If you have a nice bike don't bring it to Cesar, he return my bike without screws, without the…read moreoriginal screws. And he also forgot to put my front brake pads and by the way he never said anything, my friends was the ones that showed me and when I called him to complain about the brake pads that I paid for and never got installed and screws missing on my gas tank. He said to never come back... I don't recommend to take a nice bike to him or any bike for that matter. When you pay for a service you expect 100% and if you don't you have all the right to call and complain, this is America that's how things work we are not in Latin America ni more. I'm actually putting a police complaint because I need my bike like it was with all original screws and I need my money for the front brake pad and or the hand labor I paid up front.

I brought my motorcycle to Cesar for issues of power loss. He cleaned the carbs and jetted and…read morereturned the bike to me, it rode home fine. Next day it was powerless again. I brought the bike back. Weeks later, same thing, he returns it to me riding good and next day it was powerless. I bring it back to him. Weeks go by, he can't figure it out, he's stalling. I tell him give me the bike back, he stalls some more, I finally demand it back and he tows it to my regular mechanic who said Cesar totally screwed up the carbs, and lost parts that I had to order to get the carbs right again. These are new 34mm side carbs on a '78 kz650, not cheap. Turns out the problem was a bad ignition advancer. Nothing to do with the carbs. I had asked Cesar at least twice to run full electrical checks, apparently he didn't. This guy is king B.S.er, "What's up bro?" fist bump, "hey bro!" Mr. nice guy, etc. while he delays and lies and fakes it. Don't let it fool you. Oh, he also lost a full set of my bike keys during all this and when I made it clear it'll be difficult to make a new steering lock key, he confirmed he had it via phone before I retook the bike. The dupe key didn't come even close to working in the lock, a blatant lie to my face. It's taken me weeks to finally find a locksmith who had the template key to dupe it correctly. Be careful with this shop, he does many things wrong. He did put in new front forks during all this that are working well so far, but now I have doubts that he actually put in sealers as he said he did. All in, my bike was with him from Oct 2020 to end of the year, 3 months wasted along with $600 to get my carbs right again with my regular mechanic, plus the $400 I had pre-paid Cesar. Oh, Cesar also said my regulator wasn't working right and bike wasn't charging, even gave me a cheap tender. My mechanic says regulator is fine, bike charges fine to this day. Oh, and he hasn't returned my calls or texts when I explained the outcome of my bike. I've given him opportunity to respond to my issues with him. So, here's your review, bro. If I could give zero stars I would. George

I felt a compelling need to write this review since this store seems to be one mans dream, and I…read morecan personally appreciate that. Nando is who we dealt with. We dropped off the bike during the week and even though it was in the shop for a week it got fixed at a VERY reasonable rate, and it got fixed right. Furthermore; we had previously taken the bike to 2 other places prior and felt like we were getting ripped off. I did not do any of the talking. I felt that if you don't swagger in talking the Havana way, your service experience may be a little different. If you walk in with an attitude then you will receive service with an attitude. If you walk in with an understanding that this business is one mans dream, one that has been built up from nothing, and has had some rough patches, some dips, and some highs, then you will receive the overall best service ever, and you will come out raving as much as we did. Your overall experience begins with you.

The mechanic and the other guys hanging around were all very nice, totally professional, and not condescending at all, which I appreciate a lot because as a newbie motorcyclist and a lady I'm touchy about all that. Note they don't take credit cards, but there's an ATM in the drugstore across the street. I'm definitely coming back here the next time I need help with my bike.

No returned calls or emails. She slandered BMW and everyone her store doesn't sale regardless of how many championship titles they have while saying its not just because I work at MV Agusta. Then mentions how many MV Augusta's she owns and spoke highly of Aprilia. Another she sales; I told her I have Aprilia Factory 1100 RSV4 I have M1000RR anniversary addition. I also explain I have Ducati V4 SP2 time attack bike. She slanders; then I mention one thing about the 2026 Ducati V4R about its standard MotoGP Gearbox MotoGP shifting she says I have a customer pretended to take my email and hung up no bye nice talking just hung up. She kept going on about how MV Agusta has the best technology best features, I let her slander all these current champions then mentioned one feature and she hangs up. MV maybe champs very long time ago but not even competing with big boy bikes now days just 800 and under. Broke up with KTM now on there own. $80,000 super bike i never heard of not in any televised racing. I want to see it know about it not just hear you slander companies that may produce lots of heat but are number 1 world wide on track and in sales where MV its hard to find a dealership with outrageous prices. Ducati Lamborghini V4 I totally understand; MV a $70,000 Oro and an $80,000 Ago that never have been raced it may be because the break up with KTM in need of Money. I can buy several 1100cc super bikes with titles MV still 998cc and doesn't even look sporty, Superveloce rounded face not arrow tipped seems like its not for racing looks like refreshed old school. Talking about most reliable. BMW road/street bike while destroying on the track with rain mode, you cant compare. Aprilia I took for the gas tank size and power as well titles. Ducati duel sided swing arm not to be cute from beautiful but because extra stability even 2026 with flexibility while cornering more weight more traction more go. When MV releases what everyone wants another F4 I'll be interested until test ride. I had a dealer in Cali get an $80,000 Ago rerouted from Canada to me but once i saw the announcement of the new Ducati V4R I cancelled. V4R 998cc but geared to be as Moto GP and destroy with beautiful tech enhancements to help you get best lap time, or for people like me destroy million dollar super cars lol. I'd repurchase a limited Triumph Daytona 765 before taking an MV unknown to the track or championships. Agostini number 1 in the world but he is 83 so probably won lots 60 years ago in his 20's not current MV bikes hence the bike looks old school with his signature on it. I'd pass on this store and MV Agusta all together, plus the MV Agusta California sales is an Italian with his childhood accent not a fake American that learned some latin in school.
