Where Technology and the Human Element Coexist Seamlessly…read more... Working with this MSP is like discovering a rare balance in the digital world -- a place where technology doesn't overshadow the human element, but instead, coexists with it. They don't just "resolve tickets" -- they listen, they translate, they guide. Here, tech becomes natural language, spoken fluently and patiently, even to those of us who'd rather not speak it at all. They've built a space where the human element isn't a marketing phrase -- it's their baseline. You can feel the difference in every email, every call, every moment of "we've got you." They don't just drop in fixes and disappear -- they live here, embedded in our ecosystem, invested like it's their own. Most MSPs promise uptime. These folks deliver understanding. They keep systems running, sure -- but more importantly, they keep people calm, confident, and connected. If you're looking for a firm that treats IT not as a black box, but as a shared language between humans and machines, you've found your people.

As usual, I had a great experience at Impress computers. Was thinking of replacing my old desktop…read more(purchased at Impress years ago)and stopped by to see what they had. Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.

I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs fast, friendly and fair computer repair. My PC is seven years old and instead of telling me what a piece of crap my PC is (like the other guys did), they accepted my geriatric PC with open arms. I took my PC there about a month ago, because it wouldn't power on. I know less than zero about computer repair, so they could have really taken me for a ride if they wanted to. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a few short days later to inform me that they can fix it for nearly half of what Geek Squad and Office Depot were trying to fleece me for...... labor and parts combined! Today I have taken my PC back there to have my antivirus software updated.... and again I was welcomed with fast, friendly service. If you're like me, and you need a place to take your PC that's going to give you good service at a decent price, I would recommend these guys for sure. If you want to be treated like a cheapskate, because you won't fork over $1,200 for a new PC, you can take it to the other guys. Don't believe the hype. Save yourself the gas and time. Squad and Depot are in the business of selling new computers, not trying to help you save money by fixing the one that you already have. That's why they ask for so much money up front. Take your PC to these folks who are actually in the computer repair business. They'll take care of you for a very reasonable down payment.... and they are actually friendly.

So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product.
