The store is well stocked with medicine and other items! I ordered a poster size picture and the quality has always impressed me here for being a pharmacy. The customer service is always a hit and miss at this location but the quality of pictures makes me come back! read more

I make many trips to CVS. I had many friendly associates help me while checking out. I signed up for the extra care card and get a monthly coupon to use. I have used the coupons to buy body oil and lotions. I continue to make my list for my monthly coupon. They offer have good sales and promotions. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Upland, California

Would not let me use the restroom even though I'm a paying customer. For no reason at all. Customer service is terrible.

Their is a good reason for the 2 stars. This store is the worse with customer service. My family refuses to come here anymore but because it's so close I keep coming. I will never be back. They have what I need locked up I've been pushing this button for 5 mins. And no help in sight. It's 120 pm. The cashier here is doing her best. Calling for help with no help in sight. It's sad cause now I have to drive 2 miles away. But I'd rather do that than be treated like this. Man I miss rite aid. read more

I usually get my RX at the CVS on Euclid and foothill Super professional RITA you are rude I work at a local drs office and you better believe I will not recommend your facility. You need to be nice sorry you didn't like me correcting you maybe you should of checked the Ins card and the name on the RX. I was nice and its obvious you don't like to be corrected. You looked over worked and unhappy sorry you were having a bad day but thats not a reason to be condescending and rude. Sorry you were having a bad day hope you feel better ‍ read more

This is the worst cvs I've had to use.. show up to only 1 prescription filled but she couldn't find it because someone filed it wrong then she said I don't have another prescription, that the original store never transferred it anywhere. Well I called the original store and they transferred it this morning, and they said the store must have deleted it. Like cool? I didn't need my prescription TONIGHT or anything. read more

I had a prescription faxed over. So after the pharmacy told me it would be ready in an hour and I come in they said but my dr accidentally added tomorrows date. It's after hours and now I can't get my prescription till tomorrow when they can easily fill it tonight. Instead I have to go to work tomorrow and work a full day without my medication when they can but choose not to. Not only did they tell me to come in but after I do they tell me to come back tomorrow. read more

Thanks for the amazing help from Yvette, we were both able to loosen the confusion of their new coupon called free cvs health item worth $10, and she was able to help me figure out that I can use the coupon to get some toilet paper! Since the app was so vague as to what I could buy. Thanks again Yvette! 5 stars to you! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They always have vendor issues. I loved Walgreens but had to change cause my insurance changed. The customer service is literally and they make you feel like a burden when you call to ask for your prescription that they couldn't refill after 4 days! Smh!!! Hope the upper people at CVS sees this!! This is ridiculous! Do better CVS!! read more

Debra P. was excellent help for us! We will be coming back to this location because of her!!

This was my go to pharmacy but after today I will be changing!!! Yesterday I went to urgent care 6/30 it's now 7/1 and my prescription is not filled yet!!! I've been sick for over a week and I need my antibiotics! I am a mother of 2 I can't be bed ridden because this place doesn't get it together, so yesterday my RX was faxed over from urgent care and a few hours later I got an automated message that 1 of the prescriptions was out of stock, I called right away and girl over the phone said they are trying to call the doc to see if she could change the meds, ok so that didn't happen yesterday, so I call this am and the girl on the phone said she was going to check and she tells me the medicine arrived yesterday and she would go ahead and process well she said by 1130 it would be ready I just received an automated message saying it's out of stock I will be calling shortly to check and if that's the case i will have them send it over to another pharmacy this is bullshit, they obviously don't feel the way I do so they don't care!! So annoyed with this place! read more

So there's an opioid crisis in America and CVS is a contributing factor...meds have a schedule of when to be disbursed, and it a strict schedule. They notify you that your prescription is ready via text. You go to pick it up and they tell you they now a mandated narcan policy. Your narcan is ready, but your pain meds are not there and won't be available for 3 days...so you start to withdrawal as well as suffer thru the pain for which you are taking opioids...they have now sent you on a path to potentially want to seek out drugs illegally because they don't have your meds as they stated in the text they send this potentially causing more overdoses even though you are a regular customer and it is a regular prescription that is picked up on a monthly basis...they are putting their customers in jeopardy read more

Love the environment of the store. I went to CVS pharmacy to drop off my prescription after my doctor appointment and they said they would have my prescription ready in 10-15 mins. I have always had to wait hours or come back at a later time at other cvs pharmacies. The prescription was ready in 10 minutes! The pharmacists were so nice and helpful, definitely great customer service. I felt very safe and comfortable at my neighborhood CVS. read more

I had ordered pictures online. The email stated it should be ready around 5 pm. I called the store after 5 pm to check if the pictures were ready to be picked up. Had a covid test done for my wife who was visiting from Taiwan and needed a negative test in order to board the plane back. My wife provided all the information needed, her name, insurance etc. Everything went fine until we got the email listing the patient as her husband!! Since her flight was leaving the next day there was no time to get tested again. Called the minilabs no. numerous times but was not able to connect with the right person. The pharmacy was no help as they said they could not contact the labs. When mistakes like this happen it is imperative that a way is found to connect with someone in the lab to correct the mistake. We finally were able to reach someone to correct the mistake after 2 hours of phone calls. Such mistakes are inexcusable when so much is at stake. read more

Rudest employees EVER !!! Not only was an older woman in line ahead of me denied assistance in an aisle when requested and given the excuse "there is no one here to help you " .. but I was spoken to by not just one but TWO employees in such a disrespectful tone. Really really and i mean REALLY BAD customer service at the pharmacy!! We will never come here again. The two ladies at the pharmacy were just so rude to me, I approached them to ask about a particular medicine and they both looked at each other and gave me a really bad look and even one of them said, "I'm waiting for a phone call". So rude and disrespectful. It's 8:45pm NO-ONE IN LINE. read more

My girlfriend and I came in for our Covid-19 shots, the first visit went great. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the store, and more specifically the pharmacy. On our second visit, a lady at the pharmacy counter completely ignored me, I walked over to the pick up window and was instructed to start at the dropoff window, where the lady who previously ignored me was addressing another customer that had walked up. I heard her whisper to the lady that instructed us to start in her line "i'm off" which I took offensively as if she didnt want to help us. We walked over anyway and said we were here for our second shot dose, she asked my gf if she lost her card or didnt bring it, as if it mattered because we got our first shots here and have appointments! You have that info, why be difficult and act as if you're annoyed?? Luckily, the wonderful pharmacy lady Anchana, who also gave us our first shots, was so nice and polite! So its not everyone, that lady needs to treat all customers the same. Which is treating the with professional and courteous service! read more

I had the coolest cashier - Lillia :) she helped me out and figure the questions that I have.. This CVs is also clean and fully stocked! Will be coming back for sure read more

No WOW here. The property seemed kind of disheveled. It appeared like someone need to go around the store and face up all the product.

To begin with, as soon as you walk into the CVS it is so empty. There was only two staff working which were both rude. I went to develop some photos and try to use a coupon, and it didn't allow me the option through their computer. So I asked for help. the assistant was a very very rude she was not helpful whatsoever. And had attitude. She didn't let me use the coupon. So I wasted my time sitting there for 30 minutes for nothing I will never come back to the CVS ever again!! read more

Guy with black glasses had very bad attitude. Luckily I only had to deal with him for 10 seconds. I was at the wrong pharmacy anyway.

Ok, the only reason I am giving this CVS 3 stars is that this place is very convenient if you ever need something and don't feel like getting ready, or are drunk and/or high, because you will fit right in! read more

Unfortunately this is our local pharmacy. Pharmacy itself isn't all that bad but the customer service at the CVS store sucks. If there were negative stars they'd get -5. Every time we go to get a gift card or some sort of merchandise there's always a problem. My husband bought a $50 gift card has a receipt transaction number and it's already been debited from his bank account. The gift card apparently wasn't correctly activated by the CVS cashier but they can't do anything about it. No manager apparently was there just highest ranking cashier. It's very irritating. Call corporate from CVS or regional manager but everything is closed. Terrible customer service. On top it's taken two months but CVS has given my husband a refund on his gift card purchase. It had to be done by corporate. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. "Anchina" if that's even her real name is rude. After trying to resolve an issue, she completely stopped talking to us. Don't bother prepaying for your prescription either. They are quick to take your money out of your account but won't give you your prescription because "it's not paid for". We give this pharmacy a lot of business and are not valued. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy. read more

Always a really long line and not enough staff at the register or on the merchandise floor to help you. Why don't you staff your store properly and restock your fragrance shelves it always has small sizes and empty spaces in the cabinet. Do something about the line of 12 or more people long. Last but not least stop looking at the reward bucks or coupons like we made them at home either honor them or don't issue them. read more
