I just got it today and the special fuel 2-tone chrome tank which makes the 100th Anniversary what is it, is corroded and rusted. I specifically asked the salesman (Julián Imanol Brutomeso who also seems to be the owner) before I bought it to tell me about any flaws. He said there were none and to just "check the pics". The pics they had online did not show the corrosion on the tank. This tank is $6500 through BMW. When the delivery drivers were still in my driveway I texted the salesman and he said "You saw the pics, it's as advertised" and hasn't responded to me since.

I felt that if you don't swagger in talking the Havana way, your service experience may be a little different. If you walk in with an attitude then you will receive service with an attitude. The mechanic and the other guys hanging around were all very nice, totally professional, and not condescending at all, which I appreciate a lot because as a newbie motorcyclist and a lady I'm touchy about all that. Note they don't take credit cards, but there's an ATM in the drugstore across the street. I'm definitely coming back here the next time I need help with my bike.
