The communication with Giovany was extremely helpful and intuitive. I started my trip heading to Key West with the Indian chieftain but after about 60 miles the engine light went on, since it's not my bike and I didn't want to take any chances I stopped at the side of the highway pretty much in the middle of nowhere with half a bottle of drinking water.. I texted Giovany on WhatsApp and he was super helpful, he offered me to switch to BMW GS1250 or the Ducati multistrada for free and gave me an ETA of 45 minutes for his employee to come to me and switch bikes. (In the middle of nowhere!) The guy arrived in 40 minutes with cold water and a tank full of gas . We quickly switched bikes and I was back on my way to Key West. I honestly didn't expect a rental company the be so punctual and professional but BCG are just that good. Thank you guys for making my trip smooth and safe!

It took me two days to get ahold of a human and was finally able to cancel 28 days before we were scheduled to rider but they still billed me the full amount and basically told me 'tough luck'. This is no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat a fellow rider (if they even ride). It is a shady operation that everyone needs to avoid, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well but felt it was important to warn as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

A great to learn where all the coffee shops are hidden! :))) Now I'm debating between buying a moped or a golf cart! Easy for beach, gym, Wholefood it's all I leave my home for. lol. WEAR A HELMET!!! It's not worth getting a traumatic brain injury (TBI) which could take years to heal. Just wear your helmets. This place has great rental prices and are super nice!!!!

My…read morewife and I rented a Harley Davidson Ultra Glide, and from the moment we left the shop, it was a nightmare. The bike was handed to us with no gas, forcing us to stop immediately. We then discovered the gas cover was broken and impossible to open; it took us about 30 minutes, with the help of a bystander, to pry it open just to get fuel. While riding, the bike was jerky and repeatedly stalled. The situation turned dangerous when the bike lost all power and died in the middle of Alligator Alley. To make matters worse, it was starting to rain and getting dark while we were left stranded. When I called the owner for help, he was incredibly rude, immediately blamed us for "blowing up his bike," and refused to cover any towing costs. He offered to bring us another bike but expected us to wait in the rain for 2-3 hours while he drove to us. We were left stranded for hours until a Road Ranger helped us get to Naples. Because of this company's negligence, my wife and I were forced to pay for our own hotel and food, and had to arrange for my mother to drive to Naples the next day to pick us up. When I requested a refund for the unreliable, dangerous equipment, the owner refused, showing zero concern for our safety or wellbeing. He cares only about making a dollar. Do not rent from this shop.
