I just got transferred here after using my Stater Bros. Pharmacy for years. My first visit to CVS was as bad as I was worried about. Definitely not the kind personal help as Stater Bros., and had to cancel my first prescription due to them wanting to charge me $120 for a 90 day when I was just paying $5 for a 30 day with the same insurance. Now I have to spend time calling my insurance to figure this out and maybe shop around for a more personal pharmacy or go mail order. I will sure miss Robert and the team at Stater Bros. read more

During any holiday, it seems that all grocery stores/pharmacy stores are in a state of panic and craziness. This location had exactly what I was looking for. I had gotten sick so my friend told me to get a netti pot and some decongestant pills. I had no problem finding both at CVS on New Years day. The cashier was friendly and we checked out easily. The staff at this store are generally very nice and helpful. Store is clean. Love the text when my prescription is ready. It I am so irritated with the new pharmacy hours ! Every doctor fills at this one no matter how detailed I am about filling at the "other Temecula parkway". This one comes up first for them. Then the darn pharmacy is closed!!! Staff says "the other one is 24 hrs". But guess how busy that one is, and long it'll take to transfer. That's why I am on auto fill! So I don't have to wait. I don't think that the pharmacy staff know how to use their phone system. One day I called 3 times and I was put on hold 15 minutes each time and no one bother to pick up the line on hold. Is not brain surgery!! Worse pharmacy staff I have ever seen.. I'm switching pharmacies-- Is unprofessional, rude and simply they just don't seem to understand that they are part of the medical field and caring for patients should be their #1 priority.... I don't know if it's the pharmacist or what, but every time I refill a prescription with the app and it gives me a time to pick it up it is never ready when I come by. I always need to make two trips. The other cvs stores don't have this problem. The only reason I don't give it one star is because at least the store is clean and the people working here are nice. read more

The only reason I even shop here anymore is because it's so close to my house. There is always a long long and they wait until there are 5 people in line before they call an additional cashier whom have zero sense of urgency. The older female cashier who seems to work evenings though is very nice and pleasant each time. read more

Place is kept pretty clean and the workers are all very nice and helpful. I wish sometimes they had more people manning the registers as the wait can sometime be a little long and they seem to have an adequate supply of staff. They have good deals on beer often, and not just the crap brands but some pretty good ones. read more

Very disappointed by the customer service at this pharmacy. My son has a serious medical condition that requires close monitoring and the staff made errors. The pharmacist did eventually help, but the techs were beyond awful, with nasty tone of voice and eye rolling. Fascinating display of poor service. read more

Everytime I go to this CVS, they are incompetent or lazy. I went there thinking that they would be quicker then Walmart. Wrong answer! The first time I went there I gave them my prescription. Immediately the Pharmacy worker, an Asian, talk to her co-worker and the co-worker said they needed to call the doctors office and confirm the medication. The worker then turns to me and said, "Oh you have to have your doctor re-write the prescription and we cannot fill it. She is a lazy piece of #%$^. I took the prescription to Walmart and what do you know they called the doctor and filled it. She is LAZY!!! I went there a second time and told her I needed to change my phone number so I could receive automatic refill messages. She put it into the computer and then said she could not change it and that I would have to do it online, even though the last time I went there I gave them my phone number and they took it in. Talk about a lazy piece of &$%#. Then I called customer service and asked them to change my automatic text refill phone number. She said she would change it. Wow, incompetent again because a few minutes later I got a text message that said I would no longer receive refills. I called again and she said I needed to get back on line and change it again. REALLY!!!! This is how incompetent they are. Do yourself a favor and do not fill your prescriptions here. They are LAZY and INCOMPETENT!!! The whole company is screwed up. I would use Walmart for all my prsecriptions. I have heard the CVS at 33205 Temecula Parkway has excellent service but don't use this one. And yeah the Asian lady who is lazy, stupid and incompetent works at this location everyday. read more

Their pharmacy is a joke. There was 1 person in line at the pick up window and no one at consultation. So I walked up to consultation to pick up ONE pill of my diabetes medicine that I had forgotten when I left the house in the morning. I stood there for 5 minutes with all the workers in the back just looking at me. Finally someone walks up with an annoyed look on her face and asks if there's something I need. After explaining what I needed she then told me to goto the drop off window. Fine, I walk over to the drop off window, and then the lady at the computer begins to explain what a pain in the ass it is for me to get 1 pill even though I started off by telling her I would just pay cash for it. (I'm sorry I'm fucking diabetic and I get my scripts filled near my house which is 45 miles away) Then she tells me if I can find a bottle then it'd be easier to get 1 pill. So I go out to my car looking for an empty script bottle on it. Got so annoyed and couldn't find one, so I just drove to another cvs a few miles away and they handled it immediately without bitching and whining about how hard it is to do their job and how I, the customer, should go out of my way to make it easier for them. Just shut the fuck up and do what is necessary to give me ONE pill. Its not like its add meds or some schedule I LSD or codine or vicoden or addictive pain shit. Its metformin which i NEED to maintain blood sugar. I've forgotten my pills once before on an hectic morning and I stopped by a CVS by my work and they were more than willing to give me one quickly and without hassle as well just like the other CVS. Its not even like the place was busy, there was no one in line behind me, it was 1:30ish PM on a Thursday. Staff needs some customer service lessons. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! I am a certified pharmacy technician and this pharmacy makes critical drug errors on a regular basis. In the past 8 months I have had 3 prescriptions filled there and each and every one of them were filled incorrectly. They gave me the wrong quantity on one, filled the wrong form on the next and then gave me a medication that should have been recalled. Am I just unlucky or are they really that bad?!?! read more
