The people at the shop are very friendly and keep a returning client happy and the prices are very affordable. I will not trust nobody else with my Motorcycle if it's not them. Took six months for them to even drop the motor on the one with the misfire. We are not almost a year. I still have neither Bike back. I told them to stop work on the bad motor and I'm gonna pour that out. reached out multiple times having that request updates and totals and never get that either. I always get the runaround or something about. (Screen shots have time line and messages to corroborate)They're waiting for a part or a harness or something. I'm sorry, but it doesn't take almost a year let alone absolutely no communication whatsoever. I've never had to call a shop and beg for updates and totals. I truly did not want to write a bad review. I really didn't, but this has gotten so absurd to the point that I ended up having to buy a third motorcycle so I had something to ride in the meantime bc this shop, has just dragged there feet the entire time with both bikes. Have attached screenshots of my conversations with the owner. And a timeline of how things played out. Completely unacceptable way to run a shop or treat customers , mind you I have been beyond patient and understand with delays and normal stuff. Zero communication, better off finding a diff shop that actually . Last message from the owner" ask soon as I get back I'll give you an update" that was Jan 10th .......

Fiver Stars and Beyond!…read more From the moment I walked into King America, I knew I was in the right place. Mine was a unique circumstance in that I had just completed my first complete hardtail chopper build. But I wanted to have an expert double check the final details just to be safe. I had researched a handful of possible shops, but the reviews at King America were by far the best. The atmosphere in Waldo's shop is fantastic but more evident is his genuine passion for motorcycles. After discussing the details and reviewing pictures of my build, I was confident in the choice. And with his tenured history with custom builds, he also offered suggestions to further improve the final product. Waldo took the time to really listen to what I needed, offered genuine advice that helped me complete the project, and did so at a more than fair price. Whether it's simple maintenance on a factory bike that you just don't feel comfortable tackling, or a complete custom motorcycle, King America should be on your list to call.
