It feels like this store may have a theft problem, as many of the beauty supplies were behind a door or individually locked... but other than that, the store was clean enough and well-lit. I used self-check-out and also got a little help from the young woman behind the counter, who was polite and professional. Parking lot was small but we found a space. Every single prescription has had an issue. They also hassle me about using GoodRX For my fourth visit: there was an issue again, and I had to go over to the consulting desk (as always) where he fixed it. However, just as he fixed it, and literally (I'm not exaggerating) all I had to do was pay, they closed for lunch, and someone came over to shut down our conversation, and told me I would have to come back later. I explained that all we had to do was pay, and this only took long because of their mistake. She rudely didn't care and just kept repeating "we are closed for lunch, you'll have to come back" like a broken record. Which, not only was this insanely bad customer service, lacking any sort of accountability for their issue, but what an infuriating way to be spoken to. The above was the last straw, and with her last "you'll have to come back later", I told her I was never coming back. But hey, on the bright side, I was out of there in under an hour!

The store is surprisingly big and everything is organized very clearly and you know exactly where to go. One thing is this location does not have self check out kiosks like most other places so you do have to wait in line for somebody to check you out. Luckily, once they saw a line build up, they were able to get more team members to come in and open up another register. They were able to get me out a lot quicker, so thank you for the awareness that they had. Thank you so much for being so on top of things. This specific Walmart isn't a Walmart Super Center. But, does offer limited groceries, a Pharmacy, clothing, a seasonal section, household items & small appliances. I also have the Walmart+ App. As it helps me send out stuff to my family when they need certain items. Walmart+ definitely came in clutch, several times especially when my son was sick & lives hours away in San Diego. It's great & gives me peace of mind to be able to have groceries & such sent to him for me :)

They helped me find what I was looking for on their shelf, and we get our prescripions filled here. Much more personal service at reasonable prices. If they can't fill a prescription at a lower price, they will tell me, and recommend filling it at CVS, but I prefer doing business here.
