Customer service especially at the drive through is agonizing!There is this one female pharmacy tech that is so rude she actually hung the phone up on me at the window! I was getting ready to call into the store itself when the pharmacist actually came up to help me! Not only this, every time they make a mistake or a delay on a prescription they never apologize. My son picked up a medication for me and was given three other medications which I did not need and did not ask for. In fact, for two of them I had replied NO to texts asking if I wanted them refilled within a week of my son picking up the other medication. I can keep 2/3 of the medications even though I don't need them because they expire in 1 1/2 years. The other expires in 4 months and I literally just started the other recent refill. CVS tells me they cannot take back or refund me the money for this prescription that I don't need. Seriously considering changing pharmacies. This is poor customer service. read more

This location has terrible customer service. Both employees working were extremely rude and dismissive of my questions regarding some photos I had printed. I know how the process works because I've had photos printed at this location multiple times. Management should consider implementing some training programs because my experience today was inexcusable. read more

I know that sometimes it seems like the pharmacist or the techs seem annoyed or indifferent but as far as their work goes they seem to try to go the extra mile if they can. They are handcuffed by a bunch of new laws and rules and when we get caught up in those laws some of us can be a little abusive but the pharmacy staff has very little control over what can be don. This is what happens when our government is to large and constantly is guilty of government overreach and getting to involved in our personal busines. I like the staff here and they definitely do a great job in awful changing times. read more

i usually go to the CVS off of Hot Springs to print some photos but I was in a different area today so I went with the CVS off of Benton. I wish I had just made the drive. As someone who's worked in customer service at multiple establishments I was very disappointed with the service I witnessed today. there was only one person in front of me in line and it took way longer than it should've because the two male employees who appeared to be Caucasian did not want to stop their conversation to help the woman in front of me and ignored her until she asked for help a THIRD time. She had a couple quick questions but they were very dismissive to the point where it even irritated me and I wasn't even the one even being helped. they were not very welcoming and very short with her and it bothered me. by the time it was my turn they were a bit short with me as well but didn't make me wait. had they been working at my old retail job they would've been getting a talking to by management because the entitlement and dismissive behavior I witnessed today would be deemed unacceptable by most managers. read more

Went in to this store to make a small purchase. I don't remember the girl's name, but she was very clearly British. She had very poor customer service skills and was speaking in a condescending tone after I asked her for assistance getting an item that needed to be unlocked by an employee. When I said I didn't need a receipt, she literally laughed at me. I think I have a better idea of whether I need something better than some uneducated little girl working as a cashier. LOL read more

This review is based on the pharmacy tech that "helped" me for this transaction. I can't even fully express how awful and horrible this experience was for me. My doctor had called in a prescription for the same medication, but with an increase in dosage. I picked it up the next day which was yesterday June 29. I get home, take two pills but only then did I realized they refilled my old prescription. At 1205pm I called the pharmacy to let them know they filled the wrong prescription. Also, to ask if there was a new prescription called in because if not I was going to call my doctor. The lady I spoke with did confirm there was a new one and they had mistakenly filled the wrong one. She kindly asked for me to come back so they can fix it for me. I am 8 months pregnant, currently on pregnancy disability because it is too difficult/painful for me to walk, stand and even sit for too long. Aside from that, I had my 21 month old and 4 yr old boys with me, which is why I chose to use the drive-thru which also says "full service" below the drive-thru sign. I pull up to the window, Arielle was there to help me. I explained to her what happened and that I already spoke to someone. I tossed the prescription in the box because it was a little out of a reach with my belly in the way. She reads the bottle, looks at the computer and tells me "This is the right one". I explained to her again that it was not and that I've already spoke to someone before coming back confirming the wrong prescription was filled. Arielle continues to argue with an attitude saying there was nothing new for me. I repeated myself yet again about already speaking to someone and was asked to come back. Arielle, continues to tell me that I needed to call my doctor because there wasn't anything there and then proceeded to read all prescriptions i have on file. At this point the pharmacist stepped in, looks and points at something on the computer and I see Arielle's lip say "oh". The pharmacist gives me a hand signal that I was good and walks away. With no apology, Arielle begins the transaction for the return. Still with a bad attitude she proceeds to say "just in the future, you have to come inside for returns. The process for returns take a while and we cannot have a line of cars out here". For the record, I pick up medications for myself and family members and there's usually a line most of the time. I replied sure just so we could be done with it already. She asks if there was a car behind me, which one just happened to pull up as I was signing the receipt. I answered her and she tells me that I have to pick up my medication inside. I was already infuriated and there was no good arguing with her so I told her I'll just pick it up later. I was just about to do just that but I parked my car instead. I wanted to talk to her manager. Not only that, I didn't want to come back for a third time especially when the mistake was done on their end. I'd say a good hour and half between the phone call and my return to the pharmacy had passed. Knowing I was coming back for the right prescription, it should've been corrected or prepared at least. I had waited at the drive-thru with my two little boys strapped to their seats and now I was waiting in another line inside the store with my boys who wanted to touch all the merchandise, lay on the floor. Here I was struggling to walk and in pain from standing, having to pick up my toddler and keeping my kids from doing what they were doing. Why? All because Arielle was more concerned about the "line of cars" rather than the "customer care" CVS is suppose to be known for. It's now around 145pm and sure enough Arielle gets to help me again, she says "hi" and quickly realized it was me, walks away to ask if my prescription was ready and sure enough, it was. I'm sure she saw it on my face that I was not happy with her. I'm sure she also saw the condition and situation I'm in and probably realized why I went through the drive-thru to begin with. Maybe she didn't or simply didn't care. Either way, there was no apology, no thank you for coming in. Not an ounce of remorse for the way she handled everything. She shouldn't have told me to come inside to pick up my medication when I was already at the window, but she did. She was wrong every way you look at it. She doesn't have to know what my reasons are for using the drive-thru, but then to give me no choice but to pick up my medication inside the store or come back later is not ok. Especially, again when the mistake was done on their end. I've lived in this area for quite a while and this is the CVS I often go to. By far, this was the worst, disgusting and infuriating experience I've had. Arielle needs immediate training with her "customer care" skills and tone done that attitude. I'm just one out of the many people she's "helped", who knows how many more people who probably had the same experience but never said anything. read more

This CVS has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy. Hold times on the phone exceed 10 minutes every time, wait times IN LINE generally exceed 15-20, and if you drop off a new prescription they generally require 2-3 hours to fill it. Drive through pharmacy takes forever...if you are picking up a new prescription or know you're going to have questions with the prescription or insurance go inside...I've had to wait for 30 min before. Less than one star. Had my kids Dr call yesterday morning to order a prescription and they spoke with the Pharmacist went through the list of options for what was needed and they decided on the right medication. It was to be there today at 3pm for a pick up. Called this morning to confirm and was told it would be there at 3 and ready for me at 3:30. Just called and it will now take until Wednesday to special order it. Time is of the essence and this place could care less. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Dealt with 3 other CVS stores this morning and drove past countless others. 3+ hours experiencing lack of care, little compassion and NO attention to detail. The pharmacy staffs have worst attitude, no compassion about patient, very rude! I was told to pick up my medications today and I get there, one of them is too soon to be filled!?!! I even asked at the drive through if the medication I ordered was in the bag, and was told yes. I called them and ask what happened, I get lecture about how my medication can not be filled less than 28 days later, I was explaining that I was told to pick them up today. Even called last night and they told me come in today!!! But what gets me mad is how rude the person was answering the phone. I keep telling myself that I need to change the pharmacy every single month when I pick up the medicines, but it's the closest one to my house! But after tomorrow when I get my medicine for tomorrow, that is the last time I'd use them. read more

I love the remodel! Great younger crowd and always asking if I need anything. I use a lot of my coupons that are on my card and the cashier are very awesome about scanning all my coupons! Less than a mile away from my home, and easy to get in and out. read more

My husband went to pick up our medicine today and the girl at the counter had to look three different places for our meds, and there was meds all over the FLOOR. Then she give me one that wasn't ours and also charged me $149 for diabetes strips and I asked why so expensive and she said OH forgot to put thru your insurance, every time I pick up meds I have a problem there. We were transfer over to them from Stater Bros Pharmacy when they closed (they were great). There was a mix up on my meds so I called the manager Morgan and she wouldn't let me talk she just talked over me not answering any questions, and said the $42,00 meds were not returnable. I called my doctor and changed our PHARMACY to Von's. It's sad when you can't even trust your PHARMACY, I have had many problems with CVS before and didn't want to change but didn't have a choice. BEWARE watch to see you get your meds and the RIGHT ones. read more

The pharmacy is horrible here. They are very slow and have no customer service. If they say 30 minutes, expect to wait double that.

Waited at urgent care for 2 hours, my 4 year old tests positive for influenza. Get to the pharmacy drive thru at 8:55pm and the lady at the window rolls her eyes when I say drop off, pharmacist comes to the window and he tells me he can't fill it tonight because they close at 9. I said well you still have 5 minutes. He told me he won't fill it. I said I have a sick 4 year old, it's only Tamiflu. He said I can drive to Temecula 24 hour. After I told him off he said he would fill it, comes back and says he doesn't have it in stock! BS!!!! No compassion for sick people! read more
