I waited 7 days without receiving any updates or tracking information, so I contacted the company to check on the status of my order. Only then was I informed that there had been a pricing error. Instead of honoring the listed price, they asked me to pay the price difference to complete the purchase. I responded by asking the company to honor the price that was listed on its website when I placed the order. Despite accepting my order and processing my payment, they refused to honor the advertised price and instead chose to cancel my order. To make matters worse, I never requested that my order be canceled, yet I received an email stating that the cancellation and refund were being processed as if I had requested it. As of the time of this review, I have still not received the promised refund. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected to be notified promptly rather than having to reach out myself after waiting a full week with no communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Don't waste your time waiting for an order that may never be fulfilled. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, with a company that stands behind its listed prices, communicates with customers in a timely and transparent manner, and follows through on its commitments.

At a friend suggestion, I took my PX 150 to have the electric starting system fixed. I was told to come back in a couple of days. After multiple trips to see the status of the repair (they don't answer the phone, nor check messages), 3 months later, tired of the run arounds, I went there to pick up my Vespa. I disputed the charges, and I was finally given a breakdown of the charges. I was charged for work that I did not request, to include towing services that never happened. I guess they had my Vespa for so long that they forgot why I took it there. ModernVespa.com solved the problem; the wires on the CDI were in the wrong place. Ive been using Anything Scooters for 3 years now. I just totaled my car so after a year break from…read moreriding a scooter I went online and purchased one in a crate and was able to ship it to Keith. I don't recommend purchasing it online I just happened to get a really good deal. I do recommend purchasing something from Keith though all the bikes that I've had before I bought from him. This one I'm just going to have him assemble for me. Keith at Anything Scooters is the best in the business. I've been to a couple other shops before I found him and I regret ever going to any of those other shops. Keith is very knowledgeable when it comes to scooters. As always he was able to help this time around with all my questions and has always made sure that my bikes have always been in top condition even the first one that I brought him that was in horrible condition. Which then he took and gave back to me riding like it was brand new. I will never go anywhere else. I live in Orlando and I'm having the bike shipped to him to be assembled that is how good he is at what he does because I'm sure there are plenty of shops in Orlando but I would not go to any of them before I went to Keith at anything scooters. There's really not much more I can say to let you know that you are in excellent hands letting him take care of your scooter. I've also found that his pricing is the best around you can shop around town but you'll get what you pay for but with Keith you get a lot more than what you actually paid. I just like to say thank you to Keith his whole family because his daughter and his wife are great people also they are such a joy to have take care of you when your bike breaks down or when you just need to purchase a new one. Five stars without a doubt. Thanks so much Michael Nasca
