Oh, my gosh! Where to start? First, they took 4 weeks to successfully transfer my prescriptions from our old pharmacy. Then, this week, when I wanted to refill 3 prescriptions, they couldn't fulfill that request because they "didn't write down the prescriptions' names when I called." When we talked and got that figured out, I picked up the 3 prescriptions and when I got home, 2 of the 3 were not the ones I requested to be refilled. But I could have lived with that if when I called about the error, I had not been shouted at by a male employee. "We did nothing wrong," he said at least 10 times. Well, guess what? I'm sitting here with 2 WRONG prescriptions. "Your own fault," he shouted, "for not checking them before you left the pharmacy." The very least one expects from a pharmacy is that you can TRUST that the prescription in the bag is indeed the correct medication. Without that fundamental trust of proper meds, a pharmacy should not be allowed to stay in business. And, of course, no refund for their error.
On top of that, it takes 10 minutes on their phone tree to finally talk to a human.
