 VIN JYARM32E6NA006419

I saw a Bike for Sale that I was interested in. I spoke to the woman (Izummy) who worked there. She was very nice over the phone. I copied the vin and contacted Yamaha Motors America (1800 962 7926). The Bike was advertised as a 2023. Yamaha Motors told me the VIN was for a 2022 Model. The Bike was sold in North Carolina Mt. Airy Yamaha last year in April. There are no service records. I called Miami Moto Stop to discuss the issue. I spoke to Izummy this morning. I told her that I had gone to her shop yesterday and it was closed. She explained to me that she opened a little late. She added that she has not had the time to further research the bike's history except to say that she did confirm the Bike is 2022. She apologized for her error. I told her that I completely understood. I added that I spoke to Yamaha. The Bike has an extended warranty that will be transferable if and only if the Bike is brought to an authorized Yamaha dealer. I told Izummy that if she could do that I would return to the shop. She told me the shop was very busy and would see what she could do. *NOTE This is Miami, Florida. The fact that she called me back, apologized, and explained the situation was impressive and honorable. After going back and forth. We were unable to make a deal because Yamaha will not transfer the extended warranty unless a certified Yamaha dealer inspects the Bike. Izummy texted me to let me know that they do not have the time to do this. I would have to buy the Bike and do it myself. That is not a risk I am willing to take. I wish them luck.

What separates this shop from the others is the attention to detail and the ability to understand the customers vision and deliver 100% of the time. By far one of the best experiences doing business of any sort. Fabrizio, the owner of the shop, combines excellent customer service with top notch expertise. Considering I am a novice motorcycle rider, I had many questions and Fabrizio took the time to answer them all and explain the "how" and "why" behind every detail relating to my motorcycle modification. Every step of the way, Fabrizio was in contact with me sending pictures, providing options and solutions when problems arose, consulting with me before making decisions he felt might stray from the vision of the end product. In short, he just always went the extra mile. I recommend this shop to both expert bikers and novice ones, Fabrizio and his Team are the real deal! 72' Honda CB550 Four Cafe Racer Modification: Lowered Suspension Shortened Front Forks Tank Repair Tank Paint Job Passenger Rear Pegs Welded Cafe Racer Loop Seat Custom Seat Modified Kickstand Installed: Triple Tree New Clip On Bars New Chain New Tires Front/Back New Handle Bar Directional Signals New Battery New Mirrors And loads of other things and items, too many to detail.

That being said, the new mechanic Gary at Ducati services, changed the game. My 796 2014 Monster was involved in an accident and was considered totaled by the insurance company. I was about to sell the bike for parts, but before I did Gary came to my house to see if it was salvageable. Gary, and the parts manager Ceaser, are the sole reason why I have my bike today. With the help from Ceaser, Both were able to find off marketed prices and return my bike running better then new. We replaced the swing arm, paddle shifters, breaks, lights, rear tire, and mirrors. Im sure there was more, but I do not have the service list in front of me. The bike was also running at 4k miles so they worked with me on doing the service on the bike for a reduction in overall service hours. I have lived in Miami for 27 years, and I know how it feels to be ripped off. After this experience, I fully trust Gary to have my best interest in mind and will definitely be going back in the future. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out: Josh: 3055420728

In addition to the bike services, which are performed in a glass enclosed cube in the middle of the space, Ride offers a social component as well. Supposedly it is members only, but last night they were open to the public during art walk. The space features a bar, pool table, DJ, lots of sofas and a half dozen custom Ducatis, exhibited like sculptures. The crowd was a hip mix of Euro bike enthusiasts and the women who love them. As a Triumph owner I can appreciate the concept, but I'm not sure if this is a serious commercial venture or just a vanity project. The space is unmarked, has no regular hours and a recent phone call requesting information was never returned.

This is NOT a typical "biker's bar" ... this is a high-end establishment with business owners and well-to-do as the main clientele. These are owners of Ducatis, BMWs, Triumphs, and the likes. It's a combo repair shop (which is immaculately clean you could practically eat off the floor) and also a lounge/bar, and yes, MEMBERS only. The space is large and set like a nightclub/lounge with a state of the art stereo system, 3 tvs, a glass encased repair shop that showcases the high end motorcycles in there, couches, bar, full kitchen, beautiful bathroom equipped with shower, one-of-a-kind artwork hanging throughout, mood lighting, and more. If you are a member (or accompany a member) you can frequent one of their Thursday night parties which is filled with a cool mix of people, great vibes, music, bar, and model types galore scattered about. Great for mingling. This is the place to be if you own a motorcycle and want to mingle with the IN crowd of Miami.
