This dealership is extremely terrible. If you are trying to buy from this dealership, I seriously…read moresuggest you look for other dealerships. Here is my story, I was looking for CBR650R back in April 21, and trying to schedule for a test ride. As this is the only place showing it has inventory from cycletrader website. I called in and the guy said someone called Chris will get back to you in 30 minutes. I said okay. 4 hours passed, I called again, asking the same thing trying to schedule for test drive for CBR650R. He said he will get on with Chris again and make sure he will call me. Indeed, I got a message back, "what model are you looking for?". That's all the conversation we had on that day. However, the other representative scheduled me for a test ride on 23rd April. On the day, I went to the dealership, and I met Chris. Chris told me there is no CBR650R, the guy scheduled my test drive wasn't there in the office but a remote agent. So I decided to test drive the CB650R. 10 minutes later, I told Chris, if you can find me an inventory or shipment, I can put my deposit down or instant purchase. Chris said there is one will be shipped out May 18th from the manufacture, once he got a VIN number, he will call me and I can put my deposit to get a hold of it, and I should get a call on 4/30. On the day of 4/30, apparently, no calls, no message, nothing. I called the dealership 3 times looking for Chris, he wasn't there. Eventually, I believe it was like 4pm or something, he picked up the call and sounds like he was driving. He said once he gets into the office, he will get back to me with the deposit info. Guess what, nope. I called into the dealership numerous of times, different people assisted me with it, however, they all ended up saying, "give me like 30 minutes, and gets all the quotes available for you and call you back". It's reasonable but it just happened to me so many times they do not call me back. I am just so curious why. Is it because I am Asian especially a Chinese? Why they never call me back or don't want to do business with me? The worst experience I had was on 5/2, there is a guy put me on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes, until the line automatically disconnected. It was Ray right? I called back in again, guess who answered the call this time. It was our old friend Chris. He mentioned the CFO wants the motorcycle, and that's why no one returning my calls. If you call Rick Case Honda Powersports, you will hear a lovely lady saying "we will try our best to get your business with us" ish sentence, and also expressing "we treat you as our friend". What a sarcasm it is. I spend like 2 weeks trying so hard to follow up the inventory process and the shipment, and this is what I got eventually. A company CFO wants it, bye bye. What a shame.

To my understanding i paid for 6 services to use at my liking, obviously with some restrictions but nothing about a strict interval was ever mentioned by John who convinced me to get the 36 months package while knowing i planned on keeping the bike for 1 year at most. So at most with the very long intervals i would have gotten 2 services max. Over the course of ownership I brought the bike in reporting a noise and a specific concern. Before I could even finish explaining, I was brushed off Brent and told it would be $250 just to look at it. That concern turned out to be a legitimate mechanical issue -- a missing motor spacer. Which caused the bolt to strip the thread due to over tightening over time. What makes this worse is that their team turned wrenches on this bike at least twice and never identified or flagged the missing spacer. I first realized the issue was the spacers the day i picked the bike up and service team said nothing was wrong, chain needs lube. When i got home that night i inspected the bike further and found 1 of the missing spacers in my left side fairing. Whether it left the dealership that way or was missed during a service visit, they had multiple chances to catch it. When I finally got them to address it, I was told there was zero guarantee of a fix even if I paid. It ultimately cost me $1,000 and the bike sat there for weeks with little to no communication. April 8, i get a message from the service department asking why i havent picked up the bike claiming i was supposed to pass by 3/20. I asked to speak with someone directly because I did come in and spoke directly to the sales team as advised by brent since i was looking to trade in. I was left waiting to hear from the machinist. This was news to brent over the phone so he went to speak with someone to confirm what im saying is true. No one seemed to know what was going on with my own motorcycle. We are not new customers to broward motorsports by any means, but Hollywood has been the worst experience by far. I was brushed off, overcharged, and left in the dark. I won't be returning for sales or service to Hollywood.

DON'T BRING YOUR VESPA TO ANYTHING SCOOTERS!…read more Paid $1,150 for "repairs" and took 1.5 months to "fix" my bike. Took it to Anything Scooters because I wanted to try something closer to my home. When I first got my bike back (after the first invoice), it stopped working at an intersection and I had to walk my bike 3 miles back to Anything Scooters. After the 2nd invoice when the work was supposedly completed, the bike was performing worse than it did before within 1 to 2 weeks of riding (bike was taking longer to accelerate to normal speed). After 3 months (would have taken my Vespa in sooner to the Fort Lauderdale Vespa shop, but didn't want to spend another $1,000 on repairs right away), I brought my bike to Joe, who showed me after completing repairs that Keith did not do or sufficiently complete any of the repairs and replacements that he was supposed to have done from the jobs on both invoices. Had to get all new brake discs and pads along with changing oil and filter. Repairs at the Vespa Fort Lauderdale shop cost me another $800 and took only 4-5 days to complete and bike works like new again. Keith claimed he did the work, but Joe the Vespa mechanic swears up and down that Keith did not (and with quite a bit of frustration). Furthermore, I have videos and pictures from Vespa Fort Lauderdale to back up the shoddy work and cover up that they tried to do on my front brake disc. Anything Scooters should not have accepted my Vespa because they do not have the tools to run the computer diagnostics. But they did and have not refund any of my $1,150. Never using another scooter shop again, except for a certified Vespa shop for my bike!

No big deal till I found out there was about $50 In labor attached to to the free replacement under the warranty . And now my scooter is squealing when it idles. Not sure if he just breaks things and then charges to fix the them? I was going to be a loyal long time customer with oil changes and tunes ups but if that's how this business is ran then I will take my money else where. I shouldn't have to pay to fix a scooter that was sold as brand new..
