    My brand new wheels
    Nick R.

Oh where do I start... I'm currently in the process of moving abroad and I was planning on taking my truck with me. First truck got denied through customs as it was a little modified. Wound up ordering a brand new 2022 Ford F-250 Tremor and waiting 10 weeks for it to get here. I wanted something new that would last me where I'm going and cannot be purchased there. The engine passed the decibel test and I was informed I was allowed to actually level it since ford describes it as such along with a fitting set of wheels and tires. Yes this is a lot of money I'm spending now. Never in my life have I ever purchased a new diesel truck. This is a huge deal to me as I've never been able to do it before. I own a motorcycle/high end car tuning shop and build race engines etc. sometimes I get a friend or a customer that also wants something done to his truck. My machines can't handle anything over a 33 so I usually always take them to tire country and I've never really had any issues except for the occasional alignment of the steering wheel off which I can fix myself. So back to my truck, I usually just stick tires on the stock wheels for my own stuff. This time I purchased brand new Method wheels which also were not in stock and I had to wait for along with the 37" F load tires I ordered. The truck had 1500 miles on it when I brought the wheels and tires in the bed to ONLY get mounted and balanced, I was doing the install myself as I don't want anything scratched. WELL WAS I IN FOR A TREAT!! The wheels were still in the box when I brought them along with the rim protectors still on them!! I let them do their thing and when I got home and took the wheels out of the back of the truck all the insides of my wheels were sanded down and scratched where they put the weights. You can see right through the front of the wheel and see these horrible scratches on my BRAND NEW WHEELS. The customer who purchased my stock Tremor wheels was waiting on me so I took them off and handed them over as they were already paid for. Rather then leave my truck on jack stands I put these ruined method wheels on the truck and they honestly look horrible if the wheel is in the right spot. There's weights stacked on weights and crooked at that. I took the truck for a ride and holy hell the vibration was horrible. Absolute trash balancing job. I called Bernie as that's who I usually deal with and the excuses that came out of his mouth were ridiculous instead of trying to make things right he blamed my tires being "Cheap" since their Nexen mid tires. And then about the scratches he said the brake dust will cover it. I clean the insides of my wheels when I wash my truck so he said well bring it by and we can touch it up with some spray paint and they do that so the weights stick better. YEA RIGHT. 100k truck you're just going to start spray painting around. No this is unacceptable to say the least. I don't know what kind of cheap weights y'all are using but I would NEVER sand Down a customers carbon fiber wheel that does over 200 mph to get the weights to stick better. I've never had a weight fly off, maybe stop ordering weights from china? I took the weights off and the truck drove 50% smoother, I would up putting 10oz bag of balance beads in each wheel through the valve stem which took a whole day in itself to do. I tried my best to clean up the wheels and they look absolutely horrible. I was at rides and coffee yesterday and I had numerous people ask me what happened to my wheels and I was happy to tell them and warn them to stay away from this place. Today I was detailing the truck again to get it ready to ship and not only do the scratches still look worse then ever but the crappy lug nuts they gave me are all rusted!!!! I'm not stopping with this review, I'm going to the better business bureau and where ever else I can post reviews including Facebook and every truck forum that I'm on unless my wheels are replaced!

    2017 Tundra

Took my 2017 Tundra for some new tires and work. The team was great explaining my options and teaching a tire rookie what I needed. They did good work and cleaned up nicely. Only reason I didn't give five stars was it took more time for the work than they originally told me. Caused some transportation issues.

Also Bernie was able to send me copies of my invoices way back from 2015 to present to my insurance after my truck was totaled.

Treat you like a drive thru business, took my keys and said we'll let you know once your car is done. Then they contacted me 5'mins before they closed and said how quick can I make it back to the shop, only to find the guy that I handed the keys to went home a long time ago and there was another guy who was in there working on a whole different car while my car was parked on the side. No idea how long my car was actually ready for, I waited all day, turned my car in at 10am and didn't get my car until 7pm, no exaggeration, I got my starter replaced. Should not have taken that long. Oh, and when I showed up, he said "you have the starter replacement right?" We never talked about that, I never said I had the part, he then said okay no problem I could find it, it'll take me an extra 3hours to get it. I just didn't want to deal with this issue anymore so I said sure. I should have taken that as my first sign and left somewhere else. I've had other work done on my car since at a new shop and I'm 1000% happier, better priced, feel valued, plus I can sit inside a shop and wait while my car gets worked on, unlike here. You have to leave and come back once they call you, at the end of the day, 5mins before they close telling you your car is ready, to be picked up by someone you never seen before. OH and these guys don't even report their work into Carfax like every other professional shop does. Everytime a mechanic works on your car, they upload it into carfax to show your recent updates, but this shop doesn't do that. Avoid this shop, let that be an indicator of whether or not you should do business with a mechanic. Very shady to avoid uploading professional required documentation. Now that sucks because when I want to resell my car, my carfax history won't show that I got a new started replaced 2026. There's no history of it whatsoever. Find another more professional mechanic, compare prices, ask if they upload their work into carfax. Ask many questions before agreeing to trust your car with them. How they answer your questions will tell you if you want to do business with them, but do that with others and let me spare you this struggle. Only giving them 2 stars because as far as I know, the starter was actually replaced and haven't had issues since. So I guess they did what they needed to do. But I had a lower quote from another mechanic and I regret not going with him because he's the one I go to now and he charges WAY less for better quality work, he's thorough, takes his time to explain and show you.

I was asked to go inside and speak with the man at the counter (who I might say didn't seem like he was in a very good mood). An older gentleman came inside and got me. I explained what was going on and he popped the hood checked my oil and water both of which were low...actually the oil was really low. He topped off both and checked for any possible leaks. I asked him how much and he said don't worry about it and have a great day....WOW !!! Super nice guy and great customer service to say the least. If I ever need any repair work I will for sue bring it to them. It is nice to meet a business owner these days that truly appreciates the customer. Thank you !!! Deb Doulens

Brought my vehicle for a new tire and after getting it back I noticed rim damage. They were closed…read moreso went in when they opened the very next morning. Guy at front stated multiple times "they usually tell me when they do something like this" and "I'm going to call my rim guy and make this right" then next Monday I received an email stating after reviewing the photos (that he took when I brought it back with damage) you hit a curb and were not fixing it. The damage is on the very edge of the rim and long, damage that long IF hitting a curb would also leave damage on the face of the rim. I definitely feel like the "you hit a curb" excuse was an easy way out for him because I'm a female especially after seeing it in person and stating multiple times "I'm going to make this right"...why wasn't a curb brought up then! It's very clear this was done by the machine so instead of making this right for probably less than $300 they would rather loose a customer that paid $317 for ONE tire they could have made it back on my next tire purchase. Definitely feel like this was only done because I am a woman I've been driving large duallys since I was 14 I know how to take a wide enough turn to not touch a curb.
