Unhelpful, rude and completely unprofessional. I called ahead and asked if they had a helmet in my small size. I had to drive 20 miles in traffic believing he had what I needed. My husband and I were hoping to try on a few helmets to ensure that we could find the correct fit. It was anything but that. The sales person efforts were short, uninvolved, and disrespectful. Right away this sales person has the odacity to say to us that if we accidentally dropped a helmet, we would be liable for the cost. This statement was completely unwarranted. We're speechless. Really bad business. This is a pattern for this particular store. This is our third attempt to purchase something from them and every time it just gets worse. read more

Sister company of RevZilla, this is a great store to browse, purchase or order just about any item you could need for any kind of motor bike! My bf and I ended up here randomly from a Google search while riding and it was totally worth it! Carson, the store manager, is not only a cutie haha but he's super friendly and knowledgeable! He fitted me and my bf for new helmets along with another associate named Mark. The shoes my bf wanted were out of stock in his size so we ended up needing to get a transfer from the Orlando location which came in super quick! 2 days to be exact. We grabbed a pair of gloves too. All of the items we went with are a really good value and Carson made it such an easy and enjoyable shopping trip. I bought a Shark EVO modular helmet there. Brought it after two years because it wasn't locking correctly and the visor was scratched from the top of the helmet. Shark required the helmet to sent in. Store manager Carson, simply did an exchange for me. I was shocked to receive a new 5 year warranty on on an it I've had for two years. This is great store!!! Bringing helmet in tomorrow purchase a Cardo Packtalk Slim and having them install it. No doubt it will be a clean install. read more

The staff are super friendly and are a bunch of characters. I've had a good time whenever I've gone into here. The internet is great, but with a lot of cycle gear you need to know how well it fits you, how it looks, if it will move if you crash, etc. Cycle gear north miami has internet prices + you can try it on. If they don't have it, they can order it from other stores quickly. They have great in store sales that can slash prices on stuff being replace by new models. I've routinely got 50% off gear there. Good selection of street, cruiser, and off-road apparel. I recommend it highly. read more

Bought a Vespa cover April 16 purchased the "best" according to the sales person, which also happened to be the most expensive . After a few weeks I noticed the black cover bleached significantly from the sun, even though we are not in the Summer months yet. I went to the store to express my concerns and a young guy by the name of "Mad Max" tried to convince me that it was regular wear and tear and dismissed me rudely. I explained to him that I have been riding bikes for more than 45 years, and never have I ever had a cover bleach this quickly. If someone didnt know better they would think the cover I bought a few weeks ago was aged throughout a couple of years. This is my bad experience at this store, I would give them less than one star if I could. read more
