed the deal within hours. This bike was a demo and only had 4 miles on it. They fired it up and facetime me so I could see the bike, to make sure I know what I am getting, in fact pointed things that I hadnt noticed in the pictures. Also sent me a complementary Battery tender, as the bike was winterized for a while. Great Price, Excellent Customer Service, can't say enough about them! Bill didn't let me off until I got my title from Ducati Financials after paying off the bike. It got shipped to me and Bill made sure he shipped the bike with someone he could trust and constantly kept me posted on the progress of the shipment. I highly recommend 2Wheels World to anyone who is looking for a fair price, and to deal with great folks! read more
