After contacting several BMW‑certified shops closer to home, Ozzie's straightforward communication stood out right away. The shop is now run by Jessee Auer, carrying on the legacy his grandfather Ozzie started some 50 years ago. And you can feel that history. This is a family that rides BMWs, knows these bikes inside and out, takes pride in doing things the right way, and treats customers fairly. That's how you stay in business for half a century. Throughout the process, the team was professional, honest, and respectful. They gave me clear, experience‑based guidance on what service was actually necessary, offered solid maintenance advice, and even saved me money by steering me away from work that didn't need to be done. Their integrity and technical expertise showed at every step. From here on out, all my bike's service will be done at Ozzie's. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines deep knowledge, fairness, and genuine care for both the rider and the machine. Ozzie's BMW Center is one of those rare places, and the 160‑mile round trip was absolutely worth it. Ozzie's is the real deal.
