2 weeks ago I booked an appointment with chrome glow. I arrived yesterday for my appointment to be told that the business had a issue and all the appointments got wiped. The owner was still kind enough to take me at my word but explained that they do a lot of internet business and never book on mondays (so they can ship the weekend orders out) so was unsure why the employee booked it. They were able to shuffle something's around and still get my bike done in a day. Very clean and professional install too. They even apologized for the inconvenience and took care of me. I highly recommend them for any and all needs these guys know customers service! It could have been very easy to ask me to re book and brush me off. Very happy customer.

After some internet research I found Chrome Glows website. They had everything I was looking for to upgrade me and my girlfriends Honda's to brighter led lighting. Living in "blue Hair" South Florida where to survive you want to be seen on your bike. With pleasant surprise they were only 25 miles south of us. I called ahead and spoke to Jesse on the phone and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. He put my order in a bag and had it waiting for me. We met the owner Chris and he was super awesome and even did some internet searches to help me install what we ordered. Great selection and great customer service we will definitely be back for more!!

Brought my Vulcan Custom in to have a LED problem fixed, Jesse already knew the issue immediately & was able to fix.

Mr. Shannon more than knows his craft, he cares about his customers. We had it with taking our 2005…read moreYamaha Virago 250 bobber to low-price and half-stepping mechanics. One mechanic didn't let customers know about an upfront $80 deposit over the phone or on its site, and didn't tighten the oil drain screw when finished with repairs [had to do it personally]. Another changed the rear brake [it still squeals] after picking one of the priciest front tires it had in stock, claiming it was the only one that fit. And one never explained what he did to get her running again. Days later, the bike would not start. That happened a few times. We gave up, and decided to go with someone who built bikes from the ground up, Cartel Baggers Fort Lauderdale. We saw them a few times downtown, and they had good vibes. Remember how we mentioned about how Mr. Shannon cares? If you need to get home or back to work, and your bike is all you have, he will UBER you on his dime. Mr. Shannon kept us in the loop the whole process. The biggest update was that the bike needed a new swing arm. We knew it was bent. But not one of the three previous mechanics brought the bent swing arm to our attention, even the one who changed the rear brake pads. That one was supposed to "recommend" repairs. The same as they were to "recommend" a front tire for the bike. Basically, we were riding a death trap [the rear wheel was at a serious slant, and the bike always looked as if it would fall over when on the rear stand], and didn't realize it! Mr. Shannon did!!! He was vehement about not riding the bike again unless it got fixed to the point where he stated it should be towed home without the repair done. That is how a true bike mechanic should react! Turned out the bike was a salvage bike with a rebuilt title. After he removed the swing arm, he showed how it originally had duct tape [a la The Red Green Show] as a sealer!!! The man saved our life! Let it be stated, you get what you pay for with Cartel Baggers. They charge appropriately for their professionalism and thoroughness. If you want cheap work done or a hack, go elsewhere. Saving dollars can result in serious injury or loss of life. Why risk that? We will stay with Cartel Baggers Fort Lauderdale as our mechanic going forward.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Shannon- the Owner. He was attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and the bikes in his shop are transcendent in that they are not merely bikes. They are mechanized art. He gave me a tour of the facility and it was a top notch set up. The mechanics are all personable and professional. I will update once the work I brought the bike in for has been completed. First impression is incredibly positive and I look forward to seeing the progress with my bike.

Ok so if you're reading this now for insight on where to take your bike, hear me out! I don't care…read morehow good you think your past motorcycle guy was or how good your buddy's friend is or your cousin or whatever.. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS JERRY AT SYNDICATE CYCLES!!! I assure you of that. I've been through several motorcycles over the last decade and have dealt with numerous shops in South FL including Harley dealerships and I can tell you with 100% certainty there is absolutely NO other place I'd take my bike in the future after my experience with Jerry! Jerry is a great dude and is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in his work. He does things the right way and does not cut corners! He's extremely meticulous and genuinely CARES how the work comes out unlike most shops who just rush your bike in and out to get the next bike in. He will take his time with you to explain what he needs to do and why, or even give you a rundown on how a certain install works etc. He's also a straight shooter and will advise you truthfully on what's necessary and what's not. I learned so much in my brief time with him in the shop!! I got new handlebars (apes) new wiring, foot peg extenders, a full speaker system, and several other things completed on my bike my first visit. Jerry texted me progress pictures throughout the process and kept me up to date on where he was at which I greatly appreciated!! He even took my bike for a thorough test ride to make sure everything was perfect before I came to pick it up! He's extremely resourceful with getting parts as well. He has most parts delivered to his shop the NEXT DAY if he doesn't have it in stock already. He's also very reasonable and fair with pricing unlike Harley who charges $139 an hour to have 20 year old kids work on your bike!! No thanks!!!!! But seriously, quit googling local bike shops. Call Jerry and get your bike in!! I'll be recommending every biker buddy I have to Jerry in the future. And no, I'm not a family member or personal friend writing this review. This is a real experience from a real customer. This is my 98' Fatboy that Jerry did all that work on for me. Pictured below at the Seminole truck stop off of US-27 shortly after getting my bike from the shop!!! Also added one of the progress photos he sent me. Anyways hope this helps someone out there who's struggling to find a shop they can trust! Syndicate Cycles A+++ Thanks again man! The wife loves the look of the new fat bars you recommended lol we're ready for Sturgis in July now!!!
