This pharmacy location closes at 9 PM, not 11 PM as it says online. The hours listed are incorrect. My husband had to rush to get a prescription for our son, and when he arrived, the pharmacy was already closed at 9. This is serious. Kids and families rely on getting their medicine when needed. Kaiser and CVS really need to work together to update the hours online so people aren't caught off guard. read more

They never get all your medications ready at the same time so there's been numerous times I've had to go multiple times in the same day just to pick up my medication while I'm sick. Until I visited this CVS I thought they were all the same. Walking through the store you quickly see that in addition to the usual products you find at a CVS, this store carries many products from south of the border (mainly drinks and snacks). This location is well-maintained, very clean, well lit and organized. I needed a couple of over-the-counter medicines and an employee saw me looking at the signs above the aisles and immediately approached me to assist in finding what I needed. The staff at the register were equally kind and loquacious. We had a nice little conversation about phone etiquette and how rude it is for people to chat on their phones while checking out, never acknowledging the cashier (a public service message from Mr. Timmy's School of Proper Behavior for Boys and Girls). The customer service from Alma the pharmacy tech was very poor.She tried telling me that my child's medical coverage was not available because I have a PPO which is incorrect. Someone needs to definitely help reeducate her about coverage. She also tried telling me I had to pay for a medication that was covered through medical. Upon telling her where she was wrong and that I had that same problem previously she got bothered and tells me when we can't help you, I proceeded to go inside to let Gary the pharmacist know to bill medical for prescriptions and he fixed it without hesitation and told me to stand in the pick up line. Upon going to the pick up line Alma is trying to tell me I need to go to the drop off first, all the while she is helping a customer, not attentive of course. So I went ahead and let her know the pharmacist fixed the issue and told me to stand here. She then proceeds with facial expressions, very immature. As a customer trying to pick up medication I really feel bad for whom she helps with those poor customer service skills. Kimberly on the other hand has been very great, attentive & customer service skills are perfect! If she isn't sure she lets me know she will get the right answer but Alma just wasn't wanting to be there or not sure why she couldn't fulfill the satisfaction of just customer service. read more

First visit, the pharmacy tech says it's too much work to ask for the name and birthday and insists I have to download the app so they can scan a barcode. I refuse. She claims the prescription isn't ready or available and they have to order it. I follow up a week later and I'm told it's not in inventory and was ordered. Two weeks later I receive a text in the evening that it's finally ready. I go the next day to pick it up and am told by a different pharmacy tech that I waited too long and they sent it back so they have to reorder it. I have questions and am told I have to come back later because there's people behind me. They just seem unorganized and unempathetic. read more

They closed an hour early, I went at 9:55pm, the website shows they close at 11pm. The entire night staff crew here is lazy and the worst. So many times they close a whole hour early. Website and Yelp shows this location closes at 11pm, so why do they close at 10 almost every night? It is a pharmacy for people who need medicine and it would be very freaking helpful if a business the status and size of CVS would follow their posted business hours. This location is never open until 11pm and they always always close early. Even when I needed medicine for the sick child, they told me to drive to Downey. A**h*les. Terrible experience for drive thru pharmacy. My appointment was at 2pm, I showed up at 1:45 to be a bit early. I rang their bell and no one appeared while I waited, at 2:05pm I called the store and they let me know pharmacy was just getting back from their lunch at 2pm. I waited and still no one while I rang the bell at 2:15 pharmacy finally let me know they went on lunch 2-2:30 and I could wait 15 mins. I waited and finally was attended at 2:45. It took a whole hour of waiting when my appointment was at 2, and poor communication and appointments. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. Absolute worst pharmacy Customer service, poor attitudes. I literally just witnessed them screen a call and leave a patient on hold in hopes they hang up. I personally waste 30 minutes in line just to refill because they had me on hold for 20 mins so i drove over and kept my phone on hold and watched as they never went back to my call. I have expressed my personal frustrations numerous times to the manager of the pharmacy (pre covid) and it seems they use covid now as a cop out/excuse for their poor service. read more

Usually don't leave feedback but I really want to leave a shout-out to Martin for going above and beyond. He checked back stock for these cosmetic items I was looking for that were hard to find, I was calling several locations and Martin took time to assist me over the phone and placed the items on hold. Excellent service! The female sales associate I didn't quiet catch her name but I believe it was Maraya or Stephanie she was stocking on the sales floor when I arrived and I asked her if they had more of the brand anywhere and she checked the back and she brought out a cart of what the store carried. Also had a great conversation with her. Super grateful for these awesome associates who were friendly and made my experience the best ! read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews on businesses because no one is perfect but this pharmacy has proven to be completely incompetent on SEVERAL occasions. I've tried picking up medications through the drive-thru several times and every time is more than a 30min wait. Going into the store instead is just as horrible if not worse. Horrible customer service, SUPER LONG wait times, all pharmacy techs always seem so confused and never seem to have your prescription ready. I've tried being incredibly nice and understanding every time I go thinking maybe they're just overworked but they still have the audacity to be rude and unhelpful. Like I said, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions thinking maybe they were just short staffed that day but I've gone more than 5 times and it's the same scenario every time and I'm not the only one, because I've witnessed several customers go through the same encounters. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. I decided to use CVS' new express curbside pickup service where you order what you need via the app and then pickup outside the store. The $5 off promo enticed me even more. I placed my order around 4 pm and it was ready by 5 pm, so pretty quickly! When I went to pickup my order, I clicked on the "I'm here" link to send a notification to the store. I then waited 17 minutes for a worker to deliver my order to me in the car. Doesn't seem like express service as it would have been quicker to go inside. I think if the perfect the pickup wait time, I would try this again. There were 2 workers who brought me my order and they were friendly but also experienced issues with their device used to scan my code on my device to verify my order. read more

After the gym i decided to stop by with my friend to this CVS. I didn't have my wallet and had $10 in my softcard account on phone. I got my stuff walked up to register paid for goods with my Phone that's linked to my debt card. Cashier charged and deducted the $9 from my phone (NFC/softcard) as payment. Supervisor steps in and says she needs to see my ID and card I used from my phone that has my personal banking info. Supervisor wouldn't let me leave with goods, so after 10min of back and forth, I gave in and she refunded the money back to my phone but wait I check my phone balance and its not there. I ask Supervisor and she said its gonna take 2-3 business days for me to see it....WOW! Thanks CVS Supervisor for making me upset, embarrassed and broke all in one transaction. I called corporate from parking and wouldn't be open till next morning. Called next morning and filed complaint and was told to expect a return call in a couple days. 5 business days later nothing, nada. CVS lost a long time customer and I will be telling every one my story. DO NOT SHOP @ CVS Apple just announced Applepay. With that, millions iPhone 6 users will be in for a rude awaking at CVS because they require instore ID and CC/DebtC verification. Whats the point if you still have to pull out all these cards to show them, might as well not use this new technology. read more

Lots of parking for everyone and the staff are always friendly although they are definitely understaffed. I've never come here for prescription medications so I don't know about their pharmacy wait time and service but so far they have lots of OTC, candies, snacks, drinks and make up choices. 3 stars - nothing stood out, nothing disappointed. read more

The staff is very friendly and are very helpful and courteous !! I went in for a prescription and they called the doctor for me themselves as it needed an authorization !! I dropped it off earlier and when I went in later is was ready to go !! They have a drive thru if you don't wish to get off your car !! The only drawback is that they don't have many trade brands on over the counter medicines they have lots of the CVS brand if you prefer to save some money !
