I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Now, I cannot recommend them. We hired Around the Clock Movers to move us from CO to NM. During the time the helpers were disassembling and wrapping the furniture, our two off-white recliner chairs were badly soiled because one of the movers handled the chairs with dirty hands, and the other helper slid the chairs around on the dirty floor (he didn't put a blanket underneath the chairs) while he was wrapping them up for transport. I spoke to Phillip (one of the owners) about this that day so he was aware of what happened. Day, the other owner, oversaw our move, knew about the problem, saw the chairs once they were reassembled, and acknowledged the damage done to the chairs. He offered to pay to clean the chairs. I have left messages at the main number and called Day's mobile several times over the past few months, and I sent an email with all the details about what I have done to try to restore the chairs to their previous condition. The chairs are still soiled to the point of needing to be covered. I keep asking for someone to call me to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, no one has ever responded. I'm posting this information so others can know what to expect should their furniture be damaged during a move.
