I had the pleasure of meeting the checkout attendant Carson. And several other employees. He was Very helpful friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with printing my photos. I would definitely recommend this C. V. S because of carson outstanding customer service. I had a great customer experience. read more

I find it weird this CVS says 9pm close, but clearly they are still open and I just bought gum amd some other stuff. Lol! I like this CVS bc they take care of my mom's medicine and they are super easy to work with and grab medicine. Its never busy here so it's in and out. Its easy breezy here and the workers are very nice! Rhey usually have a lot of medicine selections but you can get it way cheaper at Walmart. The store could be a little more clean though. Lolololol. Still, I like this CVS more than the other ome by ralphs. read more

This is one of my favorite CVS locations in Temecula because it's usually not crowded. It's also right next to IN and OUT Burger and you can go IN and OUT of this location pretty conveniently because it's right next to the STOP LIGHT... SONG of the DAY to play along to this YELP REVIEW: IN & OUT BURGER THEME SONG... IN & OUT... IN & OUT... THAT's what a CVS Pharmacy's ALL ABOUT!!!... SELECTION: They have a great selection of MAKE UP, MEDICATION, CARDS, GIFTS, TRAVEL SIZE ESSENTIALS, SNACKS, DRINKS and MORE!!! There's also a frozen food section. Some dairy goods like milk and creamer. I also spotted some lunchables and some Ben & Jerry ICE CREAM here as well... Tylenol, Advil and ibuprofen is what I usually get here. They also have a nice selection of PADS for the ladies. And they have a nice selection of cough drops as well... When you choose to print out a receipt, you will get a nice long list of savings coupons & great deals... DRIVE THRU: And just like In & Out they also have drive thru pharmacy that is not open 24hours by the way. It's very convenient and this is usually where I help pick up some prescriptions for my mom. You just need a name and a birthdate... CONSULTATION: It's the first place I think of when I'm sick. There's always the medication that I need. There's also a very helpful PHARMACIST to give you a FREE Consultation... SERVICE: A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ All the staff are very friendly and usually in a good mood. They've always been available for any help if needed. RESTROOM: There also a gender neutral restroom as well but, you have to ask the staff for the code or key to get inside... PARKING: Plenty of parking available because everyone goes IN & OUT rather quickly!!! ROCK ON CVS PHARMACY!!!! read more

Gabi was so nice! Great customer service! We were in and out and got everything we needed! She was so nice to my boy who just got some warts removed! She gave him some stickers and a little coloring book! read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Temecula, California

Kevin, which I think is the pharmacist very stupid ignorant cocky thinking he could just clock out the whole system while I'm being checked out way before lunchtime inconsiderate and I'm gonna now move all my meds over to another location for the ignorance. He saw me there he told the cashier time to clock out and he clocked out while I was in the midst of being checked out. Who does that? read more

Claire provided me with a compassionate discounted prescription today which i desperately needed after a surgery this morning that left me in excruciating pain. I so appreciate this kindness and want to call it out. Thank you Claire. Much appreciated and will not be forgotten. read more

They have everything you might need for self care, jewelry and casual ballcaps and hats; snacks, vitamins and pain meds, plus a pharmacy that shares your stats with you via your cell phone. If self checkout is your thing, a staff member will help you do it. They accept your insurance access cards, too. This pharmacy is so convenient for us coming north from San Diego county. read more

Every time I go to this CVS I am greeted cheerfully and that right there starts my shopping off on the right foot. I was helped by two wonderful ladies in this store the other day, I can't remember their names because I threw the receipt away on accident, both patiently helping me with my phone apps and OTC benefits so I could pay for my items. I recommend this store to everyone. Thank you to their staff read more

The pharmacy is ridiculous you can never talk to the pharmacy. I called in a scrip 2 days ago and still not filled and there are refills on it all I want is to talk to the pharmacy. read more

Terrible !! Sent me a text my prescription was ready. It was not! Said it would be 15 minutes. Went back 2 hours later. NOT ready. Asked me to wait. 30 minutes later finally get it. What a joke!!!! Terrible! read more

My wife works there. She has been with the company for almost 27 years. They do nothing for loyalty or time in service. She is made to close numerous times a week because she is so nice and doesn't like to say anything. It is not fair, and some supervisors only close 1 or 2 times a week. Also a supervisor gets off special times for ramadan. My wife is a Christian and hardly ever gets Sundays off even after asking for them off. It is not fair across the board. Some employees get to only open, get religious time off, and don't have to close numerous times. Not my wife. It is becoming ridiculous seeing how she is mistreated. Also she was hurt at work over a year ago. They denied her case and we had to get a lawyer involved. I guess that is the only way they will be made to comply. So tired of this!!! read more

Nassim the Pharmacist is a problem to avoid at this CVS. Argumentative with Patients, Controlling with Staff, and Ignorant. Demeans Females- both patients and staff. He enjoys talking down to them in front of others. Not Professional, and should not be working with the public! Unfortunately, CVS and patients will suffer with Nassim there. read more

The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to assist you. They are quick to respond to phone calls and always professional.

Pharmacist is so busy trying to up sell the vaccines that they don't fill prescriptions. Isn't that their job? Then they want to blame the system/AI won't allow me to put your prescription on auto refill. Who is responsible to program their system. Pharmacist needs to take responsibility and do their job read more

The Pharmacist Paige is Awesome! Very kind and caring, very professional and thorough! Highly recommend!

I had to spend a lot of time at this CVS, as I was waiting for my doctor to call. The very fine women who work there went above and beyond to help me. Including helping me buy a new phone charger and testing it out! I go to this CVS often for my family's needs, so I've met them before. Wonderful people. They both have a great attitude and totally brightened my day! Thank you. read more

One if the ladies working in the Pharmacy signed me up for the 'Care Card' using my info without my permission...in order to cancel I got the run around, so frustrating. She takes forever in the drive thru..only her, same person. Make sure you get the right prescriptions and credit card before leaving. Too frustrating, it's always her.. read more

Had a terrible experience with the staff pharmacist Pam and the manager in charged (didn't have a badge). I came to pick up my prescription that I have placed an order in on Friday. When I came in today Monday I was advised that they had given it away to someone else. I wasn't upset that they gave it to someone else. I was disappointed how they treated me with the situation. They had absolute no consideration How long they had me waiting there. If you can avoid this CVS, I highly recommend you choose a different option. Hope this helps someone! read more

Ryan at the Pharmacy was exceptional. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, kind. He is something special to be recognized. His positivity and outgoing nature made me feel welcome and like I was interacting with a friend. Thank you, Ryan! You excel at what you do and making people feel good. It is appreciated! read more

Nothing really special here and the prices are very high but when you're in a jam you really don't have a choice. When I'm in this area and I need something this is my spot because Walmart is way the street and Target is also way down the street. Overall if I had a choice I wouldn't shop here but they are open late so that"s a plus. read more

They are stupid they will never fill a RX for the correct quantity. I have a 120 count and they give me 60. My Dr. gives them a prescription for 120 and they never do it. Going to Burger King where they make more money will do it correctly! It's seizure medication and they want to kill me. read more

I will never shop at CVS again. Around Christmas time, I was asked to buy my 85 year old Grandma, some hair dye, who was unable to get to the store herself. I bought some for her, but she wasn't happy with the ones that I picked out and I had to return them a few times, trying to get it right for her. I was told that I had exceeded the amount of times I could return something, even though I had receipts every time and no box had been opened or used. I wasn't able to get her money back for her and now have 2 boxes of hair color the can't be used. This is a totally ridiculous policy, and I was made to feel as if I had done something deceitful. Absolutely no reason to not be able to return and get a refund for my Grandma. read more

I specifically called and asked for my pick up to be extended by 1 day. I was told no problem - that there would be notes in my prescription and it would not be put away. Well - get there as I stated and no prescription.... Now I'm stuck waiting for them to "get around to it's read more

Same problem as all the other low ranks on here. Was discriminated against cussed out on the phone and hung up. Went in to talk to manager she lied up to her teeth i wouldn't come back here if everyrginf was free. read more

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This pharmacy goes above and beyond for me every single time. Even when my insurance is being weird, they figure it out. The pharmacy staff are very kind, thoughtful and patient. I drive an extra 15 mins to go here because the service is always the best. read more

This store has some of the rudest Pharmacy techs at all of the locations. They are always short staffed, and bitchy to customers. Recently, after waiting in a long line to drop off a script, then, I was sent to another long line to pick up my other script. When I asked why I can't just pick it up at the drop off window, I was given a curt response to "wait in line like everyone else." I was there for 30 minutes! I'm done with this overpriced store and the rude techs. Whoever works at corporate needs to do some customer service training. Without us. They have no job. I will transfer all my scripts to the private Pharmacy accross the street. read more

I received my first dose of the vaccine here last Friday. The lady who checked me in and the nurse who gave me the shot were LOVELY ! But after i got it i fainted and had a bit of a panic attack as that had never happened to me before. The other male nurse who was supposed to be "helping" me said "i dont know whats going on with you at home and why you are reacting this way but if you dont calm down im going to call an ambulance to take you to the ER" i told him to please go away and started immediately feeling better. After he left i tried to tell another male nurse that that guy was NOT HELPING me by threatening and adding pressure in the middle of a panic attack. The other male nurse said "well we are just medical people, we have to give it to you straight." NO! If someone is having a panic attack a good "medical person" should reassure the person they will be ok. Breath with them and give them space. Reassure them it will pass. I will not be coming back here for my second shot and I will likely never come back to this CVS again period. I will be getting my second dose from Albertson's instead. read more

Passed through CVS yesterday to buy Boost nutritional beverage for someone getting cancer treatments. Grabbed a cart as soon as I entered and turned towards the cosmetics aisle. Wasn't even there for like 2 minutes, heard a male employee on their PA system calling for security cameras on the cosmetics aisle. Really?! F^*# this place!! I know Temecula has gone downhill in the past 13 years I've lived here, but this stupid employee at this CVS just made me want to spend my money elsewhere. Don't judge or profile people. Not everyone with money flaunt it. And not all people have bad intentions. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. However because of theft issues they have experienced, there are NO shopping carts or handicapped carts to shop ! It is impossible for a solo handicap shopper to shop !! This should be unlawful. read more

I came by to get a flu shot. There was no one in front of me in line and I had to wait a bit to get my flu shot. When the pharmacist finally saw me, the flu shot itself was pretty quick. You are supposed to get a 20% off shopping pass after you get a flu shot but I didn't get mine. I didn't really care for it anyway. Also, flu shots are free with most insurances so why not get one? This CVS is pretty clean compared to others. Will come back for my drugstore needs. read more

CVS pharmacy is a good chain. Their stores are clean, well lit and have courteous staff. My prescriptions are always filled correctly and as scheduled. They also have a walk in mini clinic where you can be seen by a doctor and have your prescription filled on the same visit. read more

Normally, I would think that if you've seen one CVS, you've seen them all. But this particular location stands out for the service. While I was in the place, no less than 3 employees asked if I needed any assistance. Very friendly folks here, I must say. Also, there's a Redbox located inside... and as this CVS is pretty clean and roomy, I was impressed at the store's appearance. I definitely found what I was looking for, and if I need anything of the sort while in Temecula, this is the place. read more

Hit this store on a whim. This is not my typical CVS location, as I always stop at the CVS on Temecula parkway and Butterfield Stage Road. But we were right next door so we came here for ibuprofen and other goodies. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Trollin' CVS - Drugstores Near Me - Temecula, California

Long long wait, I spent my lunch time waiting in line at the drive through, then told to go back in an hour so I took my 15 minute break which turned out longer then that. To be told the person working on my prescription is on lunch and my meds weren't ready yet...but they close at 9....very professional. If a customer is being told it will be ready at a certain time, it should be ready. Stop wasting everyone's time. Idk why my dr keeps sending my stuff here. The drive through is far from convenient at all and they do not care about their customers. ZERO stars read more

This pharmacy is a mess. They seem to be way to busy to handle customers properly. RXs get screwed up. They get confused when it comes to working with insurance companies and doctors. They are mostly pleasant people just over their head. I would not recommend you go here. Too much stress on you if you need an RX on time. read more

The cashier gentleman was rude and very unprofessional. I walked in to purchase makeup and as I'm shopping he's talking badly about customers that were in the store. He's telling an employee he is tired of people who come in and act like a "Karen" and going on about customers who come in that he doesn't like and try's to avoid. Just going on like no care that there's customers in the store lol than as I'm checking out I'm using a coupon that cvs sent me in the mail. He tells me this coupon doesn't have your name on it so I can't use it!? Wth lol it's mailed to my house I told him and it's under my husband name he was so rude!! This cashier #2060167 victor needs to quit if he really hates his job that much! read more

Not bad just a couple of employees that don't live up to customer satisfaction. The rest are very helpful.

They really do a great job with handling my prescriptions. Drive up window is always fast. No complaints here.
