They had very convenient booking online with information about all of their stylists. Dee Dee is a master stylist and I snagged her last appointment of the day. My hair was in serious need of professional help! She was so pleasant and kind. She was very thorough and took her time while we decided what we were going to do and even though I brought inspiration pictures, she still explained the cut to me. I am very happy with my result. In fact, her service was excellent. I made an appointment for the Spring to drive back to Waco to see her. The store has a lot of haircare brands. Any hair brand you're thinking of - they carry the line. All of the employees were very friendly, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended. Everyone working there seemed very professional. And they have all different levels of stylists, so depending on what service you need or what your budget is, I feel that they have someone there who can do your hair.
