Let's start with having my motorcycle for approximately 2 months. $1600 in labor and parts were $850. Bought the bike for $400. Finally I get the bike and hit the road. The first thing I thought after taking off on the motorcycle was he never test road it. Not only did the bike hesitate it's air intake from the exhaust was like fire crackers. $2500 in parts and labor the following day my bike doesn't start and my battery is dead, so after I bring it back to my mechanic he says he will trickle charge it and run tests to see if the charging system is failing. So not only does he tell me that I must've left the motorcycle on and the battery is dead. So after 2 months of having my MC he puts a new battery in and don't check the charging system. so I asked the mechanic for his multi meter reading and yet have gotten the video . So I'm going to put this brand new battery . Which I just bought from my over compensated mechanic. Walah it starts right up. So I drive it to work, then beach side. Total of about 2 hrs. The next day I took a ride low and behold it dies. So I get it home. Order regulator, rectifier and stator. The parts cost me $60. Time 3 hrs to change them and it runs great. The mechanic wanted another $700 after I paid him $2600. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Went to get service on a Can-Am Spyder F-3. Mike says he can fix it but strung me along for weeks until he just stop responding to my text. I'm a firm believer in being a man of your word. If you say you can fix it then lets get the job done. If you cant, just say hey I cant fix it and the customer moves on. I had my motorcycle here for 6wks.I admit the owner/main mechanic does have experience,but works very slowly,and he'll get you on labor. He didn't start on my bike,after 4wks.(only after be picking up bike next week)only then he got started to work on bike.The problem never got fixed completely.He only replace the part,and walking out with the same problem.Lucky for me I brought the part,god knows how much he'll get you on that as well.He lay something heavy on rear seat,and made a dent on seat.He also has so many bikes,during the day,parks a lot of bikes on back street,under rain and sun beating down on all bikes parked all day out back.I brought my bike,and when asked when will be ready,kept telling me the same story(next wk.),until i got tire of the lies. I would not recommend this shop to even my worst enemy.He doesn't write down,or keeps up on labor time on paper.He just estimate and charge what he wants.Save your $,and go elsewhere.GOOD LUCK. read more

I rated this Shop at 1 because they actually answer the Phone after 4X calling other than that 0 's are the due. Here is the Story in the Real World. There is NO 2 SIDES OF THIS STORY, ONLY 1 WHICH IS THE Truth. Brought Kawasaki 2012 Vulcan 1700 top of the line with all the BELLS & WHISTLES except 1. And that is a Computer Controlled Module that gives the exact proper mix of fuel & Air to the Fuel Injected Unit. There are a few different makes and I was told that you should have a Shop that has a Dyno install it because it can be set according to speeds and rpm's while it is hooked up to the Dyno Machine. They are quite expensive and Mike (Owner) said that he does not have one and it is not necessary to need a Dyno. Okay, he proceeded to tell me of a Unit by Cobra Engineering and this particular Unit as a "Dyno Tune" automatic device built in and is the GREATEST & BEST. Okay Mike do it and for $595 or $625 he would install it. Now he told me that it takes about 80 miles for the Unit to understand your habits on the way you accelerate and ride in General. I picked it up and it was on Friday after work and I ride it and ride it and it has this very annoying pause and miss as I accelerate from a dead stop. I pulled into his Shop the next day on Saturday and I told him that I was reading about the Unit and there is a Green Light that is suppose to light up when it is on. He said bring it by on Monday and he would have it checked out and send it to the Factory.........well 2 1/2 months later Now 8/12/16 it is still being check out and HE WILL NOT PAY ME MY $595 OR $600 BACK. I PAID HIM IN CASH, BUT I HAVE A RECEIPT. OH, I ALMOST FORGOT THE UNIT WAS AN IMPROPER UNIT...IT WAS MADE FOR CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS. I HAVE A FLORIDA BIKE AND THE CA.Unit can't be adapted. I called Cobra Engineering and talked to "Andre" the Tech Goorooo and he told me that it could take 2 Weeks 2 Weeks for any type of Warranty Issues.
