Bought a used 2018 peace city RIYA MS scooter from offer up. I'm new to the scooter game, so i had no idea what to expect in regards to repairs. Was referred to Scooters 4 u to get it checked out. I was worried because i didn't want to get taken advantage of when it came to repairs. Best decision I've made so far. They replaced my ignition switch, gas pump, and oil change. They didn't take advantage and told me other things needed to be replaced. Very honest people and reliable. Got everything fixed right there and then. Great price too, i don't have a garage or anything to fix this bike with so this place was amazing to me. I will definitely be coming back to get future repairs done here. read more

7 reviews a month ago DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY SCOOTER REPAIRS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE OR SENIOR CITIZEN!!!!!! I had exclusively patronized Scooters 4 U for five (5) years. I sent them customers for repairs, maintenance and to purchase new scooters. I ALWAYS paid whatever was billed. Unfortunately, I experienced two times recently that questionable issues happened. 1) I spent over $400 for an engine upgrade in September 2024. A week later all the lights on the scooter did not work. I had to get that repaired. 2. On January 15th, 2025, I was driving on Hwy 441 at 5p when the scooter cut off. I waited over two (2) hours on the side of that busy highway for SCOOTERS 4 U to tow the scooter. Their shop was about six (6) miles away. Also, I am a female in my 60's. The engine was blown. I had just gotten the oil changed less than a week before. Interestingly, the owner supposedly changed the oil in less than three (3) minutes. Usually takes 10 to 15 minutes for an oil change. After the supposed oil change, I noticed an unusual sound in the engine a day or so later. I don't know, but perhaps this suspected passive-aggresive behavior by the owner is due to me not being Hispanic. Obviously, I will not do any business with them in the future. I took my scooter to be inspected and they told me it needed a new battery ($65) (on Amazon =$20) and carburetor ($125) (on Amazon $25) and with taxes the price was $198. The owner (Cuban, bald, short-named Jose) wanted me to pay immediately (15mns after checking) but I told him I would wait for them to fix it first and he said ok! More than 2 hours passed and the parts were changed and the job was complete! and he wanted me to pay without even seeing the parts he changed or checking the scooter (it was inside the premises); The owner implied that I was going to leave without paying just because I told him that I wanted to check the motorcycle first before paying (all businesses allow it without any problem) then he got angry yelling (disrespectful thinking that he could treat me however he wants) and he canceled the job and demanded that I pay him $85 per diagnostic (10 minutes) And from then on he didn't want to give me back my scooter and threatened to call the police, but they were already on their way. When the police came, he lied and said that they never did the work and that it was his business and he did whatever he wanted there; So I was forced to pay $85 for a "diagnosis" and he wanted to get a copy of my license accusing me of fraud but the police explained that this is prohibited in Florida). I hope the Licensing department does an inspection there. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SCOOTERS THERE OR BUY ANYTHING, THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY TREAT PEOPLE VERY BD/YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF TIME AND PROBLEMS!! read more

They fixed and ask me money for him to repair it. So I paid and right after I took scooter it wasnt work . Than he said oh I dont know what happen. I dont knoe why not working. I got tired of being sexually harassed, touched inappropriately and over charged by Giuseppe on Federal Highway, North of Johnson St. So, when I found this shop I was so HAPPY to get a "tune up" which Giuseppe was charging about $100, for $35. at this place.... Also Giuseppe didn't repair what he told me and my insurance co. he repaired and was paid to him, for said repairs, when my scooter was stolen and vandalized. They are lucky I was in some much shock and tears that I didn't call the police. There have been very few times in my life I have been brought to tears. I brought my bike there for them to replace a tire and maybe a rim. They said they would find it. Spent two weeks waiting no response.....Then they said I needed to get my own rim and bring it to them. Couldn't find my own so I decided to get my bike somewhere else. Upon pickup I found my bike in complete disrepair. All electrical wires cut, beyond tons of cosmetic damage, and they tried TO STEAL SEVERAL PARTS!!!!!!!!! These guys belong behind bars. Nobody except for one person speaks English and he doesn't have the authority to help you. Sell your stuff for parts before going here. I went to this place to repair my cousin scooter. They actually picked it up with 20 $. This is a very cheap price... They can either picking up or dropping your scooter wherever you are. My scooter had broke breaks and val. They fixed everything in just a couple of hours and called me when it was ready and when I tried it it was just like new. I'm happy with that. So good experience.
