I moved…read morearound the country for business purposes quite a bit which during all those years, more times than not, made changing bikes more economical than shipping them. Because of all the moves which led to owning a lot of different bikes, I also worked with numerous motorcycle mechanics. (New York, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, and back to the Denver area.....Boulder, then Aspen (where I should have bought property and stayed), back to NY, Chicago again, Las Vegas, Florida, back to Las Vegas, and now back in Florida (no plans on moving anytime soon) - but all those moves led to owning quite a few motorcycles. Which meant working with a lot of different MC mechanics. Of all the mechanics I've had work on all those bikes, Marco was far and away the best MC guy of them all! I'm sorry we had a disagreement (not concerning anything to do with a motorcycle repair...or our business relationship in any way). -- Moving back to Florida this last time and having had some unpleasant words between Marco and myself right before I left the last time, has become a problem (at least for me) - I just bought a "new to me" (old by the calendar) Harley. Too bad that from what I've read, there's a motorcycle shop nearby that only works on Harleys - and, again, from what I've read, is quite expensive. A big issue for me since I'm now retired and living isn't getting any cheaper - especially in this area. I hope that I can make amends with Marco. He's not only the best motorcycle mechanic I've worked with but is a good guy in general. Guess I'll have to try going back to see him - hat in hand - and hope that we can reconnect. I've found that the longer I've been riding, and the more bikes I've owned, having a MORE THAN COMPETENT bike mechanic is as important - maybe more important, than the kind of bike you own..... great work, fair prices, works quickly, and does exactly what he says he will do at the price he'll give you in advance. Despite our (upsetting - at least to me) "difference of opinion" I couldn't possibly give Marco anything less than the 5 stars he deserves! (I just hope this review doesn't contribute TOO much more business for Marco... I think the downside of that is too much business may lead to longer waits for service. (but a well-deserved upside for Marco - whose last name I can't pronounce - LOL Richard S.

The first thing I thought after taking off on the motorcycle was he never test road it. Not only did the bike hesitate it's air intake from the exhaust was like fire crackers. $2500 in parts and labor the following day my bike doesn't start and my battery is dead, so after I bring it back to my mechanic he says he will trickle charge it and run tests to see if the charging system is failing. So not only does he tell me that I must've left the motorcycle on and the battery is dead. So after 2 months of having my MC he puts a new battery in and don't check the charging system. so I asked the mechanic for his multi meter reading and yet have gotten the video . So I'm going to put this brand new battery . Which I just bought from my over compensated mechanic. Walah it starts right up. So I drive it to work, then beach side. Total of about 2 hrs. The next day I took a ride low and behold it dies. So I get it home. Order regulator, rectifier and stator. The parts cost me $60. Time 3 hrs to change them and it runs great. The mechanic wanted another $700 after I paid him $2600.
