Did my research to find a scooter for my partner. Finally decided on this place and while they did…read morework with us on the payment plan after the payments were done it's all been down hill from there. The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

The people at the shop are very friendly and keep a returning client happy and the prices are very affordable. I will not trust nobody else with my Motorcycle if it's not them. Took my motorcycle today to get ready for bike week and Daytona, they changed the battery on the motorcycle and did the oil change and then inspection on the motorcycle. The bike is riding amazing. I recommend them for your motorcycle repairs and I will definitely use them again.

I did not specify any particular Vinyl, as I am just the customer and I just asked that it would very close to the inexpensive standard material on the Seat. I had my reason that I asked for a match! I had the other Seat and Back Pad to use as a guide. I was quoted an enomous amount, & I do understand that covering a seat that there is labor involved, but I also no that this vinyl was. $9 a yard. and 1/4 of a yard is all that it took. I went in after 2 weeks and it looked pretty good & it was acceptable..... until you see that it was completely different than the Standard material. If I had no other Seat or Backrest i would not ne writing this review in a very negative post. I asked the Owner to cover just the back seat with the MATCHING VINYL. HE said NO, I asked him to cover it in the $150 as I knew he had plenty of leftover material. He said "NO" again. I asked him to do it for $50 and he said "No".. I told him that I will buy one on Ebay & he said "go ahead". This is what the main part of my review is that THERE IS NO TALKING TO HE OR HIS WIFE... While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, "What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?" Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, "This is what you want." I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn't repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. I drove away disappointed, but after being without my vehicle for over a week, I just wanted to get out of there. A day later, I contacted them and explained that the final result was not what I had asked for. I even resent the reference photos I had originally provided. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they defended the work and told me they thought the truck looked good. They said they would speak with the owners to see what could be done, but eventually came back and told me there was no solution and that they couldn't take the tires back because they were now "used." After that, communication completely stopped. No resolution, no attempt to make things right. If you're looking for your vehicle to have that oversized Hot Wheels look, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you want professionals who listen to what you're asking for and stand behind their work, I'd recommend doing your research and taking your business elsewhere.
