The worst pharmacy in town! They are slow as hell! I dropped off an rx on Friday evening was told it would be ready in an hour, came back the NEXT day at 11:10 (a second rx was promised at 11:00)Neither rx was ready! Came back AGAIN 5 hours later, 1 rx was ready and the one that was promised at 11:00, I was told would NOT be there until Monday at 12:00pm and would be filled FOR SURE by 3:00pm on Monday. Pharmacy staff try to be helpful and kind, but they are woefully understaffed. Any rx that is out of the ordinary throws them for a loop. There's not enough room in the pharmacy for all the waiting prescriptions, so they often tumble into nearby baskets and become hard to find. I try to be patient and friendly, but it's frustrating to sometimes wait for over an hour, or to be told over the phone that it will be ready "shortly", and when I get to the store it's not ready and the only pharmacist has gone to lunch. The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used. They called me 3 times to tell me my RX was ready. I came to get it and surprise it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for at least another day. I've since switched pharmacies and will never use this one again. The last straw was when I came back the next day they said oh it's almost ready another 5-10 min so I waited. That 5-10 min turned into an hour and a half. I was livid and would recommend that you find somewhere else to go read more

Staff is ok. Just not enough in rx dept. If you go after work or on lunch be prepared to wait, wait, wait. Also if your Dr calls or faxes in an rx for you, be sure to call right away to make sure they process it. Otherwise it sits in their computer until you do and won't get processed for sometimes HOURS. Apparently they are either short staffed and no one checks the queue, or whoever is supposed to, doesn't. Either way, it doesn't work efficiently for customers. No peace of mind that they are actually working on your rx unless you call to confirm. If they could get those two issues fixed, it'd be much better!! Until then, Target pharmacy may be a better solution.?? read more

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies ever! Go somewhere else for your prescriptions! Let me explain why I'm giving them such a bad review. I was there on Monday to pick up my antibiotics prescription. After waiting for a long time they tell me they don't have enough pills to fill my prescription! Then they proceed to tell me to return without giving me a definitive date and time! But before I left I did their job and inquired of when I should return. I was told to return the next day at 3:00 PM. First off, what pharmacy runs out of medicine?!?! That is the first that has ever happened to me! I was taken back by their incompetence! Their lack of stock reflects poorly on them and demonstrates to me that they are not doing their job because they don't even order enough medicine to support their Customers. Having a Customer return more than once for ONE prescription is inconvenient and unprofessional. Secondly why not be specific when the Customer should return for the remainder of their prescription? I am not a mind reader that knows when they are fully stocked! Why not give the Customer a courtesy call to inform them when their prescription is ready? Or at the very least let the Customer know there is a delay? When it comes to antibiotics, one cannot skip a dosage or the illness will not improve! So there is a time sensitivity to my need for my prescription. Also the cashiers there are terrible! They are too busy flirting with each other and messing around to actually assist the Customer and give paying Customers the undivided attention they pay for and deserve! Most times the cashiers seem confused, rude, and unwilling to help. I understand that it is difficult to work with the public as I was a Cashier myself for almost 10 years. But during my time as a Cashier I knew that the focus should be on the Customer and providing excellent Customer Service is essential for a business to succeed and be profitable. Sadly the people that work here are too caught up in messing around with each other rather than providing optimum service. So going back to my experience: I returned a day after the time they promised for me to return, to pick up the remainder of my prescription. I figured since I had enough pills for two days that would give them plenty of time to order and receive the medication into their facility. I was sadly disappointed. I waited and waited and nothing. I had another appointment so I had to leave their waiting area. I called afterwards to find out if my prescription was ready and I was told that it was. No courtesy call or anything! I would have even accept the automated message telling me it was ready but I got nothing! Needless to say, I will look into transporting my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares about its Customers. I know that a pharmacy better than this exists because nothing can be worse than this place! read more

Under stuff, not good on answering The phones, put you on hold forever, don't treat Doctor's sent prescriptions electronically serious they put them in the bottom of their list, half of the stuff is rude, if you try to speak to a manager they try to avoid you by saying is not available, and finally they are never on time or call you when your prescription is ready, perhaps they don't get paid well. read more

The pharmacist Alyssa has provided unprofessional and rude service to me on my only two visits this year. She filled an incorrectly written antibiotic prescription without validating with the physician and then educated me on the normal dosing, not indicated by physician, sold me the medication and told me to follow up with the doctor in the morning. Today she questioned a properly written post operative script, insisted on validating it's necessity due to the fact that it was written in a pre-op visit, and questioned me, when I told her I would wait, as to why I hadn't put the order in earlier. Not her place. She seems jaded. There is a sign on the front door stating they are hiring for positions in the pharmacy. I would strongly suggest an internal review. I fear for the patient that incorrectly takes a medication based on her textbook knowledge and not the physicians assessment and feel for the patients who must wait for unnecessary validation on medications that can relieve their suffering. read more

If I can put 0 I will! I always go to Walgreens by Freedom even though it's far from our house because the pharmacy service there is stellar. The staff are nice and friendly, and they have wonderful customer service (I can only speak for myself). Also I had bad experience at CVS Rodriguez St after trying to go there a couple times, I didn't want to come back, that's how I ended up at Walgreens since then even though we live in 14 miles away. Unfortunately, this time, Walgreens run out of the prescription my daughter needed. They even tried to help me call their other pharmacies for stock (See?! Awesome customer service!) but again, unfortunately, they run out. So with a bad experience with CVS Rodriguez St., I was very skeptical about going back there so I decided to try CVS Nob Hill in Watsonville, CA but to my disappointment and frustration, I wish I never did if I only didn't need the prescription badly for my daughter same day! I am a healthcare professional and I deal with insurance almost everyday. I won't generalize all employees but Alex is an incompetent employee in this CVS pharmacy by Nob Hill. My 5-year old daughter has spiking up fever and dozing off while we were waiting for her prescription for influenza, and this Alex seem not to care. All he did is run my insurance card and said it is not working or expired. I even asked him to maybe use my social security number and verify again because it was impossible! I told him I just used it at the doctor's office, but all he did is stare at his computer screen and not even look at me while I was standing and waiting in front of him for his response. How rude!!!!!!! I called work and the insurance company, and said it is active and do not understand why Alex said it expired. So after going back and forth and waiting a long time, they finally gave it to me after I asked our insurance representative to call the pharmacy for me. If only Alex at least tried to call the number provided in the back of my insurance card, it wouldn't have not been this disastrous of an experience for us! I am very patient but seeing my daughter having so low energy, had high temperature and tired, I would've not even bothered. I know writing this is a waste of my positive energy but this poor customer service cannot be just ignored. I hope Alex's child, if he has one (I hope he does not have any or he/she/they may be neglected too) will not get the kind of service their father provides for other people. I will never ever recommend this pharmacy to anybody. I feel like just because my skin is brown they think I can't understand English or the difference between lazy attitude and acceptable customer service!!! Most horrible pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Last time I'm using this CVS. Prescription was to be ready yesterday and today, after waiting 15 minutes in line am told it's not ready and have waited another 15 so far. Not the first time. Not to mention those times I've needed a medication on Friday but told they're out and won't be restocked until Monday. Wtf? read more

This pharmacy is so poorly run, 8 out of 10 times they will get one or more of the following incorrect 1) if they filled your prescription (regardless of if they contacted you to say it was filled), 2) the correct medication 3) if your insurance paid for it or not 4) if you have a refill 5) if they need to call the doctor for a refill 5) who the pharmacy manager is today and if they are working 6) who you spoke with on the phone to make sure they actually have your medication in stock 7) if they filled it when they said they would (tried 4 days after I said I'd pick it up.... not filled, no record of me calling blah, blah, blah) 8) how to use their own computers. It's a great place to stand in line for an eternity only to discover they are literally capable of messing up at every single step. Don't walk, run to another pharmacy if you actually need your prescription. read more

This pharmacy doesn't deserve even one star. This morning I arrived early to drop off a prescription and was told it would be one hour. I asked the tech why since there was no one else waiting. She spun some nonsense about that was their "policy". I said there is no one else waiting, it should be about 15 mites. She said that the pharmacist was really busy. So she took the prescription. i waited a while and asked to speak to the pharmacist. She came to the window with a definite attitude. And her name tag read PHARMACY MANAGER! I asked her why I had to wait one hour for a prescription when there was no one else waiting. She said that she had 30 or 40 prescriptions to fill ahead of mine. ( Can you believe it?) She said that they were for people who had called in their prescriptions and wanted them ready this morning. I said , but I am here now and they are not. It just doesn't make sense to make me wait an hour. Her face became red and she said to me, do you want your prescription back? I said, you don't have to get angry with me. She said, I am not angry, and she shoved the prescription across the counter at me. I was shocked. Especially to have the manager of the pharmacy act in such a way to a customer. This woman, who I believe is named Alicia, does not deserve to be a manager, let alone an employee of a pharmacy. She is rude, mean, treats her customer like dirt and is not a credit to CVS. They need to get rid of her. I then took the prescription to another pharmacy. The tech was so helpful. Told me the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. Guess what? IT WAS. No attitude, no lies, no manipulation. Goodbye CVS, hello Walgreens. read more

If I could I would give this pharmacy - stars! The employees are rude and snarky all the time. When I asked to speak to the manager she was just as rude. The line is always long and often after waiting in the line when it is finally your turn, 1 or more of your prescriptions are not ready even after refilling 1-2 days ahead. Every time I get prescriptions filled/refilled there is something not ready when it should be. When asked why or how can I prevent this from happening next time, you are met with a snarky "go wait in the drop off area" only to have to wait in line again. Today when I asked "Alex" to speak with a manager, he replied in a oh so uninterested manner "she's on vacation in Oregon". This was after I waited 20 min in line only to find out the latest prescription was not ready as stated in the auto phone system. Then go wait in another line to find out why. No reason was given for why it wasn't ready. I will transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Pharmacy completely inept, we have a co pay for meds, but they insisted we pay 300$ for a scrip and couldn't explain why. This has to be one of the most poorly run pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I called on a Wednesday to transfer a prescription because they were the only pharmacy around that had my medication in stock. I called back on Saturday morning to find that they had no record of my call, nor had any attempt been made to call my old pharmacy. I went into the store to make sure the process got started. They took my information down, and took my empty medication bottle for good measure. I then got a call four hours later with the pharmacist complaining to me that she has been put on hold multiple times. She asked me to call the other pharmacy, which I did, and their response was that they had been answering the phones. I called CVS back and the pharmacist continued to complain to me that she has been put on hold and acted as though I could make the other pharmacy take her call. If I can give it no stars I would! First off I've been coming here for 5 years. Never a problem until now. They never have my prescription ready when they say and just yesterday I was told it would be ready in 1 hr so I went home and When I got back the pharmacist said it will be a little longer because she was still working on it and needed to sign it off. Finally after waiting AGAIN she says that she can't believe no one told me the medicine wasn't in stock and they needed to order it. They said wait 2 days. Keep in mind this is a daily medication !!! Finally the day has come and instead of driving all the way over to the other side of town , I decided to call . BIG MISTAKE! I was put on hold for 1 hr and they still didn't answer!!! Why did I wait an hr? Because my medication has been put off for 2 days and it was necessary to speak to the staff. I called the manager who said they had "no control of the situation" I'm sorry but isn't that your job?!!!! Customer service my Ass! I wish I could change pharmacies but unfortunately this one is the only one open late besides Walgreens ( who is the pharmacy from hell)... Get it together CVS! read more
