Took six months for them to even drop the motor on the one with the misfire. We are not almost a year. I still have neither Bike back. I told them to stop work on the bad motor and I'm gonna pour that out. reached out multiple times having that request updates and totals and never get that either. I always get the runaround or something about. (Screen shots have time line and messages to corroborate)They're waiting for a part or a harness or something. I'm sorry, but it doesn't take almost a year let alone absolutely no communication whatsoever. I've never had to call a shop and beg for updates and totals. I truly did not want to write a bad review. I really didn't, but this has gotten so absurd to the point that I ended up having to buy a third motorcycle so I had something to ride in the meantime bc this shop, has just dragged there feet the entire time with both bikes. Have attached screenshots of my conversations with the owner. And a timeline of how things played out. Completely unacceptable way to run a shop or treat customers , mind you I have been beyond patient and understand with delays and normal stuff. Zero communication, better off finding a diff shop that actually . Last message from the owner" ask soon as I get back I'll give you an update" that was Jan 10th .......

Meaning there was no follow up call, no quote, no explanation on what was broken. Just a fixed scooter with $200+ being paid for something I NEVER would have approved. You cannot run a business like this, I feel scammed and I had to pay because the scooter was my company's property. All around horrible experience avoid this place at all cost I'm sure the next place will treat you better. Not even going to start with the awful front desk attendee that's an entirely different issue that's just as bad.

I was told, in a rather abrupt tone, that no one was available and the call was ended. I called back to understand what had happened, and when I asked why the call had been disconnected, I was again told, somewhat rudely, that there was nobody who speaks Spanish. I then said I would try to explain what I needed in English, but the response I received -- "Ok, so what do you want?" -- was delivered in a tone that clearly conveyed annoyance and impatience. At that point, noticing the discomfort and lack of willingness to help, I chose to end the conversation politely and wished her a good day. I believe customer service is extremely important. Even when language barriers exist, professionalism, patience, and courtesy should always remain priorities. If someone is not comfortable interacting respectfully with customers, it may be worth reconsidering whether they are suited for a customer-facing role. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback so future interactions can reflect the level of service customers expect and deserve.

I am currently having to use my own money and funds to repair what they broke because they won't answer their phone or they will tell My Husband that they will reach back out to us when they have more information. I'm tired of doing that dance for four months. I saw that was also the same complaint for someone else that they damage the car and don't give a damn about fixing it so use them at your own risk.
