Extremely disappointing experience with Bill's Exhausts…read more I ordered an Austin Racing slip-on exhaust for nearly $800 roughly two months ago. At the time I placed the order, the item was advertised with a 4-8 week lead time. After placing my order, that lead time was changed to 8-18 weeks. I contacted customer service about a month after placing the order, hoping they could provide some sort of update or assistance. It took about a week just to receive a response, and when I finally did, I was essentially told that the lead time was 18 weeks. No meaningful explanation, no real assistance, and no effort to make the situation right. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been unable to get anyone on the phone despite multiple attempts. For an $800 purchase, I expect significantly better communication and customer service. I understand that some exhausts may have production delays, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. If there were more options available for an exhaust for my motorcycle, I would absolutely take my business elsewhere. Nearly $800 spent, weeks of waiting, a significantly extended lead time after ordering, slow responses, and virtually no customer support. I would not recommend Bill's Exhausts based on my experience.
