They tell me they don't have any bike like that with that price and they then show me a bike that's $500 more expensive. So I pull up their website and show them. The guy goes to the office and comes back with a woman who explains that they don't have that bike because the manufacturer is out of stock. I advise them they should remove the bike from their website if they don't have the bike and the woman tries to tell me I should have called and checked their stock first and as for the bike being on the website, she tells me the website is more like a catalog and not in stock inventory. Ok, then I'd like to order the bike from your "catalog". She says no, they can't do that because the manufacturer is out of stock and they don't know when or if they'll ever get the bike again. Apparently someone does not know what a Catalog is, lol. I again advised to remove the bike from their website and maybe stop trying to scam people with a lower priced bike that doesn't exist just so you can get them in the door and try to sucker them into a more expensive bike.

It took me two days to get ahold of a human and was finally able to cancel 28 days before we were scheduled to rider but they still billed me the full amount and basically told me 'tough luck'. This is no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat a fellow rider (if they even ride). It is a shady operation that everyone needs to avoid, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well but felt it was important to warn as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I was dealt with very quickly even though there were others picking up bikes at the same time. Clearly the on-line preregistration was well worth the effort. The bike was in great condition, but it seems I was too late to get the ride of my choice. So let's hope they continue to grow and expand the options. In the end the ride back South in perfect weather was en extra bonus, so Pompano was a great location after all.

I was told, in a rather abrupt tone, that no one was available and the call was ended. I called back to understand what had happened, and when I asked why the call had been disconnected, I was again told, somewhat rudely, that there was nobody who speaks Spanish. I then said I would try to explain what I needed in English, but the response I received -- "Ok, so what do you want?" -- was delivered in a tone that clearly conveyed annoyance and impatience. At that point, noticing the discomfort and lack of willingness to help, I chose to end the conversation politely and wished her a good day. I believe customer service is extremely important. Even when language barriers exist, professionalism, patience, and courtesy should always remain priorities. If someone is not comfortable interacting respectfully with customers, it may be worth reconsidering whether they are suited for a customer-facing role. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback so future interactions can reflect the level of service customers expect and deserve.
