A few days later, Cody called and explained that the mechanic had been sick since Saturday. He said he would try to fit me into his own schedule, and we discussed a time that would likely work for both of us. However, before ending the call, Cody asked me to modify or delete my review. I told him that once someone actually came out and looked at the bike, I would have no problem updating the review to reflect that. At that point, he accused me of "blackmailing" the company with my review. To be clear, I never brought up the review during the call--he did. I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I can overlook mistakes and scheduling issues, but I cannot overlook poor communication and being treated disrespectfully as a customer UPDATE: After I left my original review, I was contacted almost immediately. No returned calls or emails. She slandered BMW and everyone her store doesn't sale regardless of how many championship titles they have while saying its not just because I work at MV Agusta. Then mentions how many MV Augusta's she owns and spoke highly of Aprilia. Another she sales; I told her I have Aprilia Factory 1100 RSV4 I have M1000RR anniversary addition. I also explain I have Ducati V4 SP2 time attack bike. She slanders; then I mention one thing about the 2026 Ducati V4R about its standard MotoGP Gearbox MotoGP shifting she says I have a customer pretended to take my email and hung up no bye nice talking just hung up. She kept going on about how MV Agusta has the best technology best features, I let her slander all these current champions then mentioned one feature and she hangs up. MV maybe champs very long time ago but not even competing with big boy bikes now days just 800 and under. Broke up with KTM now on there own. $80,000 super bike i never heard of not in any televised racing. I want to see it know about it not just hear you slander companies that may produce lots of heat but are number 1 world wide on track and in sales where MV its hard to find a dealership with outrageous prices. Ducati Lamborghini V4 I totally understand; MV a $70,000 Oro and an $80,000 Ago that never have been raced it may be because the break up with KTM in need of Money. I can buy several 1100cc super bikes with titles MV still 998cc and doesn't even look sporty, Superveloce rounded face not arrow tipped seems like its not for racing looks like refreshed old school. Talking about most reliable. BMW road/street bike while destroying on the track with rain mode, you cant compare. Aprilia I took for the gas tank size and power as well titles. Ducati duel sided swing arm not to be cute from beautiful but because extra stability even 2026 with flexibility while cornering more weight more traction more go. When MV releases what everyone wants another F4 I'll be interested until test ride. I had a dealer in Cali get an $80,000 Ago rerouted from Canada to me but once i saw the announcement of the new Ducati V4R I cancelled. V4R 998cc but geared to be as Moto GP and destroy with beautiful tech enhancements to help you get best lap time, or for people like me destroy million dollar super cars lol. I'd repurchase a limited Triumph Daytona 765 before taking an MV unknown to the track or championships. Agostini number 1 in the world but he is 83 so probably won lots 60 years ago in his 20's not current MV bikes hence the bike looks old school with his signature on it. I'd pass on this store and MV Agusta all together, plus the MV Agusta California sales is an Italian with his childhood accent not a fake American that learned some latin in school.
