Horrible. I reported them for malpractice. My son is medically complex and our other pharmacy always calls us many times before they return the meds to the shelf. In this case, we use a specialty pharmacy that delivers to their location. If they sent it back, it would not be easy to retrieve. They don't answer their phones. Their customer service is horrible. If it were possible to award no or negative stars, I would. I'm sure the folks in the pharmacy try, but the results are severely lacking. I spent ONE hour on hold with no one ever picking up. The app cannot accomplish my goal, so I was trying to call to make a needed change. I will go into the store and stand in line as my last resort. By the way the change is to eliminate all ongoing prescriptions with this pharmacy. The call was many in a string of issues that include late orders, closed store during published hours, the usual long call wait, out of stock items on my auto-refill. And I'm done. read more

I have been going to CVS pharmacy for over 10 year. They have their ups and downs because they are understaffed. I wrote a bad review last month and the pharmacist called me left VM emailed me and when I came in she addressed my issue. she was very empathetic and kind. I know what it's like to be understaffed. We all need to take a step back. my medication is out every month. I get too much so 1/2 the time they're out. it's a nightmare but not their fault. State regulation. We all need to be kind. Waited on hold for almost 40 min. I showed up at the pharmacy and even showed them my phone that displays the waiting time. They had nothing to say except "we don't answer the phones...we hire other people to answer the phone". Complete unprofessionalism. I will be changing to a different pharmacy immediately. Then they said they're closing for lunch. They seem like very unhappy people. Management needs to get these people more help. UPDATE!!!: I just got my prescription and the woman put my insurance card, drivers license, and clinic info in the same bag as my prescription!! I have been a customer for more than 20 years, and I'm sad to say I just transferred my prescriptions to another's pharmacy. Their customer service is the absolute worst, and I attribute it mostly to a new young man who works the counter. He has no idea what customer service is. No one should answer a question with I ALREADY TOLD YOU. What?? If they send a text saying your order is ready, you show up to get it a day after the notice, then they say it's not ready so you mention the text, I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DON'T HAVE IT, is not the answer you give. My doctor also upped the dosage of my medication, which I know they called in. When I tried to speak to him about the refill and how the new instructions would mean I didn't have enough to last through the next refill, he refused to adjust the order. I told him the doctor's office called and to please look it up. He said NO. Seriously?? I couldn't believe the attitude on this kid... until I looked up all the bad reviews. I'm happy to take my dedicated patronage somewhere else. Anywhere else. Congratulations, CVS, you have managed to hire the perfect employee to rid your business of its loyal customers. They are so understaffed they just close. The one poor little pharmacist has absolutely no help and no one to cover her days off. It's an absolute mess. I cannot get my medication on time because when they are open they are out of my medication. My health is at stake now. It takes a week. They are also my RX coverage so I'm screwed. The mail order pharmacy kept conveniently losing my narcotic prescription every other time so not an option. I'm at a loss. According to the news that is their practice. What is wrong with this company!? I never had this problem with Safeway. I'm at a loss. I get so much anxiety every time I need a prescription. Yet again another problem with this pharmacy that thankfully I caught before checking out. Time and time again problems with getting my medications filled - short supplies of critical medications, accusations of med abuse from pharmacist on one occasion because they accidentally put my controlled substance prescription in twice, and now a med error that would have left me on half a dose. I would not ever consider using them again. I'm moving my prescriptions away as soon as I find someone else who works with my plan. read more

Hey after seeing all the negative reviews I thought I should weigh in. I have gone to this CVS pharmacy for years and I've always found the staff to be professional and friendly. I enjoy the fact that I can shop while waiting for my prescriptions to fill they have great junk food and liquor to my liking. I just got my 2020 flu shot today it took less than five minutes get your flu shot - also my CVS stock is doing great ! stay safe. read more

I agree with many of the reviews here- we have personally had at least 3 bad encounters at this location and decided to switch to a different pharmacy. There is one fellow there particularly bad at customer service, and sadly we think this person may in fact be the manager. tried to schedule flu shot online. kept getting technical glitch error. then tried to call pharmacy to schedule, where I waited 24 minutes on hold and gave up. unfortunately my insurance requires CVS for Rx and vaccines. Terrible experience. Previous in-store experiences are similar where it was difficult to get assistance even with no one else in the pharmacy area. Been picking up Rx for my mom from this CVS and I wish she would change pharmacies. It is woefully understaffed and they usually don't start filling your Rx until your show up, even if doctor phoned ahead, so plan to spend 1/2 hour milling around the dumpy Target in which they're located. read more

My doc sent in a new prescription on a Monday. After message went from saying it should be ready that Wednesday at 8:55 pm (they close at 8pm) on Thursday I waited on hold for about 1/2 hour to be told they needed info from my doctor. Doctor office reached out and next day got a text that they couldn't refill yet. This was not a refill. Saturday got a text that my insurance wouldn't cover it and after another 1/2 hour on hold pharmacy said they weren't sure what to do. Thankfully doctor office was open Saturday and just sent prescription to QFC. Used GoodRx to deal with insurance issue and 4 hours later picked up from QFC. Only went to CVS because of my insurance. Would rather pay out of pocket than deal with them again. I've never dealt with such incompetence read more

Each time I got to this pharmacy, it is such a pain. They are always too busy. Always a line and not enough people there to wait on everyone. The people that do wait on you are always so rude, especially one little man that works there. He turned me and my husband away from getting out second dose shingles vaccination because he said we didn't have an appt. We never had one on the first dose, but now we have to have an appt. He has no customer service experience. He is always so glum and rude. If these people don't like their job, get another one. Don't take it out on your customers. Picking up medications isn't fun for us either. I at least want someone waiting on me that is courteous and pleasant. read more

I had horrible customer service and very poor communication with staff. Very unorganized and disfunctional procedure. Called one hour early before arrival and still had to wait 15 minutes just to get one pill. Second time came on for ten pain meds and asked to wait ten minutes but fifteen minutes later was told it would be as another ten minutes to count out ten pills. I have used this CVS for several years and honestly never had an issue. They are a little more expensive on non-covered prescriptions but since I shop at Target, it was convenient. Recently, I was shorted 10 pills from my order. After multiple calls, visits, etc., I was unable to get them to resolve the issue. They said they would review the tapes and contact me. This was the line which I completely understand and since I was shorted, no issue with them doing their due diligence. However, after nearly two weeks. the issue was never resolved and my last call resulted in a hang up when I asked to speak to a manager. I am not sure what happened but this location seems to be horribly understaffed and they honestly do not care about their customers. My out of pocket was only $8.75 which they could have resolved in a multitude of ways. I will not be back. read more

I have had many issues trying to get prescriptions filled here in a timely manner. Typically I go a few days without the medication because of this pharmacy incompetency. I have an ongoing Schedule II drug prescription and am aware of the laws they need to follow. That said, everything from that perspective is done exactly as needed by my Dr. and for whatever reason, there is always an issue. I used to get this same prescription filled at RiteAid and had no issues whatsoever. I was forced to move to CVS because of my new insurance. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! I just got released from the hospital after 4 days. And have never been so upset and frustrated by a customer service rep especially one who job is to help "people" with anyone's customer service. There was a small Asian man, who stood at the computer no acknowledgement what so ever who after standing there at the "drop off" counter looked up and said "um ya no we won't be able to fill anything today" mind you 20 minutes before the close.... so then I asked to speak to the pharmacist thinking he would be more likely to help..... Ben was the pharmacist name and he was so unhelpful and basically said they didn't have any time, and that they had a "very busy day" my response Was "ya me too, I just got released from the hospital after having found out I have had a stroke which caused blood on my brain, that's what this medicine is for" made no difference. This guy is just a terrible person, I understand hours of business but in all the years I've worked in customer service, never do you stop servicing someone before you close on a health emergency.... I would have been willing to wait additional time, but of course, no offer was ever made. Terrible experience! read more

I have had repeated horrible service at this pharmacy inside of Target. The first time was days after I gave birth to my daughter and needed an urgent prescription filled. The pharmacist on duty informed me should should not use her last half hour filling my prescription leaving me desperate and in tears. After that I moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. That was a few years ago and I was hoping for a better experience if I tried them again. My daughter needed a prescription filled and I had errands to run at Target so I figured I would give CVS another shot. They did not have the medication I needed and the rep refused to help me find someone who did, she then very condescendingly informed me that "it was going to cost $30 anyways" as if that would convince me just to change my mind about filling it, she also told me "CVS will only let me call other CVS pharmacies , I have other people I'm helping" and dismissed me.
