DON'T BRING YOUR VESPA TO ANYTHING SCOOTERS! Paid $1,150 for "repairs" and took 1.5 months to "fix" my bike. Took it to Anything Scooters because I wanted to try something closer to my home. When I first got my bike back (after the first invoice), it stopped working at an intersection and I had to walk my bike 3 miles back to Anything Scooters. After the 2nd invoice when the work was supposedly completed, the bike was performing worse than it did before within 1 to 2 weeks of riding (bike was taking longer to accelerate to normal speed). After 3 months (would have taken my Vespa in sooner to the Fort Lauderdale Vespa shop, but didn't want to spend another $1,000 on repairs right away), I brought my bike to Joe, who showed me after completing repairs that Keith did not do or sufficiently complete any of the repairs and replacements that he was supposed to have done from the jobs on both invoices. Had to get all new brake discs and pads along with changing oil and filter. Repairs at the Vespa Fort Lauderdale shop cost me another $800 and took only 4-5 days to complete and bike works like new again. Keith claimed he did the work, but Joe the Vespa mechanic swears up and down that Keith did not (and with quite a bit of frustration). Furthermore, I have videos and pictures from Vespa Fort Lauderdale to back up the shoddy work and cover up that they tried to do on my front brake disc. Anything Scooters should not have accepted my Vespa because they do not have the tools to run the computer diagnostics. But they did and have not refund any of my $1,150. Never using another scooter shop again, except for a certified Vespa shop for my bike! read more

Just paid $2000 for a "new" scooter or so I thought. The first day the front brake rotor was making a terrible noise so I brought it back in and they ordered me a new one. No big deal till I found out there was about $50 In labor attached to to the free replacement under the warranty . And now my scooter is squealing when it idles. Not sure if he just breaks things and then charges to fix the them? I was going to be a loyal long time customer with oil changes and tunes ups but if that's how this business is ran then I will take my money else where. Wish I had read the Yelp reviews before purchase. SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Purchased a Brand New Scooter. In just 25 days the speedometer stopped working and the battery cover was defective when you sold it to me. Keith told me " Just leave it in the sun it will fall into place". come to find out the clamps on the Battery Cover are actually Broken. I gladly gave them a chance to fix it but Keith was more interested in charging me $25 for the first oil change. Which was premature. was supposed to be done at 300Kilometers scooter Odometer was only at 221Kilometers. Keith held my scooter for 4 days then refused to fix it and told me to come get it or they would charge me $50 a day for storage. They even have the nerve to display my picture on their FB page Like I'm a happy customer. I AM NOT HAPPY. Thanks for the picture. It clearly shows the Defective Battery Cover on the Day Of Purchase. ( I bet they take the picture down after this) I have a screen shot :) You Sold me a Piece of Crap and you refuse to fix it. I cannot understand why anyone could have a problem with Anything Scooters. Kieth is the smartest mechanic I have ever known. I used to take my Old beloved Yamaha scooter that he fixed here and there, always a good job, then one time he told me, Jim I think its time to move on from this. I can fix it but I don't think you should, time to move on. I took it to another place and they said no man Don't know why he told you that we can make it good as new. They took a month and then I picked it up and paid out $800. and it worked for a day and then broke down I took it back and they would not do anything about it. I should have listened to Kieth. There comes a time when it's not worth fixing and Kieth will tell you that - others will just take you money. read more

The main guy Keith thinks he is gods gift to scooters. Charges way too much. Charges 50$ just to look at your scooter. Spent 200$ then a week later brought it back with the same problems. He quoted me 80$ more max to fix then days later says it's gonna be like 300$. When I said I didn't wana do the repairs he got mad and tried to charge me another 20$ just for looking at it even though he did a 50$ diagnostic 2 weeks before. Ive been using Anything Scooters for 3 years now. I just totaled my car so after a year break from riding a scooter I went online and purchased one in a crate and was able to ship it to Keith. I don't recommend purchasing it online I just happened to get a really good deal. I do recommend purchasing something from Keith though all the bikes that I've had before I bought from him. This one I'm just going to have him assemble for me. Keith at Anything Scooters is the best in the business. I've been to a couple other shops before I found him and I regret ever going to any of those other shops. Keith is very knowledgeable when it comes to scooters. As always he was able to help this time around with all my questions and has always made sure that my bikes have always been in top condition even the first one that I brought him that was in horrible condition. Which then he took and gave back to me riding like it was brand new. I will never go anywhere else. I live in Orlando and I'm having the bike shipped to him to be assembled that is how good he is at what he does because I'm sure there are plenty of shops in Orlando but I would not go to any of them before I went to Keith at anything scooters. There's really not much more I can say to let you know that you are in excellent hands letting him take care of your scooter. I've also found that his pricing is the best around you can shop around town but you'll get what you pay for but with Keith you get a lot more than what you actually paid. I just like to say thank you to Keith his whole family because his daughter and his wife are great people also they are such a joy to have take care of you when your bike breaks down or when you just need to purchase a new one. Anything Scooters, Inc. is Expensive and Slow. The quality is also lacking. Took them nearly a month to complete basic service on my scooter and it was ridiculously expensive. On top of that, they nickel and dime me to no end. They also have a rat trap on the wall next to the cashier that serves as a push button for complaints. That should tell you how they feel about customer service. Once bitten, twice shy. Take my advice and Stay away! read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They were very rude and made a simple scooter repair a completely uncomfortable and rude experience. There are other great options to get your scooter repaired in Fort Lauderdale/Davie. Seek those other options and save yourself a terrible experience. read more

Avoid! Brought in near new scooter that would not start/no headlight. Told headlight not lighting from no start. Told him 2 give complete estimate before doing work. Called an hour later 2 say needed starter relay but should do front brakes done & service. Told svc incl oil change, air filter, gear check, fluids (inc brakes). Came to $170 w supposedly $60 an hr labor. Gave ok to work. Got call 55 min later work was done which = 115 per hour labor charge after $55 parts. When picked up I was concerned headlight still not lighting, asked 2x before leaving-assured it was because I was not running it giving it gas. Since paying/leaving immediate problems: headlight OUT not working at all, out of oil, seat not bolted back on so had to go buy bolts and do myself-nearly caused accident in intersection, had to drive home in dark no headlights, ran out of oil well before getting home which might have damaged engine. He lied to me as if I am senile claiming 1. I saw the headlight working before leaving 2. he never said oil change he said gear oil only, 3 sorry forgot to bolt seat back on oops. Additionally, brakes were not squeeking like they are now since he supposedly did the front brakes. Bad service, liar- resulted in me being in danger in two ways - headlight after dark, seat moving in busy intersection, & my wasted time and money to buy bolts/connect seat. Labor charge of $115 for 55 min, he claims he told me he had done most of the work before he got my phone approval.
