Sometimes you get a steady stream of riders pulling in to grab a coffee, smoothie or a sandwich wrap and show off their bikes, which is the best part of the place, good people-watching if you're into motorcycles. Then there's a whole other crowd of trendy Miami types who show up for the aesthetic. The music doesn't help much either imo, tacky electronica that feels like it's trying too hard to be cool and lure the younger trendy crowd with no bikes, i love electronica, but not the tacky edm mainstream type. Bottom line, go for the coffee, the smoothies, the acai bowl and the bikes, tune out the rest. Solid neighborhood hang if you take it for what it is.

Paco and Alice both took the time to locate and helped me find exactly what we were looking for. They both really impressed us and their willingness to go above and beyond. Alice made sure everything was handled efficiently and helped us look up our account, since my cellphone had no reception. I highly recommend asking for Paco in parts and Alice Kobylarz in clothing. The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

Dropped 883 Sportster at Underground Garage .for oil change …read more Ray said hand break light not working.Brought back Picked up February 12 th ,,paid for oil change hand break lights not working..Didn't charge me then.Ray ,owner was going to Daytona bike week .Had to wait.February 22 dropped off again ,still not fixed.Picked up ,had to ride without rear break light working . Dropped off again March 29 .He kept bike till April 23 .Friday . When I picked up bike ,,,.No Hand break lights .No Foot break lights .No Turn signals and battery dead .He said just ride bike for 45 minutes to charge battery . I said ,Ray ,I can't take bike like this with far more broken than when originally dropped off February . He said come back tomorrow.Saturday.Will have it ready. Came back .No hand break lights,no foot break lights ,no turn signals and speedometer wasn't working .Lastly bike had loss of compression.Missing really bad .I asked him why all these things weren't working .He said everything worked great when I picked up Saturday . Took it to other Harley mechanic first thing Monday morning .then went to Ray ,thinking he'd give me my money back .Again. he said everything worked great . Waiting for repair bill of new mechanic business to correct damage done to my bike.will post diagnostic results . May 28,,Peterson's Harley Davidson charged me $350 to correct electrical system where wires were crossed,ie blew all fuses .Carburetor missing part and had to be rebuilt.$650,all started with oil change at Underground Garage.My bike has always been in top performance. The handlebars were rusting under the grips and the cone spike filter was sun faded. These guys aren't fast talking salesmen . They tell you what you need, and get it done quickly as soon as the parts get in, so you can get back on the road. After so many unpleasant experiences with shops all over the automotive spectrum in south florida, this shop has gained my trust. Shiny side up.
