I have so far had 3 bad experiences at this location stemming from an employee who's name tag said Celest. For starters she behaves like she's using drugs, made many mistakes with my daughter's prescription, told me she would refund money back to my card that she charged prematurely and didn't, then icing on the cake was when instead of asking me if I have a cvs extra care card she pulled keys from her shirt and scanned an extra care card...(i dont know who's it belonged to but I wasn't mine) after many phone calls and in person attempts I finally got the meds. I don't like telling people to go elsewhere but in this instance.......save yourself hassle and GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! read more

Do NOT buy anything from CVS. I spent $14.00 on the Xlear Nasal spray and it doesn't help nasal congestion at all. The manager could care less about customer satisfaction nor health for that matter. He states CVS will not refund my money just because the product doesn't work. Horrible $14.00 thrown at a company who doesn't care and certainly doesn't need my $14.00 like I need it. Called in a script on Monday, and they were supposed to call my Dr for update of script. They advised it would be ready in Thurs. Come into CVS on Thursday, and they claim they didn't show a record of me calling. I show them my phone log that I called. They then advised they sent the script to the Dr, but heard nothing back. I called the Dr and they advised they authorized the refill on Monday, when I originally called cvs. Unless you are forced by insurance to use cvs, avoid them at all cost! Terrible service. Come 30 min before closing they will tell you to come back tomorrow? Are you serious to withhold a doctor's written order (prescription). New clerk at store S@@ia was so rude threw up her hands and stares to pharmacist that "this guy is trouble!" I did not know I went from customer to a malignant customer full of causing trouble. 1) council employees. 2)change hours of operation since the staff will tell you come back tomorrow. There are a few things that I don't appreciate about this CVS, they are sorely lacking in the customer service department, you do not leave a customer standing in the drop off window while you go fill a prescription. Common courtesy seems to be misplaced. They encourage you to use their ap but it doesn't work properly, you order your refill on it and when you go to pick it up, they have no clue. read more

Terrible service. Last month their own automated answering service stated prescription was ready for pick up. It was not and took three trips to that pharmacy to finally get it. They said they had trouble with the automated service. This month I telephoned the pharmacy, waited on hold for five minutes to speak to an actual person who stated prescription was ready for pick up NOW. I informed her that I would pick up in one hour. When I arrived one hour later, I am informed it is not ready for pick up and wait for another ten minutes for it to be ready. I am not ever going back there. read more

A casual reading of the reviews for this CVS confirmed my wife's recent experience, management has a problem. Maybe they are understaffed, but customers seem to be an inconvenience that can be easily remedied. The receipt identifies Kendawlyne, but it could have been anyone as it seems indicative of a flawed store culture. They have a bell to ring for assistance, which seems reasonable, unless you see the customer at the register waiting with items in hand. That should be staff's signal to respond. They should not at that point, peer over the shelf and snarkily inform the customer to ring the damn bell. Staff should not be Pavlovian. The bell is only for when the arrival of patrons has gone unnoticed. Management would do well to acknowledge that service and immediacy are the only remaining benefits of brick and mortar retail and Amazon is busy solving the latter. read more

I never write reviews especially bad ones because people have their days but this CVS is horrendous and needs immediate fixing. My insurance requires me to use CVS or I'd definitely be at Walgreens. Every time you call it takes 16-20 minutes to pick up the phone and they never have my refill ready so it always takes twice as long to get it. Some times they "run out" of very popular medicine for days at a time. The app never works to refill meds or I would do that in a heartbeat so I wouldn't have to interact with them. They need more staff. Management get it together. read more

Their over the phone customer service is non existent. I have had two recent instances where I needed to call before I arrived. One was to refill an existing rx that was assigned a new rx number when the dr renewed my script. Another to see if an rx was ready that was called in that morning. After a 20 minute hold time, I had to physically go to the store to get assistance because they do not answer their pharmacy calls. Upon complaint asking if they answer their phones I was told "we try to". The second time I was told "we have been busy". Unfortunately my rx plan requires maintenance meds be filled at cvs or I would not be using this pharmacy at all. read more

This CVS is terrible. The customer service stinks, the manager is rude, and the pharmacy doesn't care whether they wait on you or not. I'd rather ride across town, and go to the CVS on North Valley Mills. At least they make me feel like they appreciate my business. For example: A coupon I had wouldn't scan one time, and the manager accused me of trying to pass fraudulent coupons (they were valid, and came from the newspaper). I went in there today because detergent was on sale, and thought maybe things might have improved since I hadn't been in there in a while. The girl behind the cash register was more interested in her nails than waiting on me. I told her I had coupons, and she said she had to redo the transaction because I didn't give them to her to begin with. Then after she's redone it she asks, "Is that all?" She was rude about it, and it showed me nothing changes here. Stay away from this place. read more

Not a big fan. People aren't as friendly as at Walgreens. Pharmacy can get testy. I know how hard they work and that it's a stressful job, but they have made several mistakes with me, and even lost my insurance card. read more
