Here is my story, I was looking for CBR650R back in April 21, and trying to schedule for a test ride. As this is the only place showing it has inventory from cycletrader website. I called in and the guy said someone called Chris will get back to you in 30 minutes. I said okay. 4 hours passed, I called again, asking the same thing trying to schedule for test drive for CBR650R. He said he will get on with Chris again and make sure he will call me. Indeed, I got a message back, "what model are you looking for?". That's all the conversation we had on that day. However, the other representative scheduled me for a test ride on 23rd April. On the day, I went to the dealership, and I met Chris. Chris told me there is no CBR650R, the guy scheduled my test drive wasn't there in the office but a remote agent. So I decided to test drive the CB650R. 10 minutes later, I told Chris, if you can find me an inventory or shipment, I can put my deposit down or instant purchase. Chris said there is one will be shipped out May 18th from the manufacture, once he got a VIN number, he will call me and I can put my deposit to get a hold of it, and I should get a call on 4/30. On the day of 4/30, apparently, no calls, no message, nothing. I called the dealership 3 times looking for Chris, he wasn't there. Eventually, I believe it was like 4pm or something, he picked up the call and sounds like he was driving. He said once he gets into the office, he will get back to me with the deposit info. Guess what, nope. I called into the dealership numerous of times, different people assisted me with it, however, they all ended up saying, "give me like 30 minutes, and gets all the quotes available for you and call you back". It's reasonable but it just happened to me so many times they do not call me back. I am just so curious why. Is it because I am Asian especially a Chinese? Why they never call me back or don't want to do business with me? The worst experience I had was on 5/2, there is a guy put me on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes, until the line automatically disconnected. It was Ray right? I called back in again, guess who answered the call this time. It was our old friend Chris. He mentioned the CFO wants the motorcycle, and that's why no one returning my calls. If you call Rick Case Honda Powersports, you will hear a lovely lady saying "we will try our best to get your business with us" ish sentence, and also expressing "we treat you as our friend". What a sarcasm it is. I spend like 2 weeks trying so hard to follow up the inventory process and the shipment, and this is what I got eventually. A company CFO wants it, bye bye. What a shame.

I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I asked for any consideration at all -- partial refund or even store credit for unused time. They didn't care. The manager wouldn't engage in the conversation or even make eye contact. Warning to others: if your ride ends early for any reason, don't expect flexibility or customer service. Once they have your money, that's the end of the relationship. Bike rentals are one thing. I think the shop is always clean always great service. Demetri is awesome and I trust his judgment on my repair. I was just very disappointed to find out that one of technicians discarded all of the parts from my bike with out my consent, not everything was damaged and could of been used for decoration if I feel like it. After all I paid for that very expensive wheel. Demetri asked me if I wanted my parts, and wheel I said yes, but when he asked around it turned out it was discarded as trash and that was that. Right now I have mixed feelings about the shop for that reason this has always been my go to shop. And theses are not cheap bicycles or components to just trash like that.

The repair price was extremely reasonable, in fact it was about half of their initial estimate. For comparison, I got stranded with a flat a few months ago around Hillsboro inlet, and the bike-shop on that corner charged me the same amount for sealant and air as I paid for the wheel repair at Mega Cycle.
