I saw a Bike for Sale that I was interested in. I spoke to the woman (Izummy) who worked there. She was very nice over the phone. I copied the vin and contacted Yamaha Motors America (1800 962 7926). The Bike was advertised as a 2023. Yamaha Motors told me the VIN was for a 2022 Model. The Bike was sold in North Carolina Mt. Airy Yamaha last year in April. There are no service records. I called Miami Moto Stop to discuss the issue. I spoke to Izummy this morning. I told her that I had gone to her shop yesterday and it was closed. She explained to me that she opened a little late. She added that she has not had the time to further research the bike's history except to say that she did confirm the Bike is 2022. She apologized for her error. I told her that I completely understood. I added that I spoke to Yamaha. The Bike has an extended warranty that will be transferable if and only if the Bike is brought to an authorized Yamaha dealer. I told Izummy that if she could do that I would return to the shop. She told me the shop was very busy and would see what she could do. *NOTE This is Miami, Florida. The fact that she called me back, apologized, and explained the situation was impressive and honorable. After going back and forth. We were unable to make a deal because Yamaha will not transfer the extended warranty unless a certified Yamaha dealer inspects the Bike. Izummy texted me to let me know that they do not have the time to do this. I would have to buy the Bike and do it myself. That is not a risk I am willing to take. I wish them luck. read more

Absolutely terrible. I brought my very well maintained Harley Davidson to them for a belt replacement. Apparently they had no idea how to use axle adjusters as they never detentions for the new tighter belt. I didn't check because "they are professionals". While on my first trip out of town my wheel bearing and transmission mainshaft bearing checked out at 80mph on alligator alley. I was brought to Rockstar Harley Davidson after narrowly avoiding death and they indeed confirmed it was due to this repair. DO NOT GO HERE! I am glad I ignored the alarming/ negative reviews I read in regards to this business. Went in to buy a helmet for my scooter, spent 30 minutes trying on different sizes and styles and was very patiently helped and advised by a friendly lady in the store. Bought a Daytona Cruiser that I could have gotten online for $10 less, but when it comes to helmets, I believe they need to be tried on, and local stores like this one, that offer that service, obviously have to charge more than a manufacturer does online. Miami Motostop is a small place place with lots of potential however the employees/ owners are very rude. It seemed like they were always bothered to take care of a costumer. I came in with a smile and they were very cold and a bit rude. They seem to just order their helmets from amazon. I ordered a helmet, and I had to wait 4 days just to get it. After finally calling to verify if they had it, I notified them that my mother was going to go and pick it up. She returns very unsatisfied and tells me that the woman was extremely rude to her. I would just recommend getting the helmets online, At least they might have a return policy, they wont overcharge you and they wont be rude like the people at Miami Motostop. read more

For those who know this motorcycle will know that not everyone can put a hand, as it is a motorcycle with a very compressed engine and many disarmament parts. After going through many workshops where they tried to charge me for any spare parts and labor, I found this business in the heart of Miami. MOTOSTOP is a store where I not only found all the spare parts but the warmth with which I was treated was incredible, both for me and my bike. The mechanic who did the service referred to my motorcycle as a patient. I changed tire rear, rear disc, front discs, brake pads, oil, he replaced all their fluids and filters, practically at the same price of the spare parts that I got online. In just 3 days they got all the spare parts in the room to do all the full service. The motorcycle was only one day in the workshop. When they gave it to me it was like when I took it from the distributor ... impeccable! I already referred to two of my best friends who came out very satisfied. Highly recommended. Went there to check helmets, I ask the guy for help or recommendations and he ask me first how much i wanted to invest, when i said less that $200, he just pointed out a few helmets, then i ask him how to put it on and he said that he would just show me if i was going to buy one with some attitude. I end up buying a Nolan N91 for $321. When i get home (15mins later) my girlfriend told me said that i got rip-off for what i pay. I couldn't believe it, but when i went online the helmet was selling for $80+ LESS. I return to the store in less than an hour since i bought it without even opening the box. And the guy was the most unprofessional person i have deal so far, he said "You should have ask your girlfriend to check online before showing up in my Store"" he said he will not return me the money even when in the receipt said 20% or 30% restocking fee for return that are approve by them. I would not never recommend this store to any body, they are overpriced on most of they items and have the worst attitude toward resolving customers issues. read more

Izummy and Fabrizio were amazing to work with. They stayed open way past their normal hours because I was coming from far to see a bike they were selling and was stuck in traffic. They were not pushy and very helpful and honest. Honesty and great attitude was the best part. Izummy kept in constant communication and their delivery driver was on time and very communicative. I really couldn't be happier. Their prices are very good and their bikes are in really great condition. I never like to go to Miami mainly due to traffic but I'm a new rider and I'm really happy that I took the time to come here. Izummy also realized I'm a new rider and took the time to talk to me about being a beginner. Also since I'm a short rider she took the time to address those concerns I had and gave me confidence that would be ok on the bike I was buying. She was 100% right and I'm really happy with the bike. Called a day ahead to find out if they carried a specific model of Daytona helmet in stock, since the manufacturers website lists them as a dealer. The woman assured me they had them in stock. Drove an hour out of my way next day to go try them out, and she just shrugged and said "my bad." So, I asked, can you get them from mfr, and I can see if they fit? I was searching online to try and find my boyfriend a motorcycle jacket. I was so overwhelmed with searching online. Honestly, since I'm unfamiliar with brands and sizing, I wasn't getting very far online. I pass this store on my way home from work, so I thought I'd drop in and check it out. I wasn't expecting to walk out less than an hour later with a jacket! The reason this store deserves a 5-star review is because the customer service was great. I walked in and a friendly woman asked me what I was looking for, and I quickly admitted that I knew I wanted to buy my boyfriend a jacket but I had no idea what to buy because I wasn't a biker and had never bought a motorcycle jacket. She asked me a few questions about my boyfriend's bike, his "style" and his size.
