They told me they were busy and to move my car because another customer needed to move. I left my car running and hobbled out to help this young man. He had groceries that obviously came out of the trash. I got a bag from my car and helped him myself. My sister said one of the men who worked at Bob's called me an "asshole". The young man who fell was struggling to get up and not one of these 4 employees who saw him tried to help him. I did go into the business and told them they should all be ashamed of themselves. I wonder if they would treat a fellow human being this way, how well do they care for our cars. I will never go back, and I will encourage others not to go back. What has happened that people won't help others in need. Why wouldn't someone take a minute to help him, at least help him out of the middle of the road in front of their business. After continuing to look, they finally found the nail, pulled it out, and it was clearly the source of the air leak. Everyone has busy and stressful days, but taking a moment to listen to your customers goes a long way. Had they listened from the beginning instead of dismissing her concerns, the experience would have been much more positive. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully and taking their concerns seriously.
