The validation has changed and it's a strange tablet situation where you hold the parking slip up to the camera and align the squares. It's tricky and usually people aren't there to explain it to you, so I've had to help a neighbor out myself. It is annoying to have your receipt checked. I know there have been issues with theft and I'm grateful that the entire store isn't locked down, but sheesh! This is not unique to this store though. It happens across this city. The pharmacy has been a positive experience, outside of the app not working. I stopped receiving app updates for renewing my medication. That was frustrating. The texts always come through though! If they aren't updated, I can call and ask and usually get through to them. I'll never understand the checkout line system.
