By far the worst CVS location. AVOID at all cost. The pharmacy workers are horrible zero customer service.

This is the only 24-hour anything around, and the larger of the two CVS stores near Fleetwood…read moreStation. While I enjoy drugstore/pharmacy random item shopping each week, I hate the perpetual line that exists in this place. No self-checkout and almost always a shortage of cashiers for the number of registers. You might think, "24 hours? Go at 2 a.m. to avoid the line, knuckle head!" Nope. It really doesn't matter that you go in the middle of the night, there will be a line snaking its way to the back, going towards the pharmacy. Pharmacy techs are helpful, line is outrageous (in case I didn't mention that) and in the past couple of years, the store's organization has drastically improved. Now they also make sure that their shelves are stocked, whereas a while ago, it was bare bones. Now, if we could just work on changing the average wait time from 25 to 5 minutes, I might be more inclined to actually buy the things I pick up here instead of dropping them on other shelves and bitching on my way to the train. Pro- tip: Go with a friend (and a shopping list). One of you wait in the line that will already be waiting for you when you enter the store, and the other go fetch the items. Then you'll only have to wait...12 minutes.

How in Gods name can some on here give a whopping 5 stars? I find it hard to give an excessive(3)…read morestars! I've been going to this 7-11 since it was built! I've seen SUCH. Dramatic transition for the worst. Hmmm, where to start? Today, for example, couldn't proceed into the lot which looks like a used car lot. People park wherever the F they want not allowing one to pass THROUGH the rows without playing Demolition Derby. Not wanting to approach the cast o' characters to move their cars for fear of retaliation that I said something. Fix your godddam Slurpee machine! Really, (2) flavors out of (6) working? Store needs major overhaul with help of Undercover Boss. Workers need a firecracker up their azzes to wake the F up. They are 1/2 dead and automated. Surprised THIS one didn't fold! Maybe(not) I'll park on Sedgwick Rd and walk to salvage my sanity! What a mistake to want a goddam Slurpee! --- close to leaving 7-11 after being a lifelong customer!

Then we decided to ask the other dude and same attitude.. not sure if theh like working or if they have a slight dislike for people ( from other races) but this place is not profesional with their customer service.. unlucky sometimes these reviews matter moat for us customers than their own bosses. Hope they change this location for better.

Value Drugs - Bronxville

Value Drugs - Bronxville

I have family that lives in Bronxville, and Value Drugs is one of the businesses in the village…read morethat they frequent. One of my aunts alerted me of a sale that they have every year around the holidays where most items run 20% off - she usually takes advantage of this sale when purchasing small gifts and stocking stuffers. This year, she asked if I was interested in joining, and since I indeed needed to pick up a few small gifts, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to check Value Drugs out. On the surface, Value Drugs is an independent pharmacy, but it's a little more than that since addition to being a pharmacy and providing corresponding retail items, they have a large selection of non-pharmacy items which gives the feel of almost being a general store. It's a family business as well, with multiple locations in Westchester and on Long Island. The store is quite large - you enter into the main area with general merchandise, and then the pharmacy area is almost in a separate room off to the side. They have a good selection of merch - you can easily spend a good chunk of time browsing. As soon as I entered I focused on the holiday section - I was able to pick up some confections to complement gifts I was giving, and noticed they had a variety of decor as well. Even though the store is large, the aisles are tight - it was a struggle to navigate with all of the foot traffic, however I feel this was an atypical situation due to the sale. Service was good; the store was well staffed and despite everything going on, there was a flow and organization. Overall, I had a good first experience at Value Drugs. I cannot speak for their pharmacy services, but I can see how their other selection along with cleanliness and good service make it a staple in the Bronxville community.
